Manager, David has terrible customer service skills. He came out and spoke really badly to a customer in front of his employees. Normally in any business the regular employees are not as good as their manager in terms of customer service. But, this David showed really poor manners. However his employees did way much better than him.This type of customer service hurts the business in the long run if not corrected. Hopefully this was an isolated situation and his nasty attitude can be corrected.I do thank the brilliant help from the rest of the business.

Defective pump out of the box and damaged product in shipping. Left 2 voice messages and sent to 2 mails. Still NO REPLIES 3 weeks later. CAT PUMP Rep called and left messages with company also with no reply back. Thank you CAT Pump for taking care of the problem with the NEW pump. I will never buy from JN Equipment again.

Ordered my items online for in-store pick. Drove 4 hours from Jacksonville to show up and be told they didnt have the parts I need. Refusing to return home empty handed I called blast off equipment and was welcomed like true customer. They had what I needed in stock, great communication, and was ready when I got there within 20 minutes of leaving JN Equipment. I even paid more for the part I needed but it was well worth it. Maybe JN Equipment could learn a thing or two from other stores. Sad part is I choose JN because Ive heard good things.

Absolute worst service ever, they lied over and over again about a a product I purchased and never received. First the lead time was 10 days then a month then 6 weeks then they didnt know when they would receive the equipment. All the while I am still being billed. I was nice enough to give them a second chance and purchase something else because my first purchase was unavailable. Lying Donna said told me I would be receiving the equipment in 2 to 3 weeks. 2 weeks later I find out nothing was ordered. Now 4 months and thousand dollars later I have nothing to show but empty promises and more lies. Do yourself a favor buy from a reputable business with decent customer service and not this joke of a business

When I ordered online, they did not disclose that the item was not in stock and would not ship for a week. They should indicate out of stock like any other ecommerce site.

Just called into JN, first call they must of accidently hungup. Called back and Hunter answered everything and made good recommendations. Anyone who owns a business with employees knows you will hire a bad apple sometimes. The owner needs to respond to the bad reviews. But just think how much time it takes to fix wrong orders from the Internet (customers are not always right)...it would take another full time employee. Inaccurate product description and picture. I purchased what I thought was an all stainless steel product according to their description and pictures only to receive a part that has plastic and ceramic (see pictures). When I let the staff know that I would like to return it and get the all stainless steel one they advertise they told me this. JNE shall have no responsibility for errors of any kind on the JNE Sites or any Linked Website. Errors may include incorrect product and service descriptions, typographical errors and obsolete information Ive never seen anyone run a business this way and will not be working with them again. Horrible customer service.

JN Equipment definitely lacks in their customer service department. I called in for help on ordering the correct part. They advised me on what to order. It took me almost 2 weeks to get and it was the incorrect part. I had to pay out of pocket to return the item and they did not refund the ridiculous $25.00 shipping fee. Item is very lite weight. I talked to a few people and they sent me the links on what I needed to order for a second time. After getting these parts the order was still wrong. After clicking on the link and view the photo I thought GREAT!! This is what I need! However, what they sent out was not in the photo. So again, this order is wrong. At some point you realize how a company is ran and take your business elsewhere. I do not recommend shopping here.

Ordered a pump online. Paid to have 3-4 day shipping. Called them to ask why I havent received it. Was put on hold, after 10 minutes, they tell me that someone should of called. It was another month away. Told them to cancel the order. She said ok, and hung up on me. Horrible customer service!!!

Andrew Lopez was my sales contact and he did a super job explaining the product and the ease in mastering its use.We manage 5,000 apartment units and I see this product as a boom for our industry. Appearance leases apartments and a stained and discolored roof is a real turn off to prospective renters. Until soft wash option, replacing roofs was our only viable, but very expensive, alternative. I had my home soft washed and was amazed by the results. I tried to get bids for my apartments but the cost was simply prohibitive. Finding JN and being able to by the machine and even a package for around $2,400 was about the cost of 2 roofs. Wow just got off phone with JN all I wanted was to know if their Stealth metering valve would work on my Gen 2 softwash system. The guy on the other end was not helpful at all only thing he said was you need a 1/2 inch connector. I ask him for further information and I could tell he had a attitude. Clerk on 2 different occasions took extra time to review what product was best for applying on my paver patio. This included careful instructions on how to apply the product. Product was promised by end of week but was actually available on day of purchase.

If I could make this negative stars. I would give this company 5 Negative stars. it has been more than 3 weeks and I have still not received my full order. I was drop shipped the least expensive item a few days after my ordered on 08/05/18. thinking the rest would arrive soon after. I waited about a week and then contacted customer service because I no longer had the ability to track my order because the one item had been delivered. I was told one of the items i ordered was on back order. I asked why I was not notified about the back ordered situation. The reply was that they normally do notify customers and did not know why I was not notified but they would keep me in formed. So, I waited about a week more and Nothing. so , I contacted them again to see if my order had shipped i was told the item was still on back order and that i could cancel the back ordered item and the remainder of my order would ship. I am still waiting no tracking information was sent to me. No contact. this company will gladly take your money after that you are nothing to them. I ordered well above the minimum purchase amount to receive free shipping. you would think they would have sent everything they had and inform me about the back ordered item and give me the option to cancel that item. My order was drop shipped(not in stock), all still good.Wednesday I called to get an update, received email stating this:From their shipping managerYes they just shipped it out yesterday so tracking should update within 24 hours but I confirmed with them twice to make sure that was the correct tracking.Ok still happyFriday at noon UPS still said “Shipment ready for UPS, as soon as item arrives at our facility we will update...”Not as happyCalled J.N. talked with a gentleman, told him I was concerned item had not shipped, he said he would get on it and someone would call me back.4:16 and no call back, UPS still said waiting on package to arrive. Ordered Monday, only communication came from me, no email stating that item was not a stock item or in stock so order would not ship as in stock orders do.I’m under impression my item has not really shipped so not happy at all.I call J.N. back, same guy takes my call, acted surprise and said “Donna has not called you back”. I said no and was concerned that nothing but a label had been printed and it had not actually shipped.Donna gets on the phone tells me everything I already know, let her know I was irritated and she got condensing, I told her she did not need to talk to me like I was an idiot, that I had a right to be upset.I ship 20+ packages a day so I don’t need to be treated like I’m stupid because I’m asking questions about the “real” status and not what UPS said.I spent $300+ on a pressure pot, if I did not need it so quickly I would cancel the order! Visited this place for the first time today in the need of some advice on my trailer build after getting a quote from a local competitor id thought i shop around. The guy at the counter Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable also saved me thousands in comparison to what i was being quoted at the other shop. Also learned GPM does the cleaning not the PSI!!!

My experience is both good and bad, so lets start with the good. I ordered an Annovi Reverberi rkv4g37 pkg pump and it showed up the next day, which was awesome.I was confused based on how the old pump was plumbed vs. the parts I received with the new pump. The pkg part of the model number made it seem like all was included as a package; like the unloader and all fittings. After several emails back-and-forth they convinced me my old pump had unnecessary plumbing, and I had all I needed to use the new pump.Note, the confusing part for me was how the bypass worked. Both pumps had an unloader that does the bypass function, but my old pump also had an external hose for the bypass function. They were very professional and patient with me while convincing me I didnt need the external hose.The bad was there was still a plug and o-ring missing. I dont know if these were supposed to be part of the package or not, but its silly that the werent.So I contacted JN again and they gave me a quote for these two parts that totaled $15, and they told me to do the custom order option online to purchase them. When I did the online order there was $20 added to my order because JN has a minimum order amount of $35. Again I contacted them (all contact through email) and asked if the $20 fee could be waived because these parts are part of a $359 order I placed a week earlier. I was told there is no way to get around the $35 minimum.To me that is just insane. I get it if I were ordering independent parts, but these were to complete the $359 package that I ordered a week before. I told them if I were local I could just come down there and return the pump and buy it right back with the $15 plug and o-ring. They didnt respond to that. So I found the plug and o-ring on another site for $11.60 with shipping.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. They are slow to ship and if you question them they say they emailed and called to let you know things were on back order. They did neither but offer you to return at a few. Buyers beware with this company. I have informed my group to never use them again.

Poorest customer service weve ever had with our business. After purchasing a spray unit, we couldnt get it to operate correctly. We immediately called JN and not a single person there knew anything about how to set-up, work on, or trouble-shoot the gun. They referred me to Binks who didnt even have them listed as a authorized dealer. After 3-5 calls, they said they would send it in for warranty work and would be in touch. I never received a call back. About a month later, I found a email in my spam folder from them regarding warranty work. We moved on to better suppliers.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive had at any pressure cleaning store and Ive been to quite a few from boca to orlando. Unprofessional, not helpful, rude, terrible experience. Go there if you like sitting on hold and nobody answering or if you like people telling you they will call back but not. Go if you like dealing with 6 people at the store and only 1 being helpful at all. Go there if you like working with people that really dont seem like they want to help, offer no help, and just ignore you. Or ring you up and just move to the next person instead of getting your stuff. Etc... all in all. Terrible experience

Their prices on line are less than if you purchase the same in the store.They have a 25 percentage return policy, small print, even if the item bought to repair something was suggested anyone in the store.I was a regular customer but they showed no appreciation of my business.I bought the part because David told me that will fix the problem, I didnt ask you to sell it to me, I brought the whole assembly to show you that , that wasnt the right part, and its ridiculousl that you mentioned that you loan me a wrench, that is not a way to treat a client, I am not frustrated at all, who should be frustrated is you for loosing a good client.

I purchase a HVLP Graco Sprayer about 3 months ago. I had an issue with the cup leaking. I was asked to send over a few pictures and the issue was resolved and a brand new one shipped out the next day at no cost. Customer service was great!!

Do not buy from this company, I ordered a soft wash setup. When ordered shipping time was 1 - 2 weeks then get an email 3 days later saying the hose is backordered, if you have any items on backordered it needs to be stated before its purchased. Multiple emails sent to no reply, I will be letting all my contractors and partners know to stay away from this sham.
