The times that I have had my vehicle fixed at Hugo Sierras workshop, I have been very motivated to write this review. I have seen the good service provided to my vehicle where one more mile is run, because when reviewing and repairing my vehicle they have noticed that it is missing some fluid, or a loose accessory and they inform me of the maintenance that the car is needing. I work with them with all my confidence as when you have a lawyer or doctor and you use them with your eyes closed. Their prices are well adjusted to the work they do and are very competitive, in addition, the treatment is so familiar and friendly that one feels well cared for. After ten years taking my vehicles with Hugos workshop, my recommendation for those who read this review, that they do so with confidence as a workshop that knows a lot about mechanics, that has the most advanced equipment and is honest in their work.

Super unprofessional, they made me pay 3x the price of another mechanic, and made me pay for multiple things that were not the issue on my car. They probably took advantage of me because they think I’m dumb and don’t know prices because I’m a women. This place is ridiculous. Would definitely not recommend.

Good friendly guy reasonable rates would recommend you take your vehicles to him. He charges under what many places do not sure what some here have complained about.

Did a 10 minute very simple work to my car and he asked $50 !!! For 10 minutes work!! And when asked why that much. He asked me to not come back to his store!!! Zero customer service. Rude. Unprofessional. Poor communication skills. What a rib off.. I thought he is good in the bugging but I wouldnt recommend him to anyone..

Hugo Sierra has been my mechanic for the last ten years. Hugo is very honest and a great mechanic. The shop is conveniently located near the turnpike and I-95. The shop is also a state of the art, clean and a very cozy place. I love the fact that the business is family owned and operated. This is definitely the best auto repair shop in West Palm Beach!!!!!

Hugo is very knowledgeable in what he does. He treated me amazingly, too. I brought in my 2015 Subaru WRX to get some used parts I scored for cheap, however the previous owner of the parts didnt treat them with as much care as Hugo did. He was able to fix any problems with the parts and fitted them perfectly. He was very polite and showed great hospitality while I was eagerly waiting in his shop at well!

Very good mechanic. Very mechanically honest but very careless. Did a awesome job on my avalanche but left with a huge scratch on my bumper. Fixed my caprice again. Mechanically impeccable but damaged my fender with dents to the point it has to be professionally repaired and this is a show car . very good guy just not careful

Hugo Sierra has been my mechanic for the last 8 month.He work with passion and your knowledge and possitive actitude make a diference.His wife Maria Eugenia is a lovely person, both make a great team, they make you feel like familyThe facilities are great. the waiting room is comfortable, with A/C, a large sofa, TV and a computer for customers.
