Wonderful experience! From the time I walked in the door carrying my Mac which had a malware issue to when I walked out with my Mac fixed and working perfectly. The customer service is impeccable-smiling faces, a welcome and thank you for coming in.They found the issue immediately, quoted a price to fix it and made the repair within a day. Spoke with Robert prior to going in to the store because I had never purchased from a Verizon Retailer before and had questions. Once arriving at the store I worked work Jill who was phenomenal. She advised me on the options & respected my decision that with a 2 and 5 year old who constantly want my phone, I wanted the less expensive option. And then went out of her way to transfer all my data, contacts, and applications to the new phone. No easy feat coming from this mom who never deletes a photo. I made a phone call to a gentlemen named Robert because I needed a product. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I also express how I was pressed for time so he had everything waiting for me when I arrived. All I had to was tell the staff who I was and pay. I was very pleased with the generosity and customer service.

I had been dealing with Apple for days prior to coming into the store and my phone was disabled. I was extremely frustrated and ready to seriously never buy an Apple device again. I was so impressed with the professionalism, assistance, and patience of the staff at CityMac located in the Forum. Brad, Haley, Evelyn, and Marvin went out of their way to help me in ordering a new battery for my phone. Once it arrived in the store they promptly got it installed and my phone back into my hands. They also helped with with a new case, backing up my phone into the Cloud, and helped me with several other tune-up, speed-up types of actions. I recommend them to everyone! Though the employees were very kind—my problem was not resolved. I went to have my phone checked out (covered under the Apple 1 year warranty) because the camera wasn’t working. They shipped it off estimating it would be back in 7-10 days. They did not have any loaner phones, so I had to make a trip to Sprint to activate a personal back-up phone I keep around (For reasons like this). 16 days later, they call to inform me that Apple has simply sent a “new” phone to resolve my issues. I took this “new” phone to Sprint to have it activated. By “new”, I mean poorly refurbished. Turns out, I traded my camera problem for a speaker problem on a “new” iPhone replacement. Though the replacement phone looked pretty and brand new, and the employees were kind—at the end of the day I simply want a working iPhone. I will not be using City Mac, nor do I recommend it. Save yourself the trip and hassle, have your phone company check your issues out.

Waited on hold forever and finally gave up. Dropped off the phone days ago. Was told it would be sent out to apple the very next day. Not sure why they feel the need to lie. No wonder it takes so long for apple to fix a phone. I would have been better off shipping it myself.

Before arriving to CityMac, I had talked with Kelly who gave me the options for the MacBook I was considering. She was extremely kind and very helpful in explaining the difference between the two computers I was considering. The conversation was helpful and a great example of customer service, where the employee had a great deal of knowledge on the product(s), that retail companies lack these days. Once arriving, Kelly assisted me in the purchase. She was efficient and very detailed at the same time. Explaining the ins and outs of the computer. She went through multiple hoops to guarantee I walked home that evening with a computer. All in all, CityMac has a knowledgeable team and great customer service. Kelly herself is a valuable asset to the company and I couldnt have asked for a better experience thanks to her!

Everyone was extremely helpful. I was having trouble adding an additional line on my Verizon account. The clerk kept trying and made all the necessary phone calls to work through the issue. It was way past closing time and she kept working it until she was able to fix it. At no point did she seem frustrated, exhausted or gave up until it was fixed. She was just happy to help me out. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

I went in to have my phone repaired and was told the phones warranty was void because the screen wasnt original. The associate hadnt even properly tested the screen and was quite rude, almost aggressive towards me.Went to Best Buy the same day to have them ship the phone to apple. Came to find out that the screen was in fact original and am currently being sent a replacement.

City Mac has twice helped me with hard drive issues on my 2012 Mac. Each time everyone I have interacted with at City Mac has been extremely helpful and informative. They always handle my laptop with care and get back to me a in a timely manner. Most recently, I took my laptop in because of what I suspected was hard drive failure. They checked my laptop in for a free diagnostic and discovered that it was merely a loose bracket on the hard drive. This particular fix is covered by Apple so it didnt cost me a thing! Ive recommended them to several friends in the past and I will continue to do so. Thanks, City Mac! Keep doing what you do.

I recently moved to Wilmington, and the first thing I did was get over to CityMac to fix a few things on my laptop and iPhone. At that time Ashley was waiting on a young college student and so I waited while she carefully explained the repairs needed for his computer, then explained a breakdown of the costs, etc and all the time answering his many questions in a very patient, responsive manner. So, I was glad that she was freed to be the next on free to help me.I am a senior citizen, at the opposite end of your customer spectrum and probably with more questions that any college student, so when Ashley offered me the very same kind and degree of careful and complete service that she offered someone in their early twenties, I was/am so very grateful for the kind of service. Sometimes young technicians lack the genuine patience, the manner and the knowledge to appropriately accommodate the generation that is struggling to keep up!While Ashley seems to have all of the competencies to provide a full range of services for the customers, I want to praise her for having the widest range of excellent rapport for services customers of all ages withall of their technical concerns! Michael was great and very helpful in moving all my data from my old computer to my newly purchased mac. Only problems I had was getting through to someone on the phone the few times I called to see if I could come pick up my computer.
