Avoid at all costs. This is a den of liars. They had my Yamaha atv over a month. It was not running when I took it in. I checked with them weekly, and was told they tested the cdi and stator, repaired damaged wires, treated the cylinder since it had not been turned over for a while, removed the tank and carb to clean the fuel system, etc. After over a month, I found they had pushed it aside and NEVER TOUCHED it. Then they said it was too much for them to work on. That was understandable. A kids tricycle eould be to much for them. These guys should not be in business.

They went above and beyond on searching for the rite parts that was needed for my bike and the fastest way that I could possibly get the parts sent directly to my door. Very professional and laid back atmosphere.

Mike and Dylan were great to deal with. Low pressure sales, and made the process very easy. Would highly recommend to do business. Will 100% be back again!!

Great shop to get all the parts you need for about any bike! Jacob is a great team member to work with there!!!! I cant say enough about him. He will help you find the parts you need quickly and if he cant he will even direct you to where you can get them that day if you need them in a pinch. Hes great with ordering things and always stays on top of his game. He always makes sure to follow up with you on your orders and takes the time out of his day to notify you when your parts are ready to pick up. Its tough to find those qualities these days and Jacob hits it right on the head. Definitely a great guy to work with and a good store all around. They have a nice selection of both new and used bikes and ATVs. Will definitely be considering this store when I start looking for another ride!!

They no longer service Triumph motorcycles. They dont have the software to check/clear fault codes. Was referred to take the bike to OKC or KC. They also said they can no longer order parts for Triumph. So support for Triumph seems to be non-existent any more despite they still have new old stock (NOS) for sale. Experience before they stop selling Triumphs was good as far as ordering parts.

Easy to deal with. I came in ready to play hardball with negotiating a price but they beat me to the punch and gave me a better deal than I ever expected. Well worth the 2.5 hour drive. They have earned my business.

Was window shopping a while back. Great staff and very helpful and knowledgeable about most of everything I asked about. even though I didnt buy anything, they didnt treat me any different than a paying customer. definitely will go back.

I worked directly with sales manager Eric and the entire transaction was handled online and over the phone. This was an out-of-state purchase and from start to finish, Eric made the process appear effortless. I believe he went above and beyond helping coordinate the bike’s delivery and above all, was patient with a buyer who many probably would have written off as not serious. The deal he put together sealed the deal and signaled to me he was serious about doing business. My wife and I bought our new bike here and we really enjoyed the whole experience. When you walk in you know right away the store is ran by people who are not only knowledgeable about their bikes, but also enjoy riding them. Since our purchase I have had new pipes and other upgrades done to the bike and the mechanics and service personnel are top notch. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. An update to this review: Six months later I happened to be sitting on my motorcycle, and not even one I bought from Bikers Edge, at Sonic Drive-In and left my ignition on thus killing my battery. Not having any way to jumpstart the thing I called Eric, the sales manager at Bikers Edge, to ask if he had any ideas. In no time flat, Glenn, the manager, was out there to personally jump start my bike so I could get back on the road. That is amazing top-notch service! I highly recommend Bikers Edge. The guys there are amazing. The parts department is extremely helpful, and Kyle and his crew in the service department are absolutely top-notch. The worst repair shop ever. Took 11 weeks to make simple repair and while doing the work damaged my throttle cable. I dont think they even care since there is high demand for repairs. I will never go back even though its the only Suzuki shop. I would suggest nobody else go there either. I will drive to OKC for any work on my bike.

I went here to get a part for my GSXR 600. They are the only Suzuki dealership in Wichita. Unfortunately they did not have the part I was looking for. They could order it but I wanted to ride today. That being said, employee that was helping me was knowledgeable and friendly. The variety of motorcycles is nice. The were no GSXR 1000 available.

I take my bike in for repairs and it took 6 months to get it back could not believe it the worst service department in the whole state of Kansas just terrible I would not recommend this place to anyone totally disappointed

Awesome service! From the moment I looked at a bike online, to the moment I signed the papers, Eric was there every step of the way, helping me purchase my first brand new motorcycle. When things took a turn, Eric helped steer the situation back on course. When one bike was considered with doubts, Eric had suggestions that fit my tastes. He listened, he understood, and he even went out of his way to personally deliver my bike to my house because I only have my permit and I was worried about damage, getting it loaded into a truck. Eric helped me make my dreams come true and he did it all without breaking my wallet. Even the parts guy was tremendously informative and helpful. I did go to Jay Hatfields and the experiences were polar opposites. At Jays the staff made me feel like I was wasting their time while at Bikers Edge, they had nothing but patients and understanding. Took 3 months to diagnose my atv and we asked them if they could rebuild the head they said yes and now saying it car 2.400 to replace the head. I didnt get to ride my quad all summer and my friends got to ride but not me. In all never tacking anything back there again

I am traveling cross country and had issues with my bike. Spoke to Kyle from 180 miles away as I was frantic to figure out my fuel issue. He was very helpful and knows his bikes. I limped in right at closing time and two of the mechanics stayed late to try and figure things out even thought it wasnt a Honda dealer. These folks were super accommodating from the young man at the front desk to ended up both troubleshooting this problem. We couldnt find the issue but felt better when I left than when I came in. Thank you to both, hard to find folks like these.

I got both tires changed in less than an hour and a half, and for a pretty good price! Service was great as well!

Typical auto sales. They have a price on a bike but when you see the paperwork theres nearly 2 grand worth of up charges for upgrades they claim they did to a previously owned bike. Referring to road star they have issues selling. They do a bit of pressuring. But not as bad as a care sales man. When you tell them youre just information gathering and will not buy that day their attitude changes quickly making it obvious that youre wasting your time.

I would give a lower rating if I could I put in a request for a trade in appraisal leaving my cell my email, and any other needed information. It has been over a month and have not even heard so much as a screw you. I was looking to trade in a classic motorcycle for something bigger.I wouldnt so much as waste my time now after waiting this long.

Great service dept- I inherited an older Triumph from my uncle which hadnt ran in yrs. They had quick turn-around time, real good people & very knowledgeable. I got it home only to have another minor elec. issue on the bike. Called back & the tech helped me troubleshoot it over the phone, walked me through the repair steps & got me wheeling again quickly. Ill def. keep doing business w/ them.

Great place to do business. I am a professional Streetbike freestyle rider and recently did i show for them. I can not say enough how friendly they are and its locally owned business where you can actually meet the owner and family. How can you go wrong, great family with a great staff. And I had a issue with my motorcycle while I was there and there service shop got me fixed up in no time. They have all the state of the art tools and the know how to go with it. Like I said cant say enough about this place one of my favorite places Ive done a show at!!!!!

Not a fan. They took over a week to even start an estimate on some damages to my bike. Then they let the insurance company tow my bike away to a lot, even though they had no right to do so. I dropped the bike off there and I expected to pick it upthere as well. I, at no time gave permission for anyone else to take the bike off the property and ownership was never transferred to anyone else. I eventually got the bike back after a lot of hassle.The previous time I had visited was because they had installed a power commander in a bad place for the original owner of the bike. When I bought the bike and rode it for several hours on a hot day, the Power Commander which is mounted directly behind the engine and exposed to the engine heat, got hot and the plastic warped and the case opened up. I found this out when I later rode in the rain and water got inside and fried the circuitry. They refused to fix it or replace it and told me that it was the previous service department that installed it and none of those guys are here anymore. They refuse to stand behind their work. I will never use them ever again for anything.

Just purchased a new Polaris Ranger Crew and Brian and the rest of the staff were awesome!! It had a problem after delivery and they picked it up and fixed the issue within a day and brought it back. I could have gotten it a little cheaper elsewhere but decided to stay with them. Gald I did!! I will gladly refer anyone I know interested in anything they sell. An overall excellent experience!!!

I bought my victory motorcycle from them and Believe you should support your local businesses but Buying parts from them is something I wouldnt recommend I can buy parts online and have them shipped to my house cheaper then what they charge just for the parts I made a big mistake buying from them they never have anything in stock so they have to order it and they charge you for shipping I was thinking about replacing my victory with a triumph but not now

Terrible..... Complete lack of respect......If i could give zero stars I would. I bought a Polaris Slingshot and it needed some recall work done. So I called Bikers Edge and they said no problem they could knock it out fairly quickly. I drop it off at the Dealership and go back the next day to pick it up when I arrive they say they got every thing done but something with the brakes. Which would have been fine had they called me and told me. Then they said it would be ready the next day, so i go to pick it up the next day and they say we got everything done but the problem with the swingarm. WHAT?!?! Still no call to tell me that it wasnt ready, so this is two days in a row i have arranged a ride to take me up there to pick this up and two days it has not been ready without a call. I didnt get mad or anything at this point, I just asked if they could call if it wasnt going to be ready, i just figure hey maybe they got busy. They did tell me i could take it for the weekend and bring it back Monday and they would get it done. So i bring it back Monday drop it off and and go to pick it up Tuesday and BOOM its not ready they went to put the swingarm on it was the wrong one, It said orange on the box but was actually red. STILL NO CALL FROM THEM TELLING ME THIS HAPPENED! So for a 3rd time i go to pick up and find out its not ready until i get here. And 3 different excuses. This is ridiculous, I own a small business and if i provided this level of Customer Service i wouldnt be open long. So i call Polaris directly and file a formal complaint within an hour of that complaint i get a call from Bikers Edge telling me to come get my unit, and they arent going to be doing any work on it. WHO DOES THIS! The absolute worst customer service, just plain service i have ever received any where in my life. Stay away from this place. Wellington has a dealership and i will be going there from now on. I suggest you do too.

Bought a new Victory Magnum and the sales department was great. They went out of their way to get the bike I wanted way ahead of the expected delivery date and the sales process was quick and easy.

GREAT SERVICE !! Called ahead and got pre-qualified . Went in and drove the Ranger Crew ( loved it) .. Got a great deal and they even delivered it to my place by Clearwater on Saturday.They all worked together as a team ...Highly recommended !!

I took my 05 Vegas in , it was running extremely rough at idle and would die . They diagnosed it as a cracked boot , but said it was still running rough and the idle would jump up to 2 or 3k and were having a hard time getting it figured out , that the PCIII was interfering . After a week I picked the bike up having a trip planned . I got home and found a reflector was missing off the front fork . I had to call twice and they had finally found the reflector under the lift, then informed me they had the tank bolt covers also. As I was checking the bike over later that day I found the cap for the diagnostic plug was also missing. Changed my plan and took it to The Vic Shop in De Soto, Iowa . He didnt have it on the dyno for one minute and said the ECM had lost its map . You would think if they had it plugged into their computer they could have seen the ECM had lost its map.

Not very good service

I took my 2011 Thunderbird in on Saturday, August 13th to have my drive belt aligned. I had changed the rear tire out myself & when installed the belt would chirp when wet. I paid Bikers Edge to align the belt, letting them know I had changed the tire last. After picking up the bike and getting 1 hour south of town, it began to chirp constantly, wet or dry, all of the way to Arkansas & back. I returned today (Tuesday, August 16th) for an appointment to have it double checked. The technician took it in for 15 minutes rode it around the block briefly & said it was done. I did not get a block away before it began chirping again. I went back & they told me they had adjusted it to spec. I requested a refund & they refused, even though they had made the issue that I had paid to have resolved even worse. I would not let them continue to work on my motorcycle as they had shown a low level of competence. Finally, I was told by the parts manager they simply used blocks of wood to lift the bike with the exhaust.

If you like being ripped off and terrible service, theyre your shop.
