This is the spot. I never knew it was there and when I was driving by I went in there to complain and I had the wrong company(mixed up pro line). It was meant to be. Twice in one week and they have a big warehouse of stuff with lots of brands, showroom etc. Big fan. Better prices then GC. Check out the website before you go in to see what you need. I believe you can order online as well and pick up. I chose to just go there and pick up so I have the product I want the same hour as my thoughts.

Ive had a handful of interactions with PSSL over the past few years, both online and in store. In person, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to ensure you feel comfortable with your purchases. If they cant help with problems, theyre pretty good about referring you to someone that can. That means a lot to someone like me, who puts on a few big events a year, but not so often that Im dealing with a/v problems and best practice considerations on a regular basis. All my online purchases through them have been satisfied quickly and shipped carefully.

These guys are amazing!! I was lucky enough to come across their 4th of July sale and purchased a Turbosound powered sub for 50% off. I thought it was too good to be true, but was shipped two days later and received two days after. Amazing prices and you have to love a company that ships fast. Ill be back for more!!

Bought some led lights strips controlled by remotes. Awesome price and quick delivery. Where PSSL excels over just buying from Amazon is the staff who checks in and follows up on the products. They are experts in the field who have used the items or can get you to the right specialists who can answer any questions that may arise.They also continue to keep in touch with other deals on similar products that may enhance what Ive bought. This is not an actual review. I just want others to see this and for them to know this is happening if its not them:Automatically signed me up for their email newsletter on 6/3/2019. I have never visited this website, purchased anything from them, or spoke with anyone there. Also, as I am on the east coast, at the time this occurred their business was closed (10:34am EST -> 7:34am PST). Either they are signing up people without asking by scouring websites for IT/sound professionals, or someone is skimming information and entering it randomly.

I have been getting equipment from PSSL over the last several years and their staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful. Just recently they bailed us out by keeping their service desk open after hours to so we could get a DMX 3- to 5-pin adapter that we needed that night. They certainly went up and beyond the call of duty and saved us. This level of service is hard to come by these days. Thanks again.

Watch out. Employees all work on commission and will do anything to avoid a refund / return or order cancellation. After waiting weeks for my order to ship out I decided to cancel my order and was told sorry it just shipped this morning. Seems a little too convenient as soon as I ask to cancel its shipped... but ok i guess its possible.So then I ask for a tracking number and the guy scrambles to give me one. I check it and its just been created and hasnt been pickup up by UPS yet! The sales assistant even tries to tell me that somehow UPS have made an error. I called UPS and confirm that this package doesnt exist in their system and yes it was just created minutes earlier! PSSL and Matthew the sales assistant are more than happy to lie to you to complete a sale. Avoid shopping here, they will charge your card as soon as you ask to cancel an order.

If I could I would give negative stars. I had a return that I was told would not have a restocking fee as long as there was no damage so I put insurance on it when I mailed it. It cost me 150.00 to mail the item and they charged me 150.00 for a restocking fee so I lost out on 300.00. they are liars and dont seem to give a $hit about customer service. I would not buy from this place ever again. Go to Sam Ash, or Guitar Center. Screw PSSL, they SUCK

Do NOT order from this company. One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had.Typically I order everything from Sweetwater, but PSSL had a great deal on a pedal so I bought it. I accidentally put the wrong zip code on my order (one number off, the next county over, completely my mistake). UPS returned it to sender (I live on the east coast), and I figured out my mistake when it was back on its way to California. I called PSSL, they said that they would try and reroute it. It made it back to PSSL. Fine, no worries.I called when the pedal made it back to the warehouse, and was told that they would take care of it. I called a week later to check in, and they were still taking care of it. I called the next week, and was told that they had sold the pedal that was returned and that they were now completely out of stock of that pedal. They said that they would hook me up with another pedal at a great price, and they would call back. They did not call back. I called the next day, and they said that they had tried to reach me, but that they had found one of the pedals and the representative assured me that he would get it in the mail to me that day. Late, but fine. 10 days later - I just got off the phone with them, the pedal was never shipped and is truly out of stock, they had no record of someone telling me that another pedal was coming, and my card had already been refunded over a week earlier...So, a month and a half later, after quite the headache and probably ten phone calls with PSSL, Im ordering the same pedal from Sweetwater...paying more, but knowing that theyll take care of me.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. purchased subs that arrived damaged obviously ups s fault but the run around for a return or refund is ridiculous and to keep me as a customer they sell me a unit at cost and promise delivery only to find out after numerous emails that its in back order until July after making the aware of the need of this equipment. Never again will I use pssl absolute worst !!!!!!

I don’t know what has happened to PSSL but their service and attention to their customers has severely declined. I have been buying gear from the actual store and website for many years. Recently I ordered two lighting cases with built in power adapters. I wanted to pay with my PSSL card but I could not use it on their own website (I know super weird right) it was minutes after 7p so a phone order wasn’t possible. It said there were only 3 left so I paid with my PayPal instead then called the next morning to have the payment switched to my PSSL card. Well they instead cancelled my order. I had to call back and ask why, they said they don’t know how that happened.... I said ok well I still want those, well now those refurbished ones are gone, we will give you a discount on two new ones.... so I have to pay more now for your mistake.... ok. Well I agree pay they said they are to arrive on Tuesday well it’s been days and I recently learned they are on back order, how did I learn this, when I went into the store for something else and decided to check on status. No one in the store could tell me what was going on. They tell me the guy in charge of my online order will get back to me, that was two days ago. Still no follow up, no way for me to find out about my order on their site because it says cancelled on their site. Of course through all of this I haven’t gotten one single follow up in two and a half weeks since this started. The absolute worst sales service experience I have had to date. I’m pretty sure after this I will never buy from them again.

Love me some P.S.S.L.! Killer deal of the day is a very good way to save $$ on things you want but dont need! My orders arrive on time and ordering is a snap! (hint) If you miss a killer deal and call within a few days the reps can usually get you the same price if not SOLD OUT. DJ~CHOPS

Greate service. I visited the store in search of a new sound card and a wireless headset. I got the sound card but they had run out of the headset i wanted to buy. However, they did not try to sell me something similar as many other companies would have done. Instead, they gave me the advise to wait until i found what i was looking for even though they knew i wasnt going to come back (visited on a holiday in the states).Great place. Check them out if you can!

I ordered 8 speakers for a church install. They sent two and tell me the other 6 are on backorder until August and this is May. Dont sell stuff you dont have. Edit: Monty got ahold of me and fixed it. He got me some replacements and upgraded the other order free of charge for when it comes in!

My name is Jesse,Just over a month ago, I placed an order for five B-Stock Blizzard Lighting RGBW Lights. What I received, however, was two different models of these lights - two of one style, and three of another. After inspecting the units and finding them to be different, I reached out to PSSL for help in correcting the issue. The purchase was for five of the same light fixture.Since then, a sales rep, Jarrett, has done a good job of communicating with me, and informed me that B Stock units are not available at this point in time, either from Blizzard Lighting or PSSL. He has presented my only options at this point as follows:1) Jarrett extended my return period, allowing me the option of returning the lights.2) Exchanging the lights for new stock Blizzard Lighting Blade RGBW Lights, but for an additional $250.00 per fixture, totaling an additional $1,250.00, in order to receive five identical lights.While I appreciate both options, both of them put me in a bad position. For the return option, I would have to pay to package and ship these fixtures back to PSSL, as I have since disposed of the shipping materials. And the Exchange option, I cannot justify spending more money on identical fixtures if it is PSSL who is not able to deliver on my purchase of five identical light fixtures.I understand that mistakes happen, and I am more than appreciative for the effort, time, and communication that Jarrett has offered to this point, but I cannot see how a failure to deliver the ordered units should result in me owing money out of pocket to either return the errant products or exchange for what I ordered. My previous experiences with PSSL have all been quite positive, but this experience has left me wondering if you are really concerned for caring for your customers and seeking the right and just end to every transaction.

I placed an order for a product on June 3rd 2019. They refunded me the amount for the order without explanation and seventeen days later charged me for the order. I can not comprehend why they thought this was a good business practice. After charging my account, they sent an email with tracking Info. The email was entirely blank... totally unacceptable!! Why would anyone believe it is ok to refund and then SEVENTEEN days later charge you for 5he product is beyond me. Stay away from this company. Zzsounds.com is above and beyond the best to get your Dj equipment.

This was my first order. Pricing for equipment was great. I was told, I would not be charged until the order was shipped.. The two rane 12 were in stock but the case were not. I was assured by my sale advisor that the Oder was coming in the next day from Odyssey and PSSL has me covered. My order would be fulfilled and ship the next day. The next day came and I check to see if the case came in. My advisor was on vacation that day.. Another advise checked on the Status. First I was told the cases were ibut not logged in inventory. So I followed up. When I called back I was told Odessey did not send the cases and PSSL would not have a shipment in until 7/9. This was too long. So I asked if they could ship the Rane 12s and I could wait on the cases. Mean while Inc he led my card for charges. I had already been charged. So I asked again. From my sales rep for this split with the order there should not be any other charges. I was told know. Fast forward to today. Keep in mind rane a have shipped. I got billed for an additional set of Rane 12. So I’m out 🤪 $322100. $1444 for just the rane 12 (split order and the original order of $1733.80 I asked for a the first transaction to be canceled with the merchant. I was told they could not, because PSSL said it was a valid charge for the case. Keep in mind the case were only $280. My original order 2 Rane 12a and 2 case with tax and shipped was $1733.80. I spoke with Customer Service Manager. No resolution.I left messages for Micah Glad. I would like to resolve this matter, but I’m really not seeing the 5 Star Guarantee. I got billed for 6 item but I only need 2 and my money back. I should not have to wait weeks for the return. Micah my order is on your system talk to Raymundo. No one like have money tied up like this. I would love to turn this into a 5 star rating and asuccess story. Ball 🏀 is in your court PSSL!Update 7/15/2019Thank you Micah for turning my gray sky’s blue. Thanks for making things right! I just called about my order. I had bought something to pick up in store and couldn’t make it, so I called so I can pay to have it shipped and the guy tells me that the only guy that could help me is the guy that places the order. Well he wasn’t in so he couldn’t help me . I asked who else I could talk to to have my item shipped and he says only the guy who helped me and he’s not going to be in until later. I asked why is their only one person who could have my item shipped . I am at work and Work outdoors and don’t have the convenience of keepncalling back to talk to the one representative . Then he says “ Ooohhhh my gosh” and I tell him I don’t understand why someone else couldn’t help me to have my item shipped. And he said he can’t help me. I ask send me to someone who can. And he says only the representative can. Well I guess I’ll wait and hopefully he comes in . The worst customer service ever.

The word horrible doesn’t even begin to describe the experience of buying from this place.First, they overcharge for delivery, then they want you to order a “mínimum” so delivery is free (seven days for a 12 lbs. ítem) then they instruct UPS not to deliver to an access point. If UPS attempts delivery three times and you’re not home, the item goes back to PSSL...and guess who pays for the shipping back to them...YOU DO!If you call them to rectify the situation they tell you that you agreed to these terms when you placed the order. If you ask them to show it to you on their website they’ll bounce and hold...until you give up.Do yourself a favor: DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Shipping charges were well above actual market value. Great deals are counteracted with higher shipping cost. I dislike sales tactics like that and killed the deal.I guess the word of advice is to dont fall in love so much with a deal to be blind to the shipping. Box dimensions and shipping weight (adding 2 to each dimension) and going standard ground carrier was less than 50% of what they wanted. 20% of the entire purchase price would have gone to non-refundable shipping.:-(

This is very quickly become my go-to place for anything Pro Audio. I went there yesterday with a very specific budget. Tico and the people at pssl were able to get me everything I needed. They worked with us to make sure that they could get the prices within our budget. Super knowledgeable and helpful people that just want to make sure you have what you need to be successful. A few weeks ago our theater program needed to figure out what type of wireless microphones to use. The guys from pssl sent out a rep from Shure microphones to do a scan of our facility and give us a detailed explanation of exactly what would work best given the facility we have. That is exceptional service.
