NO REFUND! I agree with other reviewers who mentioned that the sales associates pressure you to buy these products. They do not offer refunds but yet no one would communicate that to you before your purchase. They have a small signs on the corner of the register that says no refund but it’s hidden. Therefore, you would not see it but they will point to it when you try to return the item.I tried to return what I bought one hour later but they would not give me a refund.The sales associate who assisted me (Tony/Jacob) went as far as showing me other customers receipts to prove that people spend up to $10,000 at the store or more. I was fooled into thinking that the product is worth the money and works well. I agree that whatever they put on your skin in the store makes your skin feel very soft. However, before you get home your skin will return to normal. Also, if you have sensitive skin do not purchase this product. It has witch hazel and apricot which is not good for your skin.Additionally, the sales associate was asking personal questions like what do you do for a living? What does your husband do? He looks at the brands that your are currently wearing to better understand how much you can spend.It appears that this company makes a lot of money by pressuring people to make unwanted purchases with no hope of a refund. They will give you anything in the store but not your money back. Once you swipe your credit card it’s over also beware that they will pretend to give you a huge discount on their products. Their peeling gel was marked for $179 he gave me a discount and sold it for $150 plus another peeling gel for free and a nail kit for free. Their huge discount is another tactic that they use to lure you into buying their products.

Don’t make eye contact they make you feel pressured to buy it. It’s not worth it at all, they ask personal questions which shouldn’t be asked at all so unprofessional. They are rude and pushy they won’t leave you alone. You cannot return it back too. They claim it’s for “sensitive skin” but it makes your skin burn a little and itch. They make it seem so luxurious when it’s not. Just a scam. Lesson learned. -0 stars if I could.

Had an amazing experience the guy turned into my best friend!! He’s super sexy and handsome! But also VERY VERY SWeet! The product actually works! Tried it on my mom! and wow!!!!! It’s like Botox in a tube! I believe it was Tony or nick?? didn’t end up buying it just cause we’re broke! He listened to our story and why we can’t afford it but the PRODUCT ACTUALLY WORKS!!

This place is a scam. The quality is very poor and you can pay the same and get much better quality. The customer service was horrible!! The sales people specifically Roy is very pushy and rude. Avoid this place! Pushy sales people with terrible demos. The reason why the exfoliating cream seems to make your skin lighter is because the people rub the blood out of your hands. Also, the bit with the buffer has now left me with only one nail that is shiny and was performed on me without my permission. Absolutely horrible experience!

Stopped by and one of the gentlemen there named Roy was so aggressive and rude towards my mother. Very pushy and was very ignorant. He kept telling us to listen to him when we already knew what he was saying and gave us dirty looks and wasnt satisfied when we said we would think about it and come back. I dont feel comfortable going back there if i wanted to buy the product. No one should ever make anyone feel that way trying to sell a product. He acted as if we knew nothing and looked down on us.

Stores like this are the reason I avoid shopping malls. I can’t even walk around the mall without these sales people bothering me repeatedly to try their overpriced products. Even after saying no, not interested, they STILL don’t stop! I’m forced to be rude and then they act as if I’m the one with the problem. They stand outside the store in the actual mall begging people to come inside or asking annoying questions that aren’t any of their business. Aggravating. Pushy people are the absolute worst.

The costumer service here was great. Needed a good gift for my annoying sister so I ran into this store. They helped me out because I dont know much about bath bombs and all that. I even walked out with facial peeling gel which works great.
