Yummy everyday! Very rarely let me down! Best expresso EVER!

Love all the auto mocha stands! The baristas are always friendly, and the drinks are consistently good!

Customer service is awful. I don’t know if it’s because it’s late, but either way no excuses for acting like that. The coffee is pretty good tho, but hands down Java dog is better!!!

I love their zebra frapita. It tastes like a chocolate malt and chocolate milkshake. Its so yummy. It was a nice treat.

Went here a lot about a year and a half ago (was traveling for work) came back about a week ago after not having been there for so long and the barista remembered me (granted I drive a very characteristic vehicle). They always make great coffee here and I have always had such a great experience with their customer service! I hope to travel there again for work soon!

People are nice but they will mess up order if you ask for a mocha still recommend stopping by on your way through town

Espresso shakes are awesome

Rude baristas, long lines, slow service, the coffee is nothing special. The baristas run their hands through their hair, don’t wash their hands or use sanitizer, and then continue making drinks. Very few of them tie back their hair, which is not too appetizing when preparing drinks. I’m tired of all the questions about where I am going, what I’m doing and where I work when I am trying to get a cup of coffee. Add at least 30 minutes to your morning commute if you want to get through the line and make it to work on time. Lately they have been asking if you want to add a tip; imagine if other businesses did that. As far as I know, tipping is not mandatory, especially for bad service.

Amazing coffee place! Been getting my coffee here for years. Only downside is when it gets busy. They seem to take very very long. And unfortunately I have had many drinks that I have not been satisfied with many of the newer girls...I understand that they arent going to be right away perfect at making drinks, bit should probably be tested before having them make them. Just a thought. Still my favorite coffee stop.

Consistently good coffee, they always remember us and our drinks. We love going to Aut-To Mocha on the weekend right before we head down to the market. Ive literally never had bad service.

Today we went for coffee got there before 2 after waiting well over 10 minutes just to have an incredibly rude blonde woman come out and tell us to leave after politely asking the woman if she consider helping us out seeing as we had waited so long she immediately said she could not because she had plans and that wed have to leave because if we dont she will call the cops what kind of an employee threatens a customer with police because she has plans yes princess will be going now that one needs some more training lost a customer for sure!

My favorite coffee stand in Wenatchee! The girls are kind and quick! The breakfast options are perfect and the drinks are consistently delicious! Prices are reasonable and the stands are at multiple locations which is super convenient.

I really like the coffee here its probably some of the best in town in my opinion I really hate though that the girls are constantly gossiping about the other girls that work there or just their drama I dont want to hear it and theyre extremely rude barely even acknowledge you this is all from my own experience if the girls treat you great thats awesome but it seems like they are selective as to who they acknowledge or dont

During busy times the lines get really long and it seems to take longer than other places (like Dutch Bros) to get your drink and move the lines along. I would like for them to have someone outside taking orders more often. Ive only encountered it happening once in the many times Ive come through.

Fast and tastes great, sundaes however are in what looks like a small lid and not car or kid friendly

Im there everyday, and they always make me happy with there amazing Americanos. Friendly fast service.

I think it really depends on whos making your drink that day. But the last few times the barista didnt know what I meant when I ordered, Id clarify, and then ask if they knew what I wanted. Theyd say yes and still get it wrong. If you go get an Italian soda, and you want multiple flavors. You have to ask for half or quarter pumps, or they litteraly do the amount required for a one flavored Italian soda for every flavor. So they quadruple up on syrup in a regular sized drink. Its to sweet, like sickening. Its just not drinkable that way

Straight up, great taste of the coffee bean and good roast. Far better than the taste of Dutch Bros! Yet....Too much ice, not consistent service, consistent disappointment! Times before, the service was snappy attitudes and the cards are not stamped clear enough! Lost out on my free drink due to this. The girls are very young, sometimes lacking experience to make my time a good experience.. I didnt have time to pay attention to my order being made because the other gal interrupted, asking to add a food to my order. Maybe I could have had the right milk, the right amount of ice, blah blah. My fault I am sure...And at is up with never being able to hire any men?Oi vey! Yet today, another big disappointment! Who puts an entire cup full of ice? I have been a barista many different locations, never would I let my customer have such little liquid in their drink! I am soooo disappointed that I paid $7 for ice!

I was a die hard auto mocha lover for about 9 years but the past 7 times Ive ordered coffee its tasted so watery and diluted. I tip well & voiced my concerns but to no avail so tomorrow Im switching to dutch Bros since nothings being solved :( I guess hell has frozen over lol
