I’m obviously not an 8 year girl and when I come in I feel very unwelcomed. The parents with their children are able to have nice conversations but when I walked in they do not say a word to me. I love squishmallows and collect for me and my sister. They seem annoyed when I want to buy one, like I’m not allowed to. Go to the one in old bridge! They are extremely kind and welcoming, plus they have more of a variety of everything there.

Had a lot of fidgets

We drove for an hour ... we did the shopping and then my 8 year old daughter wanted to use the bathroom and the two women who were at the checkout did not allow her after we had made a purchase of 100 dollars

I expected more from this place sadly :( the workers seemed busy and unwelcoming atleast.. BTW if anyone is trying to find squishmallows, this place didn’t have many. only a few small shelves.

I just left this store completely appalled . They made me feel like I wasnt wanted rushed me in and out even though I was the only one in the store. I went to the one in oldbridge and they were awesome. I will never go back to Westfield or recommend it to anyone.

My family loves this store. They are full service and always have great ideas for gifts for any age and the latest in kids’ toys. They also do beautiful gift wrapping at no extra charge.

Extremely overpriced

Great visit today as always, quality items at modest prices for a walk-up store. The girls were awesome with my 4-year old today, they did a story time for him even though he was the only kid there. They asked what he likes and read a book according to his response. Really nice of them!

They were fine

I want to keep local childrens stores like this in business, but the prices are so much more expensive than online :( Service is OK, and selection is limited. We did discover one toy for our son there, granted its quite popular and we likely would have seen it elsewhere. But he enjoyed testing it out so we got it for him.

Perfect place, whether you are shopping for your own child or buying a gift. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and will drop whatever they are doing in order to make sure that you receive personal service from start to finish (which includes FREE gift wrapping and personalization!). Ive witnessed sales associates carry bulky packages out to customers cars for them and have even heard of them occasionally delivering to a customers home. The former manager, Cheryl, was one of the most professional and capable retailer associates in town and her successor, Allison, has filled her shoes nicely. A wonderful shopping experience!

Amazing store

The manager (tall with wavy auburn hair) is very unprofessional. She does not smile or offer assistance to customers. Ive seen her (on several occasions) stand behind the counter and text on her phone. They have a few negative reviews on Yelp but they obviously had some bogus customers post glowing reviews that sound straight from an advertisement for the store. Three (3) were posted on the same day...what a coincidence!
