Very RUDE, DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL! Disrespectful of people and their time!BEWARE, attempt to charge higher prices than the prices labeled/displayed! Will never do business with them.
This is a nice high end vintage thrift store. It is a small store but they curate their products well. They had nice used couches in excellent condition ranging from $700-1300, accent chairs $250-500. Its more of a boutique/antique/cosignment shop than a thrift store, but if you are shopping for unique or rare items at a higher price point, its definitely worth a visit.
Quality furniture pieces, lighting, some decor. Much less inventory and variety since location moved.
Always great stuff here and the people that work here are knowledgeable and helpful.
My experience with The Perfect Thing has been exceptional in every way. All of the associates have been polite and helpful. I moved out of state and needed to sell all of my furniture and most other household items. They offered fair prices on the items they were able to sell and worked with me after my move to sell a few remaining items. I couldnt have accomplished my move without them! They have bee PERFECT!
STEALERS! They were hired to do an estate sale. Stating they could make $$$$. They took weeks to set up and only advertised 1 day before the sale, which produced maybe 25 people to show up. They priced things WAY too high and then on the 2nd day of sales offered things at 1/2 off, and it was still too expensive. They even broke items, including the wood on my stairs and never spoke to us about repairing/replacing/or paying for the items. The people that came to help out took more stuff home than items sold, doubt they paid for the stuff. This is truly a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company.
I have bought a LOT of items from the perfect thing over the years. The quality, the value and the owners/associates couldnt be more helpful. I like to stop in every couple of weeks to see what else is available. I highly recommend it.
I just left one of their estate sales extremely disappointed.......I was interested in a pair of chairs and called my husband to make sure they would fit where I wanted to put them since they were bigger then I anticipated. One of the ladies rudely interrupted my conversation without saying excuse me and angrily pointed at me with the words you need to make a decision immediately because I have other clients that want to buy them now. Now I completely understand her predicament but the way she handled the situation was humiliating. She spoke to me like a child in front of a bunch of strangers and embarrassed me so much so that I walked out.
Had Kate out today to take a look at items from the family home. We feel she was very open and upfront, thank you for the time!
Very rude and unfair. Beware!
Great people
