DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX ANY OF YOUR EQUIPMENT! What they offer is too good to be true.I booked this 3rd party through the apple website in order to get my iPhone’s screen fixed. I went through all the steps to make an appointment and once they asked for my payment info, it specifically said that they wouldn’t charge me yet, but surprisingly they did. I left it alone and decided to leave my phone with my boyfriend while I was working so he could give the tech my phone. The tech named Danielle came 30 mins late to my house, wasted an hour and a half with my phone and handed back my phone with the same cracked screen. Danielle failed to provide us with information regarding my device and she blocked our phone numbers when we tried to contact her. Also it took a while for me to receive a refund.Unfortunately after this situation my phone started having issues such as turning on and off plus muting my calls. Thankfully the Apple store properly and perfectly solved this issue.I highly recommend everyone to go to the Apple store and stay away from booking with this company.

I’ve got my both iPhone 6S+ and iPhone 7 repaired by them few days ago. BEST PART was them driving to me to fix it right in front of me less than 30 minutes. My 6S + needed new battery with LCD change and 7 needed new screen with new home button. Very satisfied with their costumer service and work. Very clean and fast service and VERY GOOD QUALITY. My 6S+ feels like I just got it out of the box because of the new battery life 😃. They also put screen protectors for both of my phones.

By far the best phone technician I know definitely worth it. Fast quick and easy but GOOD everything good brand new quality highly recommend!! I got my phone x fixed like brand new extremely satisfied with my phone now thank you!!

Jorge the owner was absolutely amazing. I called them at 7:30pm on Saturday night which was after hours and they answered the phone . He was very attentive to my phone needs, let clarify my phone . I should say my 11 years old phone . If any of you have a 11 year old daughter you will understand what my day today would be like if jorge and Escar didnt open their store up for me this morning.Escar fixed the phone one the spot . I highly recommend them

Just got my iPad LCD and screen fixed in less than 20 minutes. He drove to my job to fix since I didn’t have any other time and was very cheap too. My iPad looks and works like it’s brand new and good quality screen. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Go tech is a great company they are very fast and efficient they assisted me as fast as possible with my phone and I couldnt be more happy with the results!!!

I have broken my phone screen twice in the past year. BOTH times I called Go Tech they charged me cheaper than all of the other places and they had the work done within 10 minutes. If you’re in SoFlo and need your phone fixed call this guy, seriously.

One of the employee drove to my house and fixed my MacBook Pro touchpad with new part because my touchpad was unresponsive. Impressive work in short amount of time and was reaaaallllly realllly cheap comparing to local stores. Awesome costumer service and I will give them a call again if I need my devices fix. Highly recommended cheap repair less than 30 minutes.

Had serious issues with my speakers on a iPhone 7+Took it to apple and of course it was out of warranty. Did their tests and said that it was a common problems with the speakers and a known issue however since it was out of warranty they needed to charge me 220 to replace it. For me at that point it was time for a new phone. That was until I met Jorge Was explaining my issues to him and was immediately ready to tackle the issues. 20 mins later my phone is better than new. Ends up I had a large amount of dirt and lint in the speakers. 10/10 would recommend. He was honest and had great communication. A+ Go tech!

I have gone to three different stores and they have all rejected my daughters phone repair. She had an internal problem on the phone and they found it and fixed it efficiently. And at a very good price. 100% recommended
