Highly recommend updating pharmacy hours. Suggested edits but can only suggest one edit. You would show your customers you value their time if your hours were correct. I went to your pharmacy 4x today. Im terribly sick and no energy. The hours state the pharmacy opens at 7 am online. Came back at 9 to find you didnt have my scripts filled. Came back at 1:30 to find your pharmacy staff was on lunch. Came back at 2:15 and sit in line for 17 minutes without even getting a hello, sorry for the delay, we will be with you. I watched as indoor customers got waited on while drive thru line continued to grow. Very poor experience for a long time Walgreen pharmacy customer.

I was in the Wenatchee Walgreens yesterday and could not believe how dirty and disgusting this store has become! The floors had dirt, hair and filth covering them. Have some pride in your store people! You are a pharmacy and should be ashamed.

I will forever be grateful to the pharmacist, Aaron C.. He is currently one of my favorite people and a local hero. He literally was the only person who validated and understood our concerns about a reaction our daughter was having to her medication. He took time with us and gave us the support we needed to make the best possible decision for our daughter. Doctors were not taking this reaction seriously, but after being properly educated we made a decision that potentially saved our child from great harm. Aaron C. gave me hope when I was at my wits end with the care my child wasnt receiving. I am confident that if something is going on with my childrens medications he will have our best interest at heart. Aaron C. is passionate about his career, goes above and beyond, and knows what he is talking about!!! Thank you Walgreens for hiring someone as genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful as Aaron C. He also helped our family again today. Our doctor was not answering our calls, getting back to us, filling prescriptions, or acting concerned at all and my daughter needed her thyroid medication. He sent a notification to the doctor. The doctor finally did her job and got the prescriptions sent! I just couldnt be more grateful. Thank you Aaron C. We trust you.

I am in the Wenatchee Walgreens practically every other day! There is not one person in there that doesn’t make me feel like family. But above all, Paula! The sweetest, kindest most amazing person. I look forward to seeing her. & if I for some reason miss her one day, I’m asking the whole store where my gal went! Wenatchee is lucky to have such great people all in one place! 10 out of 10! & 100% recommend!

Sat in the drive thru behind another car. They got served. I came up and sat for 15 minutes and pressed the call button twice, watching them pass by the windows and help people inside. Went inside and stood at the window and was not served, but watched four cars at the drive thru get served. When I was finally served, I told them what happened and all they said was “sorry, we’re busy.” Could’ve told me at the drive thru “I’ll be with you in a moment,” but nope. My meds are important and I came before their lunch break, trying to get them beforehand. Been coming here for so long and I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated today. Unacceptable service.

Fast, Friendly Store And Always Clean Just Sucks They Dont Keep Stuff Stocked Like They Should.

Susi in cosmetics is amazing! She has so much knowledge on everything and is so easy to talk to! Ive loved coming here and seeing her smile light up the room. She has such a bubbly personality and its infectious. Im so happy to have met her!

Covid testing here was supereasy and the lady who helped us was so sweet! :)

Get in line to pick up medication and the only way away from the counter is turning around and walking towards the next person in line. Have a seat to wait chairs are not 6 feet apart. People you are in healthcare and Covid is a danger!!

Incompetent and Rude! Never again!

Stood in line for 35 minutes on a Saturday at 1pm because they only had one cashier. Cashier wouldn’t call for additional help either. Ridiculous...

Rude and discriminatory

Convenient drive thru to drop off or pick up prescription. Handy place to get my flu shot. (Not to mention any other OTC meds that helps get one thru flu season.) Pharmacists was professional in follow up a medication conflict.

Pharmacy is awful. The staff is rude and that department is very poorly ran. Its as if the criteria for working there is uneducated, uncaring, rude people. I would and have paid more for my prescription, in order NOT TO DEAL with them.

I visited this store and purchased an item to get cashback, i accidentally removed the card too soon so the transaction voided. When i went back in to the store to get some clarification on what happened, the cashier or short haired employee in beauty came over and did not seem to understand what I was saying. She then asked ME, a paying CUSTOMER, do you think I am dumb? I never did insinuate that, maybe if her actions didnt give off that impression she wouldnt be so defensive. Also, the manager on duty Jeff, was rude and did not seem to care how his employee was acting.

Clean location, everything is always neat and in place when I shop here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And I love that they do red nose day.(charity to help end child poverty) This location also has a Redbox machine infront of it.

The store staff is very nice and always asks if they can help me and are kind to walk me to the area of my need. The one hour photo is my favorite thing about the store. The pharmacy area is understaffed which accounts for the slow customer service there and the staff in that area take a lot of verbal abuse. Try to remember that and also that the staff are not responsible for insurance denials or corporate policy and decisions. The only thing that you or they can control is your attitude.

Prescriptions, OTC meds, flu shots and day-to-day stuff--this Walgreens has it all. Seems like they always have what I came in for AND they have two DIY photo kiosks for printing pictures from a USB stick. Conveniently located for my purposes, too. See you for spring allergy stuff soon!

The pharmacy staff today near noon or late shift was rude! I have gotten prescriptions there with my insurance before. Im sure 98% of people here have the same thing and they take them. They tried to send me through goose chases and not even give me my prescription for my flu that i needed, even if i had the money. The lady in the window cracked an attitude and was very rude about it. Then she rudly snide marked to go to the pharmacist. He was nice about it thankfully and explained better. However, the person for the mid shift isnt suit for the position if she is to lazy to contact the number BEHIND THE CARD OR EVEN LOOK AT THE RX NUMBER, to see if its still valid. Anyways, dont go there if u dont want a goose chase around the valley to see what takes ur insurance, when the insurance company is closed. Horrible. I cannot get the prescription paper back to even go somewhere else since its not aloud because its already prepared. Ok. They can screw someone else in their health. Im done rambling, sorry. Be advised.

I hate wal-greens, they dont care about there costumers, I sat there for over an hour waiting for my prescription, then when they finally called me they said my insurance wouldnt pay for it because I could buy it over the counter then I was told to sit down down like a dirty dog and wait for a pharmacist. Who was to busy flirting and laughing with a blond women to know I was even there. I have always had bad service at wal-greens. So Im taking my business to Wal-Mart.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I went around to alot of pharmacies cause Im from out of town , even the wall greens in east wenatchee, ( where I had it filled last month) WAS CLOSED!so they had my prescription filled (lacking 2 pills), my card limit expired, for the day , but Ill be back tomorrow, yes on a Sunday to get my pills! TY WALL GREENSFOR BEING in #1 in stock with my product,#2 being open on Sunday,but #3, the Pharmist was so nice! not the assistant, she was a smart ass__ assitant! sorry but true honey ,ya need a different job! ty and see you tomorrowdebbW/@Y debby
