Steve, Matt Nagy (not the Bears head coach ;-) and Francesco made the leasing experience so smooth. None of the other local Volvo dealerships could come close to the deal the Steve extended to me. This is my second Volvo leased from Leikin (first was an S60 back in 2007 - which my son still drives). These guys are a class act!

Volvo Leiken’s service department deserves more than 5 stars. I called to report an issue with my car, I was advised to contact Volvo on call. A tow truck a(flatbed) was at my house within 20 minutes. Shortly afterwards I received a text from the service department confirming receipt of my vehicle. The issue was immediately diagnosed and repaired. Each person involved were very professional and pleasant.

My experience was phenomenal! I purchased my car with 5 miles. Prior to arrival most of the communication was done via email and Julius was very attentive to me! Amazing experience. I have had my car for about a year now and the whole processes was so easy and friendly. No pressure and not time consuming. I recently got my car serviced and they made it so easy by picking up and dropping it off for me at my work so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. I had an amazing car purchase experience with Steve and Brian! I really didnt want to haggle, or spend hours at a dealership going back and forth trying to get the best price. We exchanged a few emails, discussed what discounts I was eligible for, what my lease vs. buy options were, came up with a fair and reasonable price, and came to an agreement without ever setting foot in the dealership. They prepared the paperwork and delivered the car to me at my home. We signed papers at my kitchen table and went through an orientation of the car in my driveway. As a first time Volvo buyer and Leikin customer the buying experience from browsing their inventory online to signing the paperwork was great - the whole process could not have been any more stress free. Their website had actual photos of all the cars they had in stock. While looking at other dealerships (Audi, Volkswagen, and another Volvo dealer) most had stock photos, and determining trim levels and features was difficult and deterred me from making an in person visit.After picking out the XC40 I wanted, the sales team (Steve and Matt) were extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling the test drive and financing. After the paperwork was completed, Matt gave us a comprehensive walk-through of the XC40, all its features, and assistance with setting up the Volvo app which was super helpful.The dealership itself was immaculate. I had to wait a few hours for my car to be serviced. Dave in the service department was great at keeping me informed about the progress of the service. Great buying experience. We have purchased 5 vehicles from leikin over the years. This dealership is fair and honest. Working with Brian Rapoport has been stress free, Brian is the most knowledgeable and honest salesperson I know. The service department at leikin is 2nd to none, these guys go above and beyond.

For this XC90 we went for the affinity deal as my wife is a medical worker. However the prices we got from Volvos site, after obtaining the pin, did not match what the sale person was offering us. It was a discrepancy of about $500. I shared the pricing pdf we received from affinity website but he did not honor it. Obviously the sale gentleman was not the right person to deal with. Since it was the last day of the month we wanted to close and we did it but it still left us with a bad taste.One more item ... when we received the car we noticed that the left rear door was misaligned and it pas popping out of the envelope with 3-4 mm. The second sales man who was handling the delivery, tried to convince us that is an optical illusion as he does not see it. Luckily the body shop team saw it and fix it very well (10 days later), including a chip on the edge of driver side door.Their finance director was very easy to work with and he was excellentand professional in the dealing.This is our 5th Volvo and while the previous 4 experiences were very pleasant (including one OD) this time we were disappointed.

I purchased a BMW from this location. My sales member was awesome form the beginning to end. When I came through the door I already had a purchase agreement, I knew what car I was interested in. I only looked at that car. I only wanted to test drive that car. Without my knowledge the finance manager ran my credit to serval banks. when I return to the dealership the next day to pick up my vehicle, and I ask why did you run my credit, His answer was he was trying to get me approved. That was strike one... Now moving on to strike two. My service engine light came on. I called to setup a time to get my maintenance done on my car, the voicemail states that you can go online to schedule your appointment. When I put my phone number in the slot my name and vehicle pop up. I walk- through the steps under the impression, they was going to come pick up my car and have it serviced. I received a call the next morning stated that my vehicle is used and that service is only offered to new car members only. Strike three... I looked pass all of that because I know how important it is to keep up on your maintenance, so I asked when I drop off my car can I have a loner to get to work. No and do you need me to cancel your service appointment. Ive realized that customer service is at a all time low no matter where you shop!
