Purchased remote start. Ralph and his staff are outstanding, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to not only make sure my remote start worked properly, but also that it was the type of remote start that would make me happy. Took the initiative and ordered a part to fix a broken hood release handle at no extra charge as a bonus. Clean and presentable facility...great music to listen to while waiting. Would recommend to anyone interested in a remote start.

I went here instead of buying speakers for my truck off the internet. Ralph not only helped me get the right parts, (my truck needed an adapter to install the speaker to the door), but let me know what color the negative and positive wires were in the door. Super professional and very knowledgeable. Saved me time and frustration of finding out I needed adapters to install the speakers. Would highly recommend.

Ralph, Bart, Craig and Dustin installed front and back cameras with batteries, Radar Detector, Laser Jammer and finally a high end stereo with complete car sound reduction . The result is exceptional. The best installer I am aware in the mid west !

Have had alot of work done here over the years. And keep coming back. Staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. They do great work and are very good at what they do. You can feel comfortable leaving them with your vehicle and not worry about the installation.

I had a system installed here a couple months ago. I cant say enough good things about the team they have. I am entirely pleased with how this turned out!! I even took it back and had interior lights installed that run with the lights in the box. Wouldnt recommend any place else.

Great place for your electronic mobile needs. I am a repeat customer, had my stereo replaced two years ago. They did a great job, taking my new car in for a dashcam installation.

Went in for a back up camera for my F150, they had several options available and were very knowledgeable about their products. Ended up getting a complete new head unit with a touch screen, back up camera and DVD player. Very happy with the look and clean install. If I need anything else for my truck or car will definitely go see them again.

Made the mistake of getting someone from offline to try to install a back up camera and navigation system in my suburban. Of course it was someone lying about their skill level. Long story short I took it to the professionals at auto sound. They fixed everything how it was suppose to be installed and function. I got the bill and was presently surprised....in a good way. Highly recommend and worth the wait. They seem to always be booked but they get you in as fast as possible. Will be taking another vehicle there soon for some audio upgrades.

Great place. Arrived at 8:58am for a 9;00 appt. I was greeted and they took my car right in. I had a remote start & keyless entry installed. The staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable & timely. My car was ready when promised at the price that was quoted. Ralph (I think the mgr.) provided extra great customer service on the price quote. I was shown how to use the keyless entry & remote start fob. AND, they found a ring I had lost in my car.👍. Great experience all around!!

Auto Sound Security has been my go to location since 2000, they are very knowledgeable and friendly people with great customer service skills. I have contacted them via phone and email and have gotten good service either way. Recently they installed an NAV unit in my SUV, I made some changes to what I wanted on the day of the appointment and they took it in stride accomplishing the task without delay. I came in asking for advice on getting rid of the hum from my turntable. Non auto related, just general feedback on what I could do do eliminate ground loop. They were so helpful and actually gave me the wire I needed to fix the problem at no charge. He didnt have to do that, but did anyways out of kindness. Im definitely coming back to these guys from my car door speakers!

Easily a 5-star place. I own a 2005 Lexus RX330 with a very low-end factory audio system. These guys took it out and put in a bluetooth integration system which streams everything from my Android phone. Ive seen other shops in the past, who declared this job impossible on my car; these guys got it done in less than one hour. The price is extremely reasonably. So far everything works just perfectly. I cant be a happier customer. Highly recommend for everyone in the greater Cleveland area.

Was told I could have my part delivered next day, was informed after paying, leaving and returning home that it could not be done and now have to go through the hassle of waiting on my money to transfer back, they were not very polite or apologetic for my inconvenience and when I called to let them know I was not happy I got sorry, did what we could do as if they could care less about my situation. Will never use these guys again and would suggest you find your own specialty parts online for 1/2 the cost. I would pay the extra 50% just for the professional help and courtesy but this place lacked just that. Thanks for the promise of something you couldnt deliver, and regardless of your supplier you should never process payment nor promise an arrival time without the guarantee of such. Could of just gave the old 3-5 business days speech and I would of taken my business elsewhere to begin with.

Radio works fine. However if you have any plans on the day you schedule to have your radio installed on cancel them. They so an hour or so to everyone. Its an hour or so from when they start and they never tell you when theyll get to it. Had my car scheduled for 9am in the morning. Didnt get the call to pick up until 3pm. If you schedule a car you should be working on it at that time. Not having people drop it off at that time. These people are highly unprofessional and have no communication skills.

Scheduled an appointment for my input converter box I just bought for 9 am and was out at 9:30 with it installed perfectly.Service was extremely nice and was only about $50 for a simple installation that I would have definitely screwed up had I done it.

The rearview mirror with backup camera works exactly like you described it would. And, the Bluetooth audio sound quality is perfectly acceptable, although I will have to increase the volume and punch the bass up a bit. The hidden GPS speaker is plenty loud now as well. I can hear the navigation at freeway speed with the music cranked up no matter what audio source is playing.I went for a drive this past weekend, and everything works like I want it to.Thanks, again, Bryan. I appreciated your patience and your teams professionalism and neatness. As you know, I pamper my car. I do not even valet. However, I trusted your team to have my car overnight twice. Took my 2015 Chevy Silverado there after another shop did a butcher job on it. Auto Sound pretty much had to redo the whole job the other shop did. They added a new Amp & 10 Inch JL subwoofer. Sounds great, couldnt be happier. The only place that will service my audio needs from now on.
