Very pleasant staff. Opens at 7am which is nice. Coffee is very good. I just had a regular one (no additional fluff). Almond croissant and coffee cake were just “ok”. Not too fresh to be honest.

Where should I start? The staff is so welcoming and amazing. The cappuccino is my favorite with avocado toast. I start my day with cup of cappuccino from this place. Sit outside on patio or on the steps and it feels so calm.You gotta try it once

Even as a long-time vegan Angeleno I haven’t had that much avocado toast. Honestly can’t remember- maybe 15 years ago- before it was a thing? Verve’s is vegan without the butter and has nearly a full avocado plus delicious pickled onions. Have I been here too long that I think $9 is a reasonable price, right now, in this neighborhood, for this avocado toast? The bread doesn’t slouch either which makes this more filling than those hummus wraps too many coffee shops have.The coffee is very good, which is above average and enjoyable.

I waited with the sign with number of order for 40 minutes for avo toast and sandwich! They said the order never been in their system afterwards. Terrible service.

Highly Recommended! This shop was truly worth it even if it were expensive. The coffee and the foods they served were absolutely delicious and OK. Besides, the ambiance was very good to relax. It was clean, fragrant, and satisfying to visit again and again. Even the waiter that served my order at that time was very pleasant and decent. I really like everything in this shop. Worth it!

Great cold brew. Don’t try to smoke here though - I asked an employee if I could smoke and he said I could probably get away with it over by the street. But then manager came and yelled at me and ask me who told me I could do that. I ain’t no rat so I wouldn’t tell him. He was big mad and then blamed me and said I never asked anyone which was mad awkward because I did ask… aside from that GREAT cold brew.

Nice vibes. Nice drinks (get lattes), cute little pastries and nice outdoor seating area. Can be really nice to stay when the sun is up.Why stay indoors when you are in LA? Go out there, enjoy the sun, drink some nice coffee and read a book or write a script.

Very nice place to sit and study/talk over coffee. Good natural light and good music. Didn’t try any coffee but based on the involuntary eavesdropping I did, it seems to be very good. There’s also very cute outdoor seating but is underneath some trees so seems like it could get dusty with falling leaves & whatnot. No complaints.

Kombucha was excellent and had a lot of flavor! Nitro was super light and hard for me to taste, there was some floral notes at the back of the mouth. Acceptable, but I dont think I will pay for it again.Cute outdoor space, and excellent customer service.

Came here to do work and after purchasing stuff I found out that all outlets are blocked so people do no “cram”. to my unlucky self, my laptop was dead. what a bunch of ompa lompas. hope they get run down just for this.

Excellent vegan options. I’d say about 1/3 of the Foods on the menu are vegan friendly. Many tasty gluten-free and vegan sweets such as the delicious cinnamon coffee cake. Lots of fresh tea options and not a huge dent in the pocket. I can get used to this place. If you’re looking for a spot to post up and do some work with WiFi, there are quite a few people doing that so you won’t feel out of place. There are a decent amount of power outlets, but not many. All of the outlets are against the wall with bar seating facing the wall so you’ll be a little isolated from people viewing while working.

I absolutely love it here. I live in downtown and there’s a Verve location near me but I specifically go to this location. I love the atmosphere and the outside seating. Due to covid, it’s hard to find a coffee shop with adequate outdoor seating so I don’t mind the drive. Coffee and pastries are so good! I always get an oat milk latte and it never disappoints.

It’s a decent place to do work and if you get there early enough, you might get a seat. Inside, it’s rather loud, which I would consider normal in terms of the volume.The drips and other coffee are really good. Food wise, it’s rather simple but filling. Have tasted their chia and oats.

Great vibe, friendly staff, and absolutely delicious coffee drinks. Their breakfast sandwiches are gross though. I threw it away halfway through.

My top choice. Nothing can complete with Verve. But the last experience was not the best. Street level tasted different. I am not sure if the machine was dialing properly.

Bustling coffee shop with indoor seating, and a very nice quiet Green Space of outdoor seating to the side. I got the bowl of Soul which is their version of a green tea latte. It was pretty small and not very hydrating. Their oolong tea is very good however

Very cool cafe. Pretty overpriced and service was slow but the coffee was delicious. We loved the outdoor seating too, looking over the street. Lots of cute dogs! The place is well designed inside too and perfect for bringing a laptop midweek or meeting friends on the weekend. There seemed to be lots of meetings going on, either for business or pleasure. Really enjoyed it!

Awesome place! They have an excellent service, and the coffee is extremely good, i asked for 5 coffees to go and they were ready in about 5 minutes even though the place was full, try the machiatto and the blue berry muffin... They are totally worth it!

Excellent coffee but a weird cashier/attendant, 11/26/2019 at 12:26 PMI just want a cappuccino a bit more darker than usual, she could not get it, 5 minutes later I just said, give me a cappuccino with less almond milk, and I got a macchiato instead.Not my first time, but the first one I found a really bad front store person, uhhhhh where is the manager?

Great coffee. So, two almond milk lattes - one with vanilla - costs $15. Thats $3 more than Menottis, but you get more oz for that. Very smooth.. Nice outdoor area.

Love coffee? This is a place to fulfill your dreams (coffee dreams) Bit on the pricy side but you wont be disappointed and theyll leave you craving for more. Nice and dorky as crew behind the desk. Super friendly and quick while chatty at the same. Small snacks (sweets) to choose from but no real breakfast unfortunately. There is a outside seating area, some parking and they have wifi. Password upon request. All in all a very welcoming atmosphere in here with lots of relaxed seeming customers on a Sunday morning.Definitely recommend this café.

Woah. I dont drink coffee very often because a lot of the time it makes me scatter brained or has little to no effect. So when I do, I know if its good or not because Im comparing it to only about 20 other times from that year. I felt calmly energized and focused after my iced mocha today! Thank you!

Ive wanted to go to a Verve coffee shop since I first learned about them! I was excited to leave our hotel room and check it out! We stopped by a little late (7:30pm) and made our order. Ive been into coffee for quite a while, more specifically espresso. I love espresso and its what I always get when I visit any coffee shop. We ordered the espresso tonic which was delicious and the single origin espresso. The espresso tonic was delicious and we waited my espresso. You can imagine my disappointment when it was served to me in a paper cup. I understand that some folks like their espresso on the go, but I was never asked if I wanted it to stay or go. I feel that service missed the mark a bit and I was pretty bummed out. Espresso was decent.

The baristas are good at mixing something for your drinks to even taste perfect! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, and serious perfectionists when it comes to preparing drinks. Their coffee always tastes fresh and delicious! Highly recommended!

Verves shop had a staff that set me up right! They were professional & knowledgeable. I ordered an espresso (their Streetlevel blend) and a pour over with a Peruvian coffee to enjoy at the shop. To go I ordered the Jamaica Cascara for myself and the Dr. Kefir Elderberry Passion for my wife. Those were both delicious and refreshing.

Staff are coffee geeks and they can help you find the beans you will enjoy. Brewed coffee is always fresh and extracted perfectly. They have not impressed me with their espresso shots. Shots are consistently good, never under or over extracted but at the same time they are not amazing and when I come to Verve, I do expect amazing. This is the church if coffee is your religion.

Love this place and great products but kind of snotty service and VERY high prices, even by LA standards, keep it from a five. Pastries are quite tasty and nice selection of tea. Love outdoor seating, though seems like people may camp out for hours. Great spot for a quick meeting, as long as you’re flexible on sitting wherever it might be available. Definitely gets busier as the day goes along.

Just stopped by this location. Ordered a coffee and some pastries. My wife the same.And we took a seat at the ‘bar’ since the place is always full (only a few tables and a few seats).One of the staffs members asked us to move away, and for real, since he said he need that space. And then he left....We finally hit the coffee on to go, and the pastries and we served them while walking on the street...Over all, a small place, the coffee was acceptable, outside seating works only on nights when isn’t too hot, and unfriendly personnel.

Rarely do I name favorites - But I have to say this one might very well be my favorite coffee bar throughout. Indoor / Outdoor seating - Even seating at the bar. Nice crowd and just really genuine people working there. Interior is on point and coffee is legit. Will go back multiple times during our LA stay. Must visit - 100% coffee nerd approved!

I do love my iced coffee and their nitro is amazing. Very smooth but has a deep flavor. It was pretty busy but still not hard to find a seat. Parking on the other had is challenging as any busy in this area.

Nice coffee bar with delicious pastries and a small selection of tasty bites - toasts and sandwiches. I had their avocado toast, which was really delicious, served with a sprinkling of pickled onions. Also tried their peanut butter and jam bun, also really good. They serve a limited but tasty selections of teas and have a good amount of outdoor seating. The service was really friendly too. Nice place to stop and fuel up while walking around West Hollywood.

We came here on our last day in LA looking for a reasonably healthy breakfast and a good coffee. We really enjoyed the Avocado Toast and The Organic Poached Egg biscuit.Coffee was well made and and smooth. They offer a number of milk (milk alternatives) Soy, Almond and Hemp milk.Great location and great service.

I went here a few months ago when I visited my friend in CA, but I still remember how cute this place was! It was pretty packed when my friends and I walked in, but the workers were really friendly and helpful. From pictures Id seen on Instagram, I pretty much already knew what I wanted to order--something with their rainbow design.

Excellent coffee. I had a macchiatto. It was pretty much perfect. The croissant was also delicious. Slightly glazed on the outside, fluffy and buttery on the inside with a delicate texture and flavor. But I digress. Back to the coffee...smooth as silk with just the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness (without any additional sweetener other than the milk).

Love this new spot! Vibe is good and so is their Lavender Latte. Definitely will be back to try all other lattes.

Close to five stars. They were nice, quick considering the weekend rush, and really tasty products. I had a cappuccino and a cake. The only thing was the cappuccino was barely hot (definitely warm, but barely hot, if you understand me) and thus I had to drink it pretty quickly before it was cold.

Always good coffee and the pastry selection that is always tempting...

First time and what a great place.Oat Milk Cappucino was by far one of the top Expressos that I have had.Love the vibe with a coffee bar in the middle, seats all around, and the roasting in the back. A wonderfully designed experience.Worth a visit, again and again.

First and foremost great coffee drinks. The space is really nicely designed and quite comfortable. Theres a good amount of outdoor seating. Theres a limited selection of prepared food items in addition to the pastries - everything Ive had has been fresh and delicious.

Fantastic coffee. We often buy beans and use them at home. Terrific toast with avocado. Biscuits with Jam also good. These prepared foods only available at this location. Lots of good places to sit.
