We had A-R Roofing this last weekend install a new roof on our home. We had wooden shake shingles with all our homes we have owned and had never worked with regular asphalt shingles before so knew nothing about which ones were best. April the consultant with A-R was wonderful. She held my hand through the whole process with us fighting the insurance company for months and months. They were not giving us near enough money at all for what we needed to do on the roof much less for everything else that got hurt that day in June 2020. April was patient with the insurance company and with me but when she couldnt get them to answer her then we went to plan to get them to do something, her suggestions were amazing and we got what we needed to replace it. The guys on the job were amazing and did the job quickly and the clean up was perfect. The roof looks much better than we ever dreamed it could look. This was our second time to use A-R roofing, they did our home in Hoisington also in 1999 so we knew they were a great company. They are amazing group of people.

Expressed concerns to AR Roofing that there was faulting installation of our flashing around the fireplace causing leaking. I was told that I was slightly outside of the warranty period (a couple months) and there is nothing they could do other than provide a cost estimate to repair. I would think that a business would stand behind there work and come look at the issue FREE of charge.. I would not recommend AR due to the poor workmanship. They did a complete roof replacement December 2018 and it is already leaking.

After a bad storm I had about 10 different roofing companies going door to door doing quotes. Forgetting I had a friend that literally owns a local roofing company, I signed up with AR. The next day when I remembered this, I called AR to cancel expecting that they would be confrontational like a honey badger. They were unexpectedly pleasant and very understanding. Very, very good customer service. I highly recommend.

Most roofing companies are similar because they outsource the job. A and R roofing came back with the most competitive price and the business pitch sounded good. It got complicated and things started to get shady with respect to the deduction and what the final cost was. When we raised our concerns the finance person said he would have to tell our insurance company about how A and R roofing credited us our deduction if we had a complaint, insinuating that we had somehow done something wrong. This was something which they provided a form for calling it a “sign credit“.Sleazy business practices. We will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anybody else.

This company repaired a vent cap on my roof that had been leaking about a year ago. They were called again when realized it was still leaking back in April. Almost $1,000 later, it still leaks. After calling and asking if they could please come out and repair/correct their work again the front desk lady, Betty, told me that their repairs are not warrantied and that they can provide me with another quote!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! I called last week and spoke to another gal that I didnt catch her name, and she was so kind and helpful and said she added me to the repair list and that I should hear something soon as far as when they think they can make it out. After hearing nothing I thought I would call and just check in since companies do get busy and things fall through the cracks. After hearing what Betty told me today about paying yet AGAIN for another repair, I am beside myself! Betty was incredibly RUDE to me on the phone. I cannot believe this company allows someone , who also claims to be the manager over that department and would not let me speak to anyone else, to speak this way to their customers. Her immediate response after I gave her my name at the beginning of the phone call was that she did not find me in the system and asked if I was calling the correct company, rather than asking for my address or any additional information to try and find me in the system. I would not use this company for any services. They will not perform the job right the first time and will only continue to expect you to pay again and again for repairs that are due to faulty work completed by themselves.

Great company with great people. Their representative actually explained the insurance process to me and helped me with every step. The crew was friendly and quick and made the whole installation a breeze. Highly recommend!

HOME OWNER do NOT use AR Roofing! I had a friend go to work here and I decided to give them a fair shot. Turns out they were a real bad choice. Go with someone else! There are better alternatives. There customer service is rood and just a overall bad company to do business with. The owner wont respond to complaints and there own employees admit the company is a clown show. ALSO, many 5 star reviews on here are internal employees not actual customers.. call another company

Timely response to request for an appointment and a quote. Reasonable price for work performed. Easy to work with all company personnel. Excellent followup on work performed. Would highly recommend this roofing company. Great staff.

Dan was great to work with! We had another company come out to give us a bid, but they were just trying to wheel and deal us. Dan was straight forward, no gimmicks or flashy sales. He was very knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling. We would definitely use AR Roofing again.

Dan Beck (our contact person) was out of this world. He made the replacement of our roof so smooth and painless. The roofing crew was awesome!! They did not leave one piece of trash in the yard, flower gardens, etc. I would highly recommend AR Roofing to anyone needing a roof fix, repair, etc.

Great Experience having our new roof installed with AR Roofing! They answered my many questions since this is the first roof weve ever had to purchase. They were super with communicating with our insurance company (replacement due to hail damage) and even had additional items covered post installation. Finally, my local sales liaison was very responsive before, during, and after the install. Would definitely refer to friends and family. Additionally, the knowledge about changing roof colors and the new vent option was great and unexpected - THANKS!

Very courteous, fast and professional. This is the second time I have chosen them to do the work from hail damage. Their representative has been great to work with, explains the repairs and will communicate with my insurance company. I will chose A-R Roofing in the future if I need repair or replacement again.

A-R did a great job. So far they have done 4 roofs for me. They did my home and garage and 2 duplexes that I manage. When they were done with the clean up I walked the yard several times and found one water bottle cap, one nail and one piece of wrapping from a bundle of shingles and it was across the fence where they couldnt see it. The roofs look great.

A-R Roofing installed a new roof for us a few years ago and I am confident that the quality roof that they installed for us helped us sell our house quickly. Their entire team was great, from the salesman to the installers. They worked very quickly and did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. We have not had any roofing needs since then but I know that when we do A-R will be the only company that we call!

I was very satisfied with the quality of work done by A-R. Daniel would always return my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and even came over and fixed some minor repairs on my old roof, until I could get a new one. They are very easy to work with and do a great job of following up and making sure that things were done properly. Only hiccup was not covering our patio furniture, during tear off, like we stated in our contract, but they fixed that issue and made it right with us. Would definitely recommend them for future jobs.

AR Roofing has replaced my roof twice due to the nature of western Kansas Hail storms. They were quick efficient and extremely courteous as well they cleaned up even more than what mess they had created from fixing the roof. great crew and their representative was even better! Only wished the Insurance company was half as good to work with ! Thank You AR Roofing.

The AR Roofing crews did an excellent job on our home! They cleaned well, worked quickly and we are in love with our new roof and new color!

A-R Roofing was professionally represented and performed every task they quoted in a very timely manner. In less than two days they completely removed old roofing material, installed new moisture barrier and shingles, replaced roof cap and vents and completely cleaned all debris around the house.

This is the best roofing company, hands down! Excellent workmanship, great roofing crews, and superb staff. I had them do 2 houses for me. Zero problems. They cleaned up all the mess, and offered to fix any flat tires resulting from nails. They handled the insurance claim for me, and followed up after the work was completed. AR roofing replaced my roof several months ago.The installation went well after the right material was delivered.I made sure I was here during the install.I had purchased an upgrade roofing material- they delivered the lower grade felt. This caused a 2 hr delay.Had I not been at home I would have been poked in the eyes.The roof was completed in 1 1/2 days. My biggest complaint is the delivery truck leaked oil all over my driveway.They have been out 3 times to clean my driveway to no avail.I have called many times to get a resolution and have been ignored each time.I am forced to take my grief to the next level.I am so disappointed in the out come of this event.All I am asking is for AR roofing to put my driveway back the way it was when they arrived at my house.

HOME OWNER be careful this roofer will promise the world and then never do the work. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They came in and said they could do it all and never did the work and never returned my phone calls are informed me they could not do the job. Now my home has water damage and it had held up other projects costing me lots of money and lost time. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. They tried to patch my roof and the guy showed up and did not even have a ladder that is totally unprofessional.

A-R Roofing has done my roof tear off and installation on two different occassions. We lived in the north western part of Kansas where hail was frequent. The first year my roofing agent, Matt Branaman, came to our house and was very professional. He did a great job of explaining exactly what he saw on the roof and what needed replaced. He explained all the options we had for replacement kept a great line of communication with us, helping us make our decision. Once we picked the shingle color and type it was but a couple days before the roofing team was on the roof tearing off the damaged shingles. A day later the shingels were installed looking better than ever. The crew was very clean and prompt doing a very professional job for sale to installation. The following year we had yet another storm and it was a no brainer who I was going to call. Matt to the rescue! A-R came back and performed yet another awesome installation. Would highly recommend to anyone! Excellent work!
