Is it possible to give ZERO stars? Contracted for the beautiful picture of the handicap shower for my disabled child - after 5 miserable days I honestly do not know what in the hell I received - all my existing tile and living room ceiling are ruined - this company should not set foot in anyone’s home - this is criminal

101 Mobility did a good job installing my outdoor stairlift. Everything went smoothly,and the installer and customer service representative have been very pleasant. Thank you for doing a job well done.

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, good people

I called them back in November of 2020 to see if I can get a wheelchair ramp for my apartment. They said they had some available for rent and they would send somebody out to take pictures so I can get in a quote. I never heard back from them after that. I have called many times since then and all I get is a voicemail. I have left a few messages and nobody ever returns my call. My wife is new to wheelchair and it sucks trying to get her in and out of the house. I do not appreciate their business and they will not get any money from me

We hired 101 Mobility to install a wheelchair ramp and stair lift. The sales rep who came to the house was very knowledgeable and lead time to installation was quick. I made the initial payment on Monday and they delivered and installed everything on Friday. The installer was very thorough and did a great job. The price was reasonable compared to the other estimates we received. We are very pleased with how everything went.

Their business may be helpful, but their drivers are horrible. The company truck cut me off after getting their morning McDonalds, then proceeded to go under the speed limit so I passed them. Apparently you cant do that because then they tried to run me off the road. Watch out for their drivers when you are out on the road. They have white 101 Mobility labeled pickup trucks.

Terrible experience!!! I made an appointment to have a representative come to our home to quote two wheel chair ramps for our 8 year old son who recently was diagnosed with a rare hip disease and has both legs in casts for the next 3 months. My appointment was for 9:00am on Monday. First the representative called and said he would be a little late for our appointment. At noon I called him directly and left him a message to call me back and let me know if he would still be able to make it here by the end of the day. No Call Back.. I called the 101 Mobility office and asked if they would please contact their representative and find out if plans on honoring his appointment sometime that day. I asked the receptionist to call me back and let me know either way. No Call Back!!! The representative, sales men, technician who ever he was finally called me back the next morning and apologized. Things just got away from me yesterday, I totally forgot about you. Do you still want me to come out ? No...I would rather keep carrying my son up and down the steps every time we leave the house than be treated with such disregard. Giving 101 Mobility a 1 star review is actually to generous.

I have rented stairlifts from 101 Mobility three times and every time they have come quickly and did a very nice job. I have nothing but praise for them

The customer service till you get your ramp is fair at best... Once you get your ramp... No contact.... If you dont need it later in life their buy back policy is rip off at best.... We got a 3150 ramp. They first offered 200.00. After complained they were kind enough ( cough cough) to up the offer to 325.... We had the ramp about a year... Moving and dont need it where we are going...

The entire 101 Mobility(Cleveland) team was professional and friendly. From Mike in sales, Cheryl in the office and their install team. We were extremely impressed. Bravo guys

Awful place. I was told that they have scooters display but there were only 2! I wanted to try different brands of electric carts or wheelchair. Wasnt impressed.

The ramp was installed within a couple days. Everyone was professional and friendly. Good quality ramps.
