Went there to order balloons for an event. Manager was friendly, helpful, and patient.

Two negatives: dirty parking lot and entrance way. On plus side, employees are helpful and super friendly and the store is always filled with good things that cost only a dollar each. New items to try are added frequently. But, sometimes a favorite item (for example Wise Honey BBQ Chips) is discontinued. It is a true dollar store unlike competitors that have dollar in their name only.

I am at this particular dollar tree daily and the customer service is outstanding! To be quite honest most of the time I dont need a darn thing...their happiness is contagious

Always nice to shop in there some days are busier then others but the staff seems to handle it well.

A huge variety, a pure $1 dollar store, new location, clean and spacious, well stocked. This location opened during road construction, so a lot of people in the area did not notice it popped up here. One thing - the accessible parking spots are further away from the door than other spaces, Im sure thats a bit inconvenient for them.

Always stocked and deals all day. Staff is friendly. Store is clean and observes Covid-19 recommendations.

Normally enjoy a quick stop in the store. However, I dont like the new set up. Hard to shop. Not a customer friendly set up. The shelves were really empty, which is not normal for this location.

Have to get used to the new aisles but its kept clean. They stopped carrying g a few items & theyre slow to check you out but its close to home so I go there at least once a week.

Its not the biggest dollar tree, but it gets the job done if you need something quickly. The snack selection is pretty decent, too.

The Dollar Tree in White Oak is the best around!!! Always well stocked and name brand items!!! The customer service is out of this world too! They get to know you and always make a point of saying hello! Super friendly and welcoming!

Usually great service but today was a little different. Th ere was a very rude customer who barged in front of me and the cashier was not very friendly. I bought a lot of stuff and he was in such a hurry to take the next customer that he didnt give me a chance to put my bags in the cart. Prices are always great but they need to focus on customer service.

The one in Irwin has a better cleaning supply section. I found 2 cups in the store half full of drink just sitting on shelves. There is one register and I waited almost 10 minutes in the line. Then the cashier hurries me when I get to the front and was getting my debit card out. Better stores out there.

This is a nice Dollar Tree. It is newly built so it is very clean and well organized. They have a wide selection of items for a dollar or less. Great place for staples like soap, shampoo and small holiday decor and trinkets.

I really enjoy frequenting the White Oak Dollar Tree. Im an Activities Director and this store in particular has a HUGE selection of party supplies for my needs. The best in the surrounding area!
