I’ve purchased a few small items (scarfs, jewelry and slgs)in the past via IG, they are definitely fast shippers! Im out of state. This past month I made a larger purchase and they helped finding ways for me to send $$ since these little banks in town have a limit with Zelle. The staff was beyond helpful! I just received my bags (late delivery due to the Southeast winter ice/snowstorm, not Midtown Authentic’s fault) and they are much nicer in person!!! Don’t regret a thing!!!! Very pleasant experience here when I went in and bought my wife a Michele watch and Chanel scarf. Not only were the prices fair but the owner was willing to work with me based on my budget. Staff was friendly and we even shared a few laughs. This will be my go to place going forward for any luxury items. I asked a simple question on instagram. They had posted 2 different shawls on the same post, so I asked if they were both the same price. (Simple enough question since you didn’t specify this in your post) and the response I received was “Sure. Why not”. It was a simple yes or no question, I didn’t need the Sass attached to it.Customer service goes a long way.

Very disappointed. I’ve tried to sell different items for a while now. At first I tried to sell brand new shoes with a box and receipt. They told me they weren’t accepting shoes at that time. 3 days later posted pictures of shoes on Instagram. Tried selling a bag (which was in terrible condition) they said they’d give me a certain price but I decided to sell to a coworker. Then tried selling a much better bag along with a watch (with the box and another strap) and they said they couldn’t accept it. I truly don’t understand how you can accept items in terrible condition yet things in pretty good condition you turn away. Will be selling my items elsewhere.

I live in a different state then this store but saw something online I had to have I ordered online and my item arrives super fast definitely recommend them!

The staff was incredibly rude. I went in to the store to sell a Chanel wallet, and when I spoke to the man at the counter he looked me up and down, snatched the wallet out of my hands and said to me, “Is that your moms wallet?” I was quite offended and appalled because he was obviously judging me for being a guy and having a Chanel wallet. Overall the experience was bad plus the store smells odd.
