Had a broken monitor on my laptop. 3 weeks estimated for microcenter, 6 to 8 for best buy to fix. Only three hours at target pc. This was quick same day service. I was very happy with this turnaround.

I only buy household items but love what they have. They need to open up more lines l dont like self checkout.

Called the number listed here. Pressed 4 for technical support and was given a SECOND number to call. Annoying and unnecessary but okay. Called the second number and got the SAME MENU. Pressed 4 AGAIN and was given the number I just called.Pressed 0 this time for the operator and no one picked up.If this is how your phone service is, I can only imagine how bad the service is in the actual store.

Had lots of problems with my computer and I knew it wasnt going to be cheap. These guys were up front about it, honest, and quick. They even did a bit extra for my PC that needed repairs. Squared away guys and an overall high speed business.

Had them do a repair of my laptop after it got infected by a virus. They did an excellent job at the price and in the time stated. Plus they dont treat you like you dont know anything as happens with big box retailers. I would highly recommend this company. to everyone in the area

I wouldn’t even give one star! TERRIBLE place with horrific customer service. Simply THE WORST! Never go there! Here’s my experience there. Came there with two babies under two in a stroller. Here’s our conversation with an employee. Me: Hi I need my iPad screen fixed how much will that be. Employee: umm, not sure. Silence... Me: okay can you ask somebody? Employee: okay. Leaves then comes back and says: to see how much it will be to fix the screen they need to see your iPad. Me: here it is. Employee: you actually have to leave it here for couple days for them to figure out how much it will be to fix it. WHAT?!!! Are you kidding me? What kind of place is that?! Never go there! THE WORST!

These guys are good to go, restored my toughbook to good working order and were able to get into off a broken laptops hard drive which had pics of a family friend who died in Afghanistan. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Small and dumpy. Service lousy.

They dont take their own hours seriously. I came here at Saturday at 11 AM and they were still closed. Waited 20 minutes. If you are a business and advertise your hours you should respect them.
