I like Napa as a parts store better than the others. They used to have knowledgeable staff ready to help with your project. Their online service is severely lacking; twice I have ordered parts that were found to be out of stock or couldnt be fulfilled as offered. Lately Ive had a 50/50 experience with the quality of the staff as well. I guess all good things cant last.

Big clean store. I had no idea it was there. Unlike some other auto shops, NAPA feels like a real auto parts store. NAPA also has a robust parts ordering system and their parts always fit, unlike the other stores where I always have issues with their parts.

Looking for points and plugs for wisconsin v4 man couldnt find them. He didnt want to look in the old books.i went to car quest they pulled the book and found right away.not everything is in the computer
As far as a local parts store is concerned this place is only rivaled by CarQuest down the road. The guys at this Napa are TOPS. Russel is a superb parts man who will find you what you need or die trying, and Preston is the dictionary of parts. The other guys here are also great, but Ive dealt with those two the most. The only reason I even mention CarQuest in this post is that they have a much larger inventory on hand, but then again NAPA parts are ALWAYS better.

Great service and good people
Friendly staff but the guy behind the counter gave bad information on my vehicle. He told me my brakes needed DOT-4 brake fluid instead of DOT-3. I asked if he was sure and instead of looking it up he just said yes. I live 30 minutes from NAPA so its a bit annoying to get bad information.
Very poor service, there was no one at front counter when i walked in. when someone finally came to the counter and began helping me they answered the phone right in front of me and the phone call was give priority. after having to order my part from their over night supplier, i came in the next day to find that they had miss placed it i waited for over an hour before they told me that it was not ordered correctly. at this point i left and took my business else where. was a very poor experience, an i will never go back
