After having a gift certificate and using it on 9 - 15 the gentleman inside says that he does not think its real and cannot get ahold of his boss. This dude is a joke dont shop here. So everybody knows save their money and go up n smoke.

They have the most ridiculous rules of all the smoke shops in town. They dont have competitive pricing so everything is more than you pay at any other shop. I would recommend going basically anywhere else in town. As a mater of fact Curated is right across the street and supports local artists.

Went to the store on Douglas and bought some synthetic urine. I bought just one item and after getting home noticed that they charged me twice for the one item that was purchased. After seeing that we called the store and they told us that it would not go through to just wait until the next day and it should not clear. So we waited until the next day and they both cleared so we called the store and they said they would not do anything to help get our money back. We were told to call our bank to get it dealt with. THE BANK IS NOT THE ONE THAT DOUBLE CHARGED THE ACCOUNT. 42 BELOW IS THE ONE THAT DOUBLE CHARGED OUR ACCOUNT. THEY SHOULD BE THE ONE TO GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY. This was one Monday, July the 5th. Today is now 7-9-21 and still dont have my money back. So thank you 42 BELOW I will never shop there again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there too. Yall suck..........

Place is an overpriced joke of mass produced product that even they dont stand behind. Was told to leave for bringing back a perfectly new never used defective downstem. Never again will I do any business with this place.

Went in there and picked out a glass pipe,chatted with the employee for a while then as I go to pay I saw a pipe that I commented on saying that was a large bong.He then says I’m sorry I can’t sell you anything till tomorrow.I said say what?You said the B word and it’s on the sign that you can’t say that.I said what sign?He points to a 10x8 sign that has several words you can’t say.Well I didn’t see it,I said ok sorry sell me that then I will leave he said I’d have to come back tomorrow,I said I’ll come back never again.Went 1 block west to another store bought a nice and told that guy what happened down the street and he said they get a lot of people in saying that.

Absolute WORST customer service in wichita. Do not waste your time or hard earned wages patronizing this business. The dark skinned gentleman working the night of 2/22/21 was completely DISRESPCTFUL and completely out of line for someone who is working in a customer-oriented position. Your company should be ashamed of itself for choosing such an individual to represent your company, and I truly hope that you do better.

Went into this business to purchase a vape pen. I was very specific in my request. Specifically, I asked for an oil pen that is made for 510 threaded cartridges. He showed me a 65$ pen and assured me it does what I want and even pointed to where I thread it in, adding a story of his friend that uses the same product for the same thing in order to seal the deal. After the man assured me that the product was what I was looking for, I bought it and headed home.After returning home and attempting to use it, I realized it didnt work. After a little information searching, I found out that it is not actually made for what I needed.I then drive ANOTHER 30 minutes back to the store to work this out. Thats when I approached the same employee to discuss the issue. Keep in mind I never raise my voice or am in any way disgruntled.Not only was I verbally dismissed before getting my first sentence out, I was disrespected the entire time I tried to speak. He ended his customer service to me with the phrase, Id rather help somebody that needs something important.Ive never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally in my life by a place of business. I was lied to, treated unfairly and disrespected. I will never spend another dime here.ORIONZ OUTER LIMITS IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER SIMPLY BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been coming to this shop since before the new owners and might I say I would rather go to a convenience store. Jeremiah would so disappointed. i have come in numerous times to buy glass that is either not in stock or comes from a magical place to where the staff has no idea to which Im talking about. Ever heard of a double 14 female connector? Nope, I get handed buckets and drop downs. I laughed hard when I was handed a double bucket and they asked if this is what I needed. That was the 2nd time I tried to buy a glass the 1st time I went in I told this helper specifically what I needed wasnt shown it they hurried up to the front stuffed it in a bag charged me for it got all the way home realized that I was given the wrong thing we even called up there and was told that they have no refund policy even though I did not want this at all so I was forced to go buy another one, They were nice enough to give me 50% off of a $40bucket. Yay, Also as added little tid bit anytime I call no matter what the person on the phone cannot stop coughing. . . Totally unenthusiastic group of adults of ever seen. Always wondered why they keep having help wanted ads maybe its because they will just hire anyone literally. If I had to score them out of a 100 Id give them -42

Been a patron for of this store for over 10 years, knew the owners even, but I will be going elsewhere from now on. The quality of the glass is now where near what it used to be. This stuff breaks like China glass and they wont do anything but offer a minor discount. I used to love this store but theres nothing special about it anymore, you can find better deals online. Take your business elsewhere and avoid wasting your money here.

Prices are a bit steep. The original crew are amazing. Newer people popping up seem quite and lost, kinda rude! Some pretty cool locally Blown stuff there though. Misc. products are always sweet! Lots of times I go in the trucks coming the next day or the day after!

My religion doesnt allow me to wear a face covering, and apparently this company doesnt respect religious freedom. The man was very rude with a derogatory tone in his voice when I expressed that I had a religious exemption.

They are very friendly and helpful and courteous. They didnt have what I wanted but was able to tell me when it was supposed to be in & suggested that I call to check before I come down and thanked me for coming in!!! Its an extremely kool place!!!

Great shop, good people. Many unfamiliar with kansas glass sale laws can find it frustrating when pieces break etc but the shop does their best to work within the restrictive laws to provide quality customer service

Watch the questions you ask. If you word something wrong without knowing they dont sale you anything and stop talking to you. So how do you learn about the product and if you do that to everyone; how do you make money. I would choose to go elsewhere where a store wants to make a sale and take money.

When in store staff was great. Called about a defective product and received extremely rude and unprofessional service. Wouldn’t recommend buying anything other than papers and cheap pipes that don’t mind if lose out your money on.

Customer service is not very good and prices are a bit higher than normal. Cheaper on line and you dont have to feel like a criminal when you walk in the store. I had been to this place many times. Today I went in looking for a nectar collector. They were sold out. But they had one left that had a messed up box and it was missing 2 clips. They offered me a deal $20 I left and came back to buy it. When I got to the car I noticed the mouth piece was chipped off. I called to see what we can do and I was told by the guy who sold it to me that they do not do returns and that’s why he sold it to me for $20 and failed to tell me the mouth piece was chipped

The manger here is all about a dollar I went in there yesterday an purchased $50 bucket I go home use it 5 times and the last time I used it the center piece comes unwelded from the bucket I contact them today and send them a picture of my bucket the first thing the manager says looks like its been used quit a bit an this still lest than 24hrs of purchasing the bucket I go up there cause he claims he gonna make it right an I get up there an end up having to buy a new bucket at 50% off and its their defected merchandise that broke not me who broke it! He was treating me like I was just trying to get a free nail! but thats fine il never go back! The guy that sold it to me was cool but managers knows nothing about customer service!

I love this place! Me being new to smoking (only for 3 years now) I know NOTHING!!! The first time I went in there i presented to the guy my questions and he had all of the answers. Now when I go in there I tell Corey what is going on and he automatically knows what I need. And all of the other reviews talk about how they wont serve people unless you fit the part, maybe you should sit outside the shop and watch all of the different types of people that walk in there. I myself usually go in there dressed in business attire because of work. All in all this is a great place to shop, customer service is amazing and the place is CLEAN!!!

This shop has it all. From music and pieces to clothing and accessories this shop really does have it all. And the staff are hilarious and extremely helpful. Definitely a give back to the local kind of business.

Best shop in town. Awesome selection and great quality only place in town ill go. And BECCA sure you can get on amazon and get it cheaper than local just like you can get food on amazon cheaper than walmart carries it. Its the convenience your paying for to be able to walk into the store and walk out with a product in hand. The fact that people cant understand that kills me. If you wanna buy it online you either have to wait a week or two for it to arrive or pay 5x what the product is worth for overnight shipping. And why the hell would you have an item like this delivered to your house (regardless what your using it for) everybody knows what that looks like.

Not that impressed with the inventory. But it was explained to me that their delivery truck was running a couple days late. The selection they had was adequate to my needs.

I had the best service in Wichita in a month at 42 below. This vape and tobacco store has service oriented staff that act as consultants for any method or any thing you wish to suck into your lungs. Im telling ya, Nordstroms has nothing on these guys in the service department. Dont stereotype your version of this kind of shop. I will no longer be doing business with this establishment, I went in with a general question about a vape pen. I was treated extremely poorly, to the point of rudeness. I am mindful of my questions as I dont want to cross any lines that would be problematic for the staff. The staff , 2 guys, could not have been more rude. Very disappointed, from now on my business will be with Shaman Botanicals.
