I usually have a great experience with them, but the woman I spoke with during my visit today was short and extremely rude. Currently sitting in my car trying to recover from the unprovoked attitude I was just affronted with. Do better.

Wonderful over all experience! I have never returned a UPS packages easier! The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and made sure Id have all my tracking info before leaving. 10/10 would go again!

Theyll ship anything via any means. Theyll also take used bubble wrap, envelopes, packing material and boxes!

Was very rude and and talked down to my wife. Because she didnt print of the Amazon return label (she had the return code printed) but talked to her like she was an idiot for not knowing that. Then said Whats the name of my store yup not a UPS store then told her to drive to St Cloud to mail it.Wow, is that how they treat customers. Nice,

I recently had a situation that required me to find a company that would be willing to pick up a flat screen television from a previous customers address, box it up, and ship it to Aberdeen, SD. I spoke with the gentleman in charge and he made it happen. He could have easily told me to look for a different option. This I assure you would have been denied had I contacted the other large mailing chains. These guys were the best. Thank you General Mailing!

Lady is always rude and grumpy and acts like she’d rather not help you and be somewhere else . No Thank you after purchase , not a good image to have at front counter . Has happened multiple times . Always assumes customer should know there options and gets short with you when asking questions .

One star is frankly too generous. I have been here twice. The first time I witnessed a very kind gentleman helping the only other customer in the store, but the woman I was unfortunate enough to receive “help” from was SO. RUDE. I almost said that I would just wait until the man was free to help me, no matter how long that took. She made me feel like I was such a burden to work with. I just wanted to buy a shipping envelope and have her print me a label.Today I wanted to return something from Amazon but didn’t realize I needed to print out the UPS label from home first... Oh my word. You would’ve thought I had asked her to personally WALK the package back to wherever it goes barefoot in the freezing cold. “This isn’t a UPS store, you need to call Amazon and have them send you a label because the nearest UPS store is in St. Cloud, 60 miles away!” Like I am the absolute stupidest person she’s ever had the misfortune of meeting.The other package I had a label for, so I said, “Okay, never mind that one then, I want to get this one sent out though.” And she continued to go off that they aren’t a UPS store and CAN’T and WON’T send that first package. Yeah, I’m not stupid, heard you the first time. At this point another customer walked in and the woman said, “Oh HI, sweetie! Just set your stuff down there!” Totally pleasant. Completely different person. And then a split second later she was back to being nasty, snapping at me to give her the label for the package that could be shipped. It was like she went out of her way to be extremely rude and demeaning. I’m NOT a sensitive person by any means, but being 37 weeks pregnant and taking such unprofessional, unwarranted attitude from a complete stranger for no apparent reason almost brought me to tears of rage. I could not get out of there fast enough. I shudder to think what she’s like when unsuspecting people try to ship packages to loved ones this holiday season. What a grouch. Stick her in the back by herself; she has no business working out front with the public. I won’t be back here again, and I will be sure to tell others not to go here either.

Usually there is a younger man working that is always very polite and friendly, but not today. There was a middle aged woman helping me who was very rude and gave me attitude for no reason. First she was mad that I didn’t bring my own envelope to mail something in. I intended to buy one at general mailing, as I knew they sold them. I don’t see why buying one there was such a problem. Then, she was rude because aparently what I wanted to mail was “too big” even though there was plenty of extra room in the envelope after putting my item in it. It was like this lady was going out of her way to be rude to me. She made me feel like uncomfortable and like a burden. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but that’s no way to treat a customer.
