My purchasing experience went well. The store rep was patient and very helpful. Unfortunately, I had to return my purchase as it was a gift that was not well received. The store manager that I spoke with over the phone was not very helpful, but the warehouse rep was very kind and personable with my return.In addition, I appreciated the area manager for providing clarity and returning my call in a timely manner. My overall experience was pleasant and I am happy with the result.

Brilliant!!We went in basically knowing what we wanted, which made this a pretty simple visit, however the chap we dealt with, Jeremy, was very helpful and managed to help us purchase a better quality mattress at a lower price! He was very knowledgeable on all the aspects we needed help with and we left very happy people!As soon as we entered the store, the two associates donned masks and kept their distance, as you would hope at this time, not like the other store we went to where masks were not put in until the end of our experience!

This was the second of three mattress stores I went to and I was unimpressed by the selection and the pricing. The sales person was very friendly but I was happy that I moved on and made a purchase elsewhere.

I went in and explained I had back pain and not sleeping well. In under an hour found a mattress and adjustable base that was affordable. Zach was professional and did all her could to find a good deal.

Very pleasant experience. The store was well kept and Adam was extremely helpful. Narrowed down our mattress choice to three based upon our issue with our current mattress. Was impressed that of the three choices, they varied in price and were not all at the top of our budget. Unfortunately, he had to order the mattress which will take about a week, but thought he may be able to get it earlier. Lets see what you can do Adam.

Very helpful staff! We came in with an idea of what we wanted, and the sales professional helped find exactly what we wanted, in our price range, and arranged delivery.

Honestly speaking, when I opened up my matress I noticed 2 things: on the back side of one of the box springs was ripped open and in addition, I recieved the wrong size of box spring...so now not only did I have to wait for 1 month for my delivery but now I have to wait another week to get everything fixed...it was disappointing and not sure if I will go back again.

The manager and assistant manager went above and beyond to help me choose a mattress for my son. Due to a unique situation, our family is starting over and both of my children needed beds to sleep on but we were very limited on funds. I highly recommend Mattress Firm. We purchased a mattress a couple of months ago and because I have back issues my husband let me choose the mattress. In the end it was too soft for my husband, so we needed to exchange it. I called and spoke with Adam about our problem and told him we would be coming back to choose a different mattress. Honestly, I was ready for a fight about returning the mattress we had purchased. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I went into the store at Greenwich and k-96 which I had a great experience until today I got a email from mattress firm to confirm my delivery time, so I accepted and then the day come for the delivery and the guys ask me do you have the mattress um No well they only deliver the base and now I am expected to wait until the 9/13/19 for the mattress all because the store and the warehouse aren’t on the same page. I called and was told all they can do I give me a credit for a $100 dollars.... ok but what are we to sleep on now for the next 6 days..... so past angry right now WONT BUT HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM... never had this problems with any store ever beyond disappointed.....

Adam was knowledgeable, asked all the questions that needed to be asked in order to assist us in making the best decision on what type of mattress was appropriate for our needs. He also has some medical background which helps when assisting in the needs for a mattress, ie back issues, allergy issues, etc. He also gave us exceptional pillows that met our specifications, at no charge, as well as other special deals to make it affordable for us! He also assisted with taking down and setting up of bed sets! Physically We were not able to do that and he volunteered to come by and take care of our needs!Overall an awesome experience!

My husband and I needed a bed delivered same day as purchase, we tried many other stores but no one was able to same day deliver. All stores said they were a week out on delivery. We met David when we arrived at the Mattress firm store, he was so polite and helpful. His main concern was getting us the right bed, once we decided on a bed David called the warehouse for delivery only to find out because of the holiday weekend they were unable to do same day delivery. David did not stop there after making many calls to management to see if he could get help he finally offered to comp the price of a uhaul so we could could pick up the bed at the warehouse and have it same day. The store manager has a corgi and he showed us pictures of the pup 10/10 would recommend going there. Also he has great knowledge of beds.

Back on February 19th, we went in looking for a new mattress for my daughter. Adam Koontz helped my daughter find the right mattress for her. He had her try several mattress with different level of firmness to find the one that best fit her. She has had some minor back problems in the past some of it was due to the old worn out mattress she had been using. Since then she has had little problems and is sleeping better!
