Excellent store, employees are extremely kind and helpful. Ive come here multiple times with my family and am further impressed by not only the wide variety of outstandingly beautiful house decor but the service I receive with it each time. I would 100% recommend shopping here and will return in the future.

My family and I stopped in during the late afternoon of 10/9/2021 to look at some lighting for our new home. We took a picture of the only lighting fixture that caught our eye so that we see if it would go well with our new furniture. Until a salesman rudely shouted at us that photos weren’t allowed. Uh, Why? It’s just lighting. Other stores, more professional stores, with far better quality lighting, and who value their customers, allowed us to take photos of their items. Had this store put up a “no photos” sign, I probably would’ve thought twice about walking in. Apparently this store didn’t want to make any money that day. So we obliged them and walked right out. Their lighting is mostly overpriced tacky ballroom fixtures anyway. We’ll never patronize this establishment again.

***Update 2020*** - So my husband and I bought our first house and we remembered how awesome Sal was when I had visited the year before with my mom. He has such beautiful lamps and chandeliers! And the cherry on top is that Sal never makes you feel pressured or dumb; he is polite, respectful, and patient. And because of that, we bought our own chandelier - an 8-light presidential design that looks stunning in our dining room, along with a 32 cherub medallion. His prices are very fair and his personality is awesome! He is definitely our go-to-spot/guy for beautiful lighting!!2019 - I came with my mom to check out some chandeliers...and we were not disappointed! Sal helped us out; he was patient, very knowledgeable and respectful. He did not pressure us into buying anything the spot, and he offered us advice on how to make our possible choices stand out in our home. He never made us feel rushed, pressured or incompetent. We were definitely happy with the location and Sals customer service. We will definitely be back for our lighting needs!!! Thank you!!!

As soon as we bought our new home, the first thing my mom wanted to purchase was a chandelier, we visited a few stores before we met Sal. Just to keep it short. I was promised a custom light to be built and delivery to the store with in two months. After two and a half months of no communication and empty promises from the staff. They told me it was finally built and they will ship it Express and it will still take about month to reach the store. That a month and half past the promised delivery date. After the lack of communication and empty promises they did give me a full refund of my deposit. Only reason I gave two stars.

We are very disappointed with the quality and customer service with this store. Not only did they not come and install the chandeliers on time, as promised, but after the installation the power circuit breakers popped multiple times.Then, after only 2 weeks, the bulbs they came with died and exploded our fuse box because they weren’t properly hooked up with out electricity. Now the entire Electric box needs to be replaced and we have a broken chandelier. When we called to address these issues they offered us no help nor concern that their product was defective/poor quality

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop here!!! Very unpleasant experience & when we wanted to get a refund for a light that we never picked up they insisted on keeping 30% of our money! I explained to them that we realized we could not use that particular fixture but we would be purchasing something else, however they insisted that this was their policy to keep 30% instead of crediting us the full amount. Terrible place & awful attitude!

We bought the chandeliers June 1 for engagement party of our son immediately after purchase the poor quality of chandeliers caused firecrackers and the circuit breaker popped and burned entire sub panel electric boxWe have to hire an electrician and spend thousands of dollars to replace the sub panel electric boxCalling the owner and was like hitting the brick wall and Not interested in helping at all.Today Again , the entire chandelier burst into electric flares , fire crackers and the breakers popped againThis is mainly due to poor qualityThey buy extremely poor quality chandelier most likely from ChinaAnd sell it for thousand dollarsI would expect the owner to call me back At least , replace the chandelier back or refund us

What a great place to shop!!! I can not say enough about both the quality of the products sold and the great customer service. My wife ordered a two tier chandiler in gold but when she changed her mind after it was already manufactured and dressed. Peter and Sarid were great, they didnt even blink an eye and allowed her to pick out another Chandlier which we did. The new chandlier was ready right on time and it was customized to our preference.
