Never so disappointed!! I dreamed of wearing a particular wedding dress by Allure. Unfortunately, no stores in my area had a sample of the dress, so I drove to PA to try on the particular dress. When I returned to Ohio, i contacted this store again because when I was trying on dresses here before Mike said he could order dresses that he did not have in stock. Well I placed a deposit on my Allure gown of $1200 in September 2017 and he told me the dress would come in Feb. I waited patiently. At the end of February I started calling and did not get a single return phone call until the middle of March. The store also had a sign on the door that they would only be open by appointment only. Mike told me the dress was in the country and would be in any day. So I waited an additional week and then called back. My dress was still not in. I also contacted Allure in the meantime and he is NOT an authorized retailer. When I spoke to Mike again he tried to tell me he is friends with someone at the company and can get the dresses. I requested a refund of my deposit and he said he would refund the money. After 10 business days he had not refunded my money, so I had to threaten to file a police report for fraud. Then and only then did I get a refund.

My daughter and I discovered this shop back in November, and the service was far superior to what we experienced in the other stores we visited. I am the bride and my daughter is my matron of honor, which was a little unusual but Mike and Raffi welcomed us, listened to us and our needs, and never tried to oversell us. I purchased two dresses there and would highly recommend them as a quality, locally owned and operated store.

We bought both my daughters wedding dresses and my moms dress from here!! They went above and beyond to alter the dresses, even with my mother missing her fitting appt due to being hospitalized, raphie made sure everything was perfect and even altered the dress at her house so it would be done in few days for the wedding!!!! Cant thank her and the shop enough for all the hard work and love they put into helping finish up this special day!!!! If you want it, they can do it!!! 1000 times better then davids bridal!!! Love love love them all💜💜💜💜
