I have taken my Mother to this Willoughby Beltone Hearing Aid Center and cant express enough how caring and experienced Harold is. My Mother has extreme hearing loss and Harold doesnt try to rip you off by selling you expensive hearing aids, he knows what he is doing and my Mother can hear much better now. Harold is very professional and puts his clients at ease.I love that he does follow-ups and I can stop in at anytime to have the tubes changed for her.This is the far best hearing aid center that my Mother has ever gone to.Do yourself a favor and try this center out, you will thank me in the end.

I have been getting my hearing aids from Beltone for years. When I was due for new ones last year I opted for the rechargeable behind the ear model. I liked them a lot but I was having minor issues that needed regular adjustments. Harold suggested I try the in the canal model. So far these are amazing and Im very happy I switched. Harold has always gone way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

If you have a known hearing loss or suspect that you do...this is an excellent place to be evaluated. Herschel was very kind and patient in explaining everything as he completed the hearing test. While I dont need hearing aids at this point, if ever I do in the future, Willoughby Beltone would be the place to go!

I’ve been going to Beltone for three years. All of the staff is great. Hershel is very knowledgeable and professional. He is thorough but does not oversell the product. He gives good information and the product sells itself.

I cant say enough good about my experiences over the years with Beltone and Harold. My mom was dissatisfied with her hearing aids from another company. We went to see Harold and he was always patient and kind with mom. She was very satisfied with her Beltone hearing aids and wore them until she passed away at almost 96.I am 71 and teach piano and Drums privately. I have one particular piano student that is very soft spoken that I would continually say what when she spoke. I went to Howard, because of his expertise and kindness to my mom. After being fitted and wearing hearing aids I have not needed to say what to my soft spoken student. I would recommend Howard and Beltone hearing aids to anyone in need to hear better.

Great experience. Easy to get an appointment, thorough hearing assessment, actually got to have a pair of hearing aids in during all of the visit except the testing. I got to experience how much they would help me to hear what I’ve been missing. Herschel at the Willoughby office wasn’t intent on sell me the latest and greatest. He helped me choose hearing aids that were affordable, would do what I needed now as well as down the road should my hearing become worse. The receptionist got me in for an appointment within 72 hours of my call. Both she and Herschel were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Beltone and I look forward to a good working relationship with them.

Hearing loss runs in my family, so I am a younger hearing aid recipient (in their 40’s). I am a current customer at the Beltone Willoughby location. This place is awesome! Friendly, professional staff and a great team to work with! After having the hearing test to pinpoint the type of hearing loss, the option I went with is the Beltone Amaze and I am so glad I did. Here is my review of the Beltone Amaze:After using these for about a year; I’ve been extremely impressed with them! The quality has been great and the HearMax app has some wonderful features that are lacking in other brands.* Restaurant option in the HearMax app is fantastic! It lowers the background noise and allows me to hear the conversation at the table clearly. This has been extremely helpful during meetings at work as well.* Having Audio stream routing set to automatic is great when using navigation on my iPhone. The audio directions stream directly through the Beltone amaze and into my ear while my wife listens to the car radio at any volume (this is priceless and one of my favorite features!)Lastly, in my family, we recently found out we are all using different brands of hearing aid. When we met up earlier in 2020, we got to try Beltone, Oticon, and Re-Sound side by side. Beltone was by far the winner and it showed! I was the only one who was happy with their hearing aids and actively wearing them each day!

I found Mr.Fantl to be very honest and very thorough in his assessment of my hearing. After clearing the wax out of my ears- which he did carefully and gently, he then tested me. He felt that this cleaning of wax would eliminate the immediate need for hearing aids. This is exactly what happened! I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Our specialist, Harold Fanti discovered that the unit was fine and educated us on proper care.Harold was super professuonal and he showed great honesty in not simply trying to sell us new units when these older gems still function. My first pair of hearing aids that I got were in the ear. I was not happy and didnt like them at all I went back and saw Harold again and he swapped out the aids I didnt like and replaced them free of charge for behind the ear which I absolutely love. My husband got his hearing aides about a year ago he loves them but more importantly he loves the great service he received from Hershal. He is very friendly, curtious & always helpful.
