Excellent windows. Would recommend to anyone. Had to do my windows in 3 stages due to the amount of windows and price. The installer Jeff D and his crew are amazing. They did all three of my installs. If you get new windows or doors request Jeff. You will not be disappointed.

I am very pleased with the windows and installation from Woodbridge. I live in a rural area and they didnt hesitate at all to come to me to explain their product, measure, and then install. Communication was excellent at all points and they were very responsiveness to questions. On installation day, they sent a big team who worked efficiently and got all 18 windows installed in my house in just a few hours time. Everyone, from the first salesman to the installers, were very respectfully and professional. The windows are beautiful and open easily. My house was built in 1900 and the installation sits inside the old wood frames, preserving the original beauty while providing modern convenience. I am very happy with my decision to choose Woodbridge.

We had our 10x10 window broken. They came out and measured. Window was to be installed August 24th. We have called, and called, and called. They give us the run around over and over again. None of our calls have been returned. It is now October 17th. We are so close to taking these people to small claims court. We paid 4000.00 for this window. They are happy to sell these to you, but customer service is so, so horrible. We still need the window replaced. Any suggestions from anyone??!!

Woodbridge is a fantastic company all around. The sales representative was polite and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us useful information. The installation team was quick, efficient and polite. The cleaned/picked up everything from their work and even cleaned my other windows! We have purchased windows from them twice and will purchase again when we cut holes for new windows during our remodel! The warranty is amazing also.

Im generous in giving Woodbridge a two-star rating. I had windows installed and was also upsold some metal coverings around my doors and garage to clean things up. Ultimately, I have buyers remorse. I was duped by the sales pitch and find the windows are decent, but WAY overpriced (6 standard windows = $10K...just FYI). Install quality was sub-par, and I had personal items damaged, including my bed by the installer. Save yourself the hassle and look somewhere else for your window needs.

We had all new windows installed in our house. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about product and did explain everything to us about how their windows are made, etc. Unfortunately our very old windows we had were starting to show black mold.. which was the #1 reason we updated for the safety of our family. My husband and I were pretty disappointed because we were told by sales rep the ENTIRE window and frame would be removed which is not what happened. The old windows were cut around and metal frames were left and new windows installed. We were told metal frame is what grows mold. It is VERY disappointing because of how much we paid. Otherwise windows are nice and install crew was friendly and for the most part efficient.. we have damage to metal frames that we will have to repair/paint.

Windows installed look and function really well. We had 35 windows removed and 23 installed. Many of our side by side double hung windows were converted into single sliders. Install with the 5-man crew was done within the day. A couple of the screens had small holes in them prior to install, the following day someone from the company came and replaced them before noon. We’re really excited to see what our bills look like throughout the summer and next winter. Hutchinson, KS

Way over priced fired my husband without repramanding him first. In wich we felt was unfair due to his production and sacrifices that he made. The good thing is he was always paid on time and no one ever stole his commission

The presentation was very thorough, complete with a full size sample of the window, and a demostration using various panes of glass and a heat lamp to show how much more efficient their windows are. The salesman was able yo answer all of my questions and explain why Woodbridge windows are better quality than the competition, as well as show me them so I could see for myself. The install was fairly quick. They had a week earlier opening in their schedule than originally planned and asked if Id be interested in it. The install itself was done by about midday. And Im extremely happy with how great they look, and work, as well as how the entire window frame is wrapped on the outside, sealing out all air. I cant wait to get my next set in April! :)

Had original cheap builder grade windows that were 21 years old replaced with Woodbridge replacement windows. Old windows cut out and new were sized to slide inside the drywall dimensions of interior window openings. So far have two issues with windows. 1). replacement windows with trim are at least two inches thicker, all old window treatments had to be discarded and new ones purchased due to dimensions changed. Additional cost we were not planning on. 2). when lower window is opened so lower only screens are used, the top half of window moves down creating open gap at top. To close lower window and lock always have to push top window up to align locks.

I had three new windows installed today. Dan and Mike were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to get the installation completed in weather that was much less than perfect. The windows are beautiful, they are more energy efficient, and they will improve the value of my home.

We had windows done first and then siding a week later. The people that did our windows were great, very friendly and did a good job explaining how to use them. They cleaned up everything and disposed of not only our old windows, but also all of our blinds, which was nice! Then with the siding, they werent as friendly and used minimal communication. They werent rude or anything, just wouldve preferred better communication. When they were done the first day they just left. They didnt say a word. They were almost done, but NOT done and we were like ummm I hope they are coming back tomorrow, but we really had no idea for sure what was going on. Then the next day when they were finished we did look at it and sign (our fault for not looking better and asking about it), but they left quite a bit of stuff around not cleaned up and they didnt put anything back where it was (mailbox, flag holder, plant holder, sign hook, etc.) Now I dont know if this is common practice or not, but if I was taking things off of someones exterior wall, I personally would be taking pics and putting them back exactly as I found them, or at least asking the owner what they preferred. When youre paying someone $30,000, it would be nice if you didnt have to put all of this stuff back up yourself, just my opinion.As far as the work, we think our home looks great! And although we havent seen a bill yet, we do believe that there will be a decrease. The room that was always cold is no longer cold!About the pressure sales that people have commented in their reviews, yes, its a bit high pressure. Our lady was really nice and explained things really well. We went in knowing that we wanted this, but we were pretty unsure of the high cost. But she was good at her job! She showed us things that made us believe in the product! The triple pane is nice for sure and the insulation being locked into the siding was a plus too. We also really liked the warranty. The reviews on here do make me a bit nervous, but hopefully If we need to deal with them in the future, all will be ok.Overall, we are pretty happy so far and hope that our windows and siding are as lasting as they promise!Adding a before/after pic.

From the salesman, the measurement guy, to the installation crew, all were very personable, professional, and worked hard on the job. My older home made them work for their money, but they went above and beyond. The windows look great and my community continues to comment of the great look! Job well done!

Guys seriously these guys products are literally the best! I could have spent a little bit left somewhere else but I am so glad I did it! They are saving me money each month call my energy bill. And I do mean a significant amount exclamation! They also have a warranty that doesnt have a bunch of fine print in it. So basically if anything happened they cover it !

Not only were they ready to install earlier than expected, they installed 19 windows in about 5 hours. They were very polite and were very respectful of my dogs. After they were finished they cleaned up their mess.I would very likely use this company again!

Will Mike and his helper arrived on time I lay down things on the floor so they wouldnt track up the floor continues to tear out the old bathtub and the wall got that out and how that up in the area outside so that wasnt in the way continue to put the new shower in axis exactly where we wanted our accessories they finish up the job had us come in and looked at it to see if it was okay and everything is okay they clean up their mess and had to sign some papers and they were off they did a great job. We had two sliding glass doors turned into windows and one sliding glass door replaced.They came in at the best bid, with a good product.The sales associate was nice and the staff that called were also nice. They did the sliding glass doors to windows first - the guys who came to install those were awesome!!! (Daniel & Lonnie) If they did the door replacement too - this would be a five star review.But the door was replaced by a different contractor. He could have used a shim so it wasn’t crooked - but he didn’t. He didn’t even put in all the tack nails? We were disappointed considering how much we spent.So 5 stars for sales and first set of contractors. 1 star for the second contractor that put in the new door in = 3 stars.

You need to teach your employees their colors. One of them flew through a red light almost hitting my car.

We had occasion to call and request an estimate for exterior home repair. The staff and estimator were very nice and honest. Prompt in their dealings and follow through. The estimate given was for much more work than we actually wanted done and we declined their service. The problem that made me mad occurred when a male called and asked if the service was as advertised. I told him that there were no issues with the service, but that I was unhappy in that the company was inflexible in “requiring” a certain amount of work be done. The “gentleman” said ”that is immaterial to me.” He was only interested in the service received by the estimator..was he on time, courteous, etc. He did not want to hear any other comments, and was rude in his tone and comment.

This was an easy process for windows. Dan and Mike were our installers. They did a great job. They were very professional and kind. They never stopped working and answered all of our questions. Woodbridge seems to be a good company but the installers sealed the deal for the company as professionals.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional. The installers were great, finished 14 windows in 2 days and cleaned up like they were never there. Were extremely happy with the windows, feel they are definitely the best on the market. Especially impressed with the warranty.

The finance experience was not how it was explained. Our payment and interest rate is much higher than we were originally told. We sold windows at one price then when measured we found out it was going to be more per window. They should honor what is quoted. Our interest rate is three times higher and the payment has doubled all took place after the windows were installed! What are we to do about that since they broke so of our old windows when removing them? Financing should be in place before demo!

Woodbridge was one of three companies that I contacted about windows and I was uncomfortable with them from the start.First, we were forced to take an earlier appointment than we were ready for because they do not schedule appointments more than three or five days in advance according to the appointment setter. Taking an earlier appointment meant more time off from work and taking an appointment later in the day.Second, the sales guy showed up on time but was here nearly FIVE HOURS. He was nice and we really liked him but he was here way past our normal schedule for bedtime. My husband and I work physically demanding jobs in extreme conditions. With it being summer, we are both in the heat all day and exhausted when we get home. We should not have made any decisions when we were that tired.Third, I never received the financing contract I was supposed to sign and when I tried to contact the sales guy, the number he gave us went to a call center who said they had never heard of him. I then repeatedly called them for assistance with no response.Fourth, because of the previous problems we were having, we decided we wanted to cancel the project contract to which Im still trying to resolve. Ive left repeated messages at this time and was told I have to speak with the sales manager. Due to my growing concern over the project contract, I have contacted the Attorney Generals office for assistance in the matter. The Attorney Generals office told me to reach out to Woodbridge again and to call them back if I am unable to resolve this matter.I am at this time waiting to hear from someone at the company. I called twice yesterday and twice today.They seem to have a very good product but I dont feel comfortable doing business with this company.Update: I finally spoke with the Sales Manager and am now waiting to receive paperwork to cancel the project. We spoke at length about why my husband and I want to end the project. There is a 15% cancellation fee (roughly $2,000) that we will be paying, unfortunately, but I would rather pay that than continue forward. The manager did try to offer me some incentives to not cancel but I still do not want to do that at this time.

I had a meeting set up to get a quote from them. My husband was not home from work yet and he would not give me a quote. I understand their policy, but when the salesman was leaving with the understanding I would reschedule he said the most inappropriate thing to me. I could not believe it. I was so embarrassed. Shame on you Woodbridge...Shame on you!!

Please teach your door to door salesmen around what a No Soliciting sign means. There is no reason they should be knocking on doors and trying to sell product if there. Not trying to be rude but the sign is there for a reason.

Working with Woodbridge Home Exteriors has been a wonderful experience! We seen them at our local farm and home show, the two guys there were extremely helpful, and answered our questions.Next they set us up with Tommy who came to our home and told us all about their windows, demonstrated how they worked compared to others. He was very easy to talk to and very professional took about an hour and a half from start to finish that included how many windows we needed to what color of frames and trim! Next step was the contractor that came out and put the windows in, he was a very nice guy. He did an amazing job. He had all the windows (6) in before noon and had them trimmed inside and out and was leaving by 8pm. Love how they look, cant wait to see how much it saves on electricity.

My windows are amazing! I used to be able to hear the cars from the street behind me and the school bell a couple of blocks away in the morning, with the windows shut I no longer hear the bell and the loud car is just a low hum. On a warm day the sliding glass door blocks the heat from the sun! I have been telling friends and even repair men that have come to my house about the windows! They are by far a great purchase! Not only were the men that installed the windows friendly but they were fast and knowledgeable! I would recommend these windows to anyone that is wanting to make their house more energy efficient, quieter and visually appealing!Thank you for designing incredible windows!

I had several parts of my house re-sided, They are focal points of the front view of my house. So, I wanted something more interesting than regular horizontal siding. I was very against vinyl until I saw the construction and the demonstration of pounding a baseball on it. The customer service and the extent in which the company will stand behind the product was very impressive as well. The work crew was amazing. They were very helpful in that they worked hard to finish to meet an unexpected time challenge I had. My house looks even better than I ever imagined!

We used Woodbridge to replace windows in our home. Our experience was outstanding! The crew communicated with us to arrange a convenient time. They showed up prepared and on time. They were extremely polite and very professional. They did not leave until they had completely cleaned up the job site. They did a complete walk through at the end to be sure we were completely satisfied. We will use Woodbridge for anything we need in the future. Best contractor experience we have ever had!

I was amazed at how fast this company was. The no pressure sales. The quality of the product. We had double pane windows already but after seeing what Woodbridge could do with triple pane windows I was impressed. We got 4 windows and a door replaced. I knew it would make a difference but Im amazed at how big of a difference. Our furnace doesnt run nearly as much. We dont hear any other the outside noise. And we can actually see out of our windows. We plan on having our other windows and door replaced in the future. Woodbridge will have the job. We had another company come out a yr ago they qouted us nearly $3k per window for only double pane and one yr warranty. Woodbridge was 1/3 the cost with a better window and way better warranty! (Lifetime transferable).. I can promise if you give them a chance you wont regret it.

A person was canvasing our neighborhood for Woodbridge. We scheduled an appointment with the intention of buying a front picture window with 2 side windows. We did this because a relative had the same window installed last October and could not stop complimenting the entire process from salesman to installers. After the salesman visited with us, we decided to do the whole house. The windows were delivered on time, they are gorgeous, the installers were exemplary in how well they did the installation. They were courteous, informative, very neat, did a stellar job of cleaning up. The entire process was so much better than any other home improvement experience we have ever had it is hard to believe. The day after installation, a representative called to inquire about the installation and whether everything was satisfactory. And yes the entire experience was very satisfactory.

We love our new windows. The company made sure our upstairs windows were installed to our liking. There was no mess and installers were incredibly polite and customer-service focused. When we are ready to replace the windows downstairs we will definitely be calling Woodbridge.

The windows are awesome! Woodbridge was able to create windows that matched the original style of our older home. They look terrific both inside and out.

Install date: 4-18-20181. Be flexible with the date for installation. We received our phone call the day before installation.2. Employee double-checked measurements of windows before starting. He made sure the new windows loaded were the correct size for the correct job site.3. Outdoors - the site was set up with yellow caution tape to keep others from wandering into the work zone. Plastic sheeting was used on the ground to catch debris and for ease of clean up.4. Interior - floor vents in the area of the windows were closed and covered. Plastic sheeting spread on floor. Window treatments/curtains removed.5. The job foreman respectfully communicated with us throughout the job. Each employee was very respectful and well-trained regarding customer relations. Each was well-trained regarding his portion of the window installment process.6. The windows installed beautifully! We reviewed the operation of the windows and asked our final questions.7. The work site was completely cleaned up. Old windows, hardware and lumber were all removed from the site.8. This particular skilled team is to be commended for respectfully representing Woodbridge Home Exteriors of Kansas and themselves.

The whole entire process was a breeze. Everybody that was involved was very courteous and I couldnt have asked for a better installation team. I love the fact that I didnt take all day and Im very impressed with the windows themselves.

I had a cold call from a Woodbridge representative in my neighborhood, he was talking about my windows and siding - but I ended up having a patio door installed. The glass in my door had shattered and needed to be replaced. I was given a thorough explanation of Woodbridge and their products and services, and was very impressed. I had the door installed a few weeks later, and the installation crew was awesome. They worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with my door, and with the experience I have had with Woodbridge. When it is in my budget to get new windows or siding, I will use them again.

They really add to the appearance of our house! Havent had them long enough to notice a big difference in our heating and cooling bills. Rooms do feel warmer. After installation, we had a couple of small issues and they came the next day to fix them to our satisfaction! We would recommend them to everyone!

Excellent quality product & company

Wish I could give 0 stars for this review. I have not been more offended with a company than Woodbridge Home Exteriors..and more specifically Robert Davis. Robert totally disregarded any comments we made throughout his 2+ HOUR presentation about why we were wanting new windows, how much we were expecting to pay, & did not value our time.Robert Davis took OVER 2 HOURS for what we were told would be a 90 minute presentation, went through every page of his info binder (telling us info. we already knew about, which I had told him I already knew & that were more concerned about the numbers/budget because we already knew we didnt want to go with any other window company after I did some research online), went waaaaay into detail about the windows, mentioned about 4 times how we drove 4+ hours to come see us, then showed us a price of OVER $16,000 for 8 eight 24x54 windows and two 18x18. When we told him VERY FIRST we were wanting to do this project before our kitchen and bath remodel because we wanted to start with a more inexpensive project under 10k.So, 2 hours later when we told Robert we needed the 30 days to think about it & go over our finances he retorted with I thought you were the budget queen, youre telling me you dont know how much is in your bank right now? I then asked him to leave & Robert proceeded to lose a $16k+ customer. WOWNeither my husband or I have received an email, or follow up from Robert Davis as our 30 days just ended, so we thought wed warn all future buyers of Woodbridge windows to check out Pella & Anderson over Woodbridge 100% & pray to God your sales rep. isnt Robert Davis.

The whole process from demo to installation was a very pleasant. The installation crew and employees were very professional and answered every question I had. My new windows combined with the upgrades they added to the frame ended up looking much better than I was hoping for. It shocked me with how quiet my bedroom is now with my new windows! Came to my door at 8:00 pm trying to make a sale. Telling me I needed siding, which I do not. Very unprofessional and rude to come that late in the evening. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Installation was very good & cleaned up nicely. Weve only had the windows about a week but are pleased with them so far.

We are so happy with our windows. They look beautiful and they did an awesome job putting them in. It was all done very professionally, they left no mess to clean up and answered all our questions. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

The crew who came to install the siding were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our property. the colors were the same as the samples shown by the salesman. they left the property clean and tidy. a quick and easy process.

Windows- We have a term in our house now called, “getting Woodbridged”. Simply put, it means being the Eskimo that got sold ice cubes. These guys are good. By that I mean they are the worst. Great sales team though. Once the project was finished, after having called them back out a couple times to repair instal issues or even finish the job, I immediately started noticing problems. First of all the nails they use for the trimming stands out like a sore thumb. The paint used to cover the nails fades at a significant rate compared to the trim itself. You can imagine how that looks on street view. I suspect they didn’t custom build the arch for my half round. Instead it appears they just bent the metal to fit. This leaves tiny creases that moisture loves to hang out in. Honestly I could go on and on but my main point is, don’t get Woodbridged! Oh for what it’s worth, much to my shame, we paid $9,000 for 3 windows and a half round. Hope that commission goes far. We won’t be back.

Had a bay window replaced with a sliding glass door, and sided the whole house. The products they use are fantastic. The crew were professional and curteous, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We will call them again when its time to replace our windows.

The Woodbridge contractors were professional and kind. They never made us feel like we were in the way. They finshed the job quickly and neatly. The finished product looks great. They exceeded our expectations.

Installation of new windows went very smoothly and we are pleased with the end result. Now to test the energy efficiency with the upcoming warmer weather.

Holy smokes these people are HIGH PRESSURE!We had talked about getting estimates on new siding for the house. We had already gotten one estimate from a competitor with absolutely zero pressure. When these two gentlemen came I was VERY CLEAR we only wanted an estimate and were in no way interested in pulling the trigger for at least a year as we have other goals to achieve before the siding.After walking around the house talking about what we wanted done they wanted to go in and go inside us the estimate right then.I again mentioned we werent interested in doing anything now before they started. They went over their sales pitch on why theirs were the best (Im in commission sales as well so I understand the situation) etc...After they did that the pitch to sign something right then started. I reminded them once again we were only thinking about the siding as we were trying to decide if we wanted to invest in the house for long term or not.The pressure continued and he broke out the I can only give you this special discount if you commit now line of bull. Once AGAIN I said to him we were not going to sign anything as we have a long term plan for our situation.More pressure ensued and at this point it was starting to become uncomfortable IN MY OWN HOME thanks to these guys.So I did what anyone does that knows negotiation tactics...... once they syarted asking more questions I just sat there and looked at them without speaking a word. Yes it becomes awkward but the first person to talk loses in sales.After the five or six hard closing attempts (in sales you should only try three) they FINALLY understood we werent doing anything today and they were wasting their time.After the experience we had, and even myself being in commission sales, there is absolutely zero chance we will be using Woodbridge....ZERO!Not only are they pushy as hell and rely on the one call close they were THOUSANDS more expensive than the other reputable home exteriors place in town we got an estimate from. Thats thousands more after he quoted the discounted priceTheir tactics completely turned us off and thats extremely hard to do from someone that is in commissioned sales myself.

The siding looks nice and the men did a good job putting it up, even though the fascia was not the color that we had picked out or written on the sales paper.

They were going around door-to-door in my neighborhood today and began their first impression by ringing my doorbell 4 times in a row like children. Then proceeded with obnoxious banging followed by more ringing! They were on my porch for a solid 5 minutes banging and ringing the doorbell, did I mention they were peeking in the windows as well?! When they were finished they slapped a piece of paper on the door in a rather aggressive manner and left. I would never do business with a company acted the way they did, as soon as they left the flyer went straight to the trash.

I would like to thank Jim and Ryan for the superior job they did installing our windows.Everything for start to finish was nothing more than professional.Woolbridge is very lucky to have these 2 individuals on there team.
