I would give zero stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional medical supply store I have ever dealt with. They never show up when they say they will. I have waited weeks for them to show up and still nothing even after having my nurse call. This is just my most recent incident with this joke of a company.

BELLEVUE HEALTHCARE WOULD GET 10 STARS FROM ME IF IT WAS AN OPTION! THANK YOU TO ALL BELLEVUE STAFF! Your care and kindness for me was Awesome. I will not go anywhere but to you. Another local business would not even give me the time of day all they wanted was CASH(when I have great insurance)..BAD BUSSINESS. It was last minute and BELLEVUE HEALTHCARE came through! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Your staff rocks! Thanks Tucker for for Everything! They even delivered when I could not make it over before my surgery! THANK YOUTHANK YOU THANK YOU!A stand up business in my eyes!

I forgot a part for my medical device at home and the staff got me a replacement for free. They went above and beyond by talking to my doctor and coming up with a solution.

I was very disappointed with this company. After calls to them and then taking the wheelchair into there office, which I felt like I should not have even walked into the place that no one wanted to help me. I need the front wheels replaced on my husbands wheelchair. Donny said he would see what he could find and took my name and number and said he would call me back. Well I have been waiting for over a month and have not received a phone call. I guess I was not important enough to get help from this company, hope others have better luck with them.

We use Bellevue Healthcare as our main supplier for all our clients medical equipment needs. I cant say enough about how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are, they continue to go above and beyond to make sure everyone is getting what they need.

Great products, helpful staff.
