This is the second time that I have used Computer Warriors to set up my new office space. They came in and wired all my offices for my computers and phones, set up all my workstations, and made sure that everything worked, right down to my printers and scanners before they left. My step-dad hired these guys to help me set up my home office when I moved to Jacksonville from Omaha. They were they extremely responsive and helpful in the weeks leading up to my move in figuring out what I and my employer needed specifically for set up.One of their employees, Jeremy, was dispatched for the actual set up process once I moved in to my apartment and he was great. Not only was he punctual and respectful, but he was also very knowledgeable and quick to get everything set up. When we ran into some unexpected problems (that were on the fault of my and my companys end, not Computer Warriors) he called my employers IT department and worked through it with them to figure out what we would need to do.After finishing the initial set up, he made sure to wait with me while I tested everything and made sure everything worked as intended, he also sent me a follow up email as well confirming everything was still ok and to set up another appointment for when my company will ship the last missing piece of equipment so that we can schedule another appointment asap.All in all I highly recommend them, they know what they are doing and are very friendly and polite, not to mention seem genuinely eager to help.

We at WDC were in a serious place. Our network stopped working after Spectrum was here to change out our router and modem. We did not know which way to turn but I saw an advertisement for Computer Warriors. Called support /sales and the salesmen called back saying that he had pushed my ticket thru to support and should get a call in a few minutes. Sure enough got a call from support. Managing a real estate office is no easy task. When the internet goes out, it can become a very bad day quickly – especially when there are 30+ agents and staff depending on internet access to get their transactions completed. Truly, it is their livelihood. I cannot express nearly enough gratitude to Ricky Schwisow for coming to our rescue in record time, diagnosing the issue immediately, reaching out to their various offices and searching for the needed part to replace our burning switch. After discovering it may be the next day before installation was possible, Ricky made sure we had some method of internet access before he left. He re-routed our wireless APs to the modem and gave our entire office INTERNET (though slower) to our entire office. Ricky didn’t stop there. He made sure we had printing capability as well and sorted their various lines so that we could continue to “function” with our day-to-day business. The business concept of “under promise” and “over deliver” is fully utilized with this company. Ricky arrived before close of business the same day and had our new switch installed within 20 minutes. Of course, there are always issues that arise with the installation of new equipment. For some reason, the server thought there was a new network so we were not able to access our private drive because of a password issue. With one quick telephone call just before 5 pm to Bobby Jefferson of Computer Warriors, we were able to establish a plan for the next morning. Bobby arrived at the exact time he promised and had us up and running within 10 minutes. I’m writing this testimonial not only to share what wonderful and caring technicians employed by Computer Warriors but also to share that they work as a team.
