I love the concept and the ice cream taste really good. The staff was very enthusiastic and knew what they were doing. You can either chose a specialty option, or you can make your own flavors. Parking is very limited, out door seating is available and there’s plenty of room inside as well. Conveniently located next to a five guys, so you can always get an awesome dessert.

My Grandbaby Boys and I went to 8° Below, 2929 N. Rock Road, its the Best! The Rolled Ice Cream is really good. Kevin did an Awesome Job! He made our Rolled Ice Cream look like a work of Art. It was So Beautiful, I didnt want to eat it... Kevin gave us Great 100%+ Customer Service...Thank You! Kevin, we will be back...p.s. that was our first time there.

Three staff working on a Saturday night? Definitely not the time to let people take shift breaks. It took us *40 minutes* because they would take more orders, leaving one person to make them! It’s delicious (kind of similar to a dip’n’dots flavor), beautiful, and the process is neat—but be strategic with your time.

The ice cream is sooo good! The kids that work in there are quiet but nice. They get us in and out. When we stay my kids love it. We tell jokes and have great family time here.

Great customer service! we came in on Friday at 10 and apologized for coming right as theyre about to close. The guys working had a smile and assured us it was quite alright. The food was a great treat. Will be returning in the future.

The staff is friendly but the stores prices are insane and the ice cream is super sweet.

Much better location than their downtown location. Downtown is always a mess and has huge lines. 8 below is where I had my first rolled ice cream! The staff that works here is very friendly and I definitely enjoy the positive atmosphere. This is a fun place to go when you want to enjoy some rolled ice cream!

Good place. I dont understand the concept though. They melt, and refreeze the ice cream again into rolls with some flavours. Rather just have those flavoured ice cream in stock. It will save a lot of time

I was honestly disappointed they replaced Ritas at all, especially with an ice cream place.. I thought that was highly disrespectful lol but I was not let down! This is THE BEST Ice cream i have ever had. Now i can say (in my opinion) Ive had the best Shaved Ice and the best Ice Cream ever.

The ice cream was awesome and it was super fun to watch them prepare it.The only bad thing was that there were two high school age kids working and the music videos they had streaming from YouTube on the big public tv weren’t family appropriate whatsoever (they played earned it by the weekend and some other video that was even worse).

Great price. $6 for each bowl of Rolled Ice cream. Waited a little bit for our ice cream, but it is worth it! If you want instant ice cream... go to Braums. Amazing service. Employees were very kind.

Wait times can be a bit long, but its entertaining to watch them prepare the food. The food is gourmet and delicious! They roll the ice cream and put it into a cup. Its more of a gimmick than anything, but still somewhat interesting to watch.

I am not even a huge ice cream lover, but I thoroughly enjoyed my first try of the rolled ice cream! I requested he add chocolate syrup to the coconut ice cream, pineapple and marachino cherry signature flavor, perfect blend of flavors, and whipped cream and coconut on top! YUM!! Ill be back!!

The rolled ice cream was delicious! I got the Cocolicious with Capn crunch mixed in, and it was honestly some of the best ice cream Ive ever had. The only complaint I would have would be my order seemed to take a significant amount of time longer than others. It was worth the wait, though. :)

Had to wait a long time to get two simple orders done. I dont understand why they have such short staff everytime I come and it seems like theyre in no hurry to do the orders that come in. Their website says they close at 10pm but they locked their doors at 9 and wouldnt let people in. It also states on their menu to choose up to 3 toppings and I only chose one and yet somehow i still got charged for the other two and they didnt bother explaining why. Very unprofessional. Not coming back.
