I go here weekly get my pulls and the staff is so nice! They remember my name and are so helpful if I am looking for something more specific. Prices on collectibles and wall books are always good and fair! I highly recommend shopping with them. They will even help you get a book graded. All around an amazing store!

This is a great store which was buzzing with a good flow of customers from small children to those who have had the collection craving for some time. Ben was straight forward and easy to work with while working around multiple customers to assist when able. Including those he seemingly knew and those he didnt. Other workers in the store were very helpful. Love to see small business owner shops succeed!

A spectacular comic shop. Inventory, pricing & staff are unmatched. Always a great selection of current books, and a healthy amount of back issues if you ever need to catch up on titles. Their Wall Books are always impressive, and more than fair in price. Staff is extremely accommodating, can answer any & all questions. I come 40 miles every Wednesday without thinking twice. It’s more than books, it’s an experience they offer. Best of the best!

Been going here for YEARS!!! The guys are extremely helpful. Very customer oriented. Everybody is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They will do their best to find you what it is youre looking for. Plus they have one of the best selections Ive seen. Also will hold things for you if asked. Unlike other stores.As far as these complaints about the wall books go? Dont believe it. Their wall books are cheaper than you would get on ebay or at a convention. Even cheaper than other stores in the area.This is the go to place. I cant sing their praise enough. Love this store and its staff.

Its really special when you meet people who love what they do and do it well. Corry, Ben, and all of the guys at Zapp are welcoming, knowledgeable, and always super helpful. I cant tell you how many times theyve gone the extra mile to get a rare book, remembered something were into, or taken extra care to make an exceptional customer experience. This has been my local comic book shop since 1992 and is one of my favorite places in general! They excel at customer service and have a great selection of modern, copper, golden age and key books. Pretty much everything our nerd hearts love. Definitely a pillar in the community

Ive been a collector since the early 90s and this is by far my favorite shop Ive ever gone to. Ive been a regular for about 5 years now and my books are always pulled as requested and waiting for me.The staff is friendly and full of kind, genuinely nice folks. I rarely run in and run out, always taking some time to chat with Cory, Ben and the rest of their cheerful, knowledgeable staff.Their collection of high level collectables is amazing and theres always something new, even for a modest-budgeted collector like me.Its rare to find a store like this so if youre anywhere in driving distance (I live over an hour away) you should definitely check it out. Worth the visit!

Been going here since I was a kid, It is the best spot to get pokemon cards and collectibles. Their comic section is incredible with what youll find.

My kids love the selection of superhero and Pokémon items. They have had some great family events. My husband loves the selection and the owner is so kind and helps me pick out great gifts for the comic lovers in my life.

I have been coming to zapps since i was 13 its the best comic shop i have ever visited. I moved an hour away and still only go to zapps for my comic needs thats how amazing this shop is.

Ive been shopping here for almost as long as they have been open. Ben and Corry the co-owners, are AMAZING exemplary stewards of the culture. Very helpful and nostalgia from my childhood, still a classic great place all around. They have collected a great value of pokemon cards and magic cards. And they have a whole bunch of cool stuff for collectors of comics and the liking. Definitely check them out and they will buy your collectibles also.

Zapp Comics is without a doubt the best Comic Shop in NJ. They have a wide selection of new and old comics. Their wall books are constantly changing and fresh. Its not the same old books every week. Are you looking for Pokemon, look no further Zapp has them all. Toys, Funko Pops they have you covered. Their staff is like extended family, always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming to this shop since the late 90’s and whether I was buying a high end book or selling a collection of mine owners Ben and Corry have always been fair. Their prices are competitive and their evaluations are spot on. I can’t say enough about this shop. It is a treasure. I’ve been to a lot of comic shops across the country and I haven’t found many that compare. I highly recommend you checking them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Ive been a weekly customer at Zapp in Wayne for five years. New books every Wednesday. Various sales and events and cons. Corry and Ben and the gang have always been professional, knowledgeable, kind and just thoroughly decent humans, aside from taking great care of my pull requests, orders, etc. Honestly, I moved over an hour away back in 2019, and I still drive up to Zapp every Wednesday. Thats how much they mean to me. Sure, I can get comics anywhere, but its the people I make the drive for. I do enjoy coming here. Im always buying plenty of great stuff. When it comes to collectibles, the prices are pretty affordable. I absolutely love their Zapps annual black Friday sale. The environment is usually friendly, clean, and packed with stock. Worth visiting.

Hands down the best comic shop. Ive been buying and collecting a long time and Zapp delivers an experience like no other. Ive been to stores all over the country and am lucky enough to call Zapp my LCS. They always have a great selection of comics (that is updated almost daily), action figures, collectibles, anime, trading cards, and a section for kids. The owners and employees are experts in their own fields, and always deliver customer service that make them feel like family. Their prices are always extremely fair and are willing to work with you within reason. For some good times head to Zapp, you wont be disappointed.

Bought in some exclusive/vaulted funko pops PPG was $1019. This guy brings them to the back while leaving me in the front of the store…. I believe he just went to the back and just stood their talking or maybe just buying time. At this point I start making my way to the back because let’s just be honest why wouldn’t you take the person with you. Little Sus anyway he than comes to the side by the comics and proceeds to tell me the best he can do is $200 cash or credit. LMFAO. Ummm No.

First time went in here, they have a great selections of comics, and the figures are in good price too!! I was looking for something that is not too popular in US culture but the staff is very knowledgeable to direct me the right place to look for and giving me the price range too!!

Don’t come here expecting an INCH from the owner regarding their wall books. Not really focused on building relationships with customers. Sales floor is over crowded with staff that spend most of their time talking to each other

Any store that wont haggle when a customer is buying over 1k in books is no good. The prices for raw books were higher than graded and graded books were 30-50% higher than FMV. Also watching 3 associates bad mouth a customer out in the open, they have a lot to learn about service. I spend 4-5k a month on books...Ill buy online before I buy anything from them.

This place is legendary. If you just start or have always been into comics or anything comic related this place has it all at the best prices. The staff is super welcoming and are friendly experts. I’ve been to many comic places and this by far tops it. They also have a loyalty program which is really cool! I follow there instagram and they give updates weekly on all the cool new releases. Check this place out if you haven’t!

Cool staff in this tiny little shop. You wont find everything you want here, but youll definitely find some surprises in their inventory. In my case I came across a physical model copy of Hades Project Zeorymer; I never expected to see that in the USA.

Store is one of the best in NJ. The packaging and delivery speed is amazing. Customer series is elite and understanding to each issue that present itself. Definitely recommend this shop to any comic collectors.

Best prices around for Wall books & Back issues. Great selection as well as a friendly knowledgeable staff. One thing they do that I particularly love is sell bundles of back issues together for a great price. Like a full mini series or the 1st 12 issues of a series you can find some really great stuff.

I was here for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience! they had every comic from every new and vintage comic series like Marvel, DC, Overwatch, Sonic and MANY more. They also had action figures and manga from many different animes and other fictional worlds. Their prices are amazing because online the prices were expensive and their prices are actually reasonable to work with. Also they have alotta Funko Pops. This is one of my favorite places and I plan on coming back.

It really is.The first thing I smell once I walk in is the classic smell of a comic book store of cardboards and books.All the employees are absolutely nice and helpful. I never once had a problem here. Im being for real! NEVER ONCE DID I HAVE A PROBLEM HERE!Batman and Iron Man are my favorite superheroes, so obviously, I collect their comic books. Zapp! has the best Batman and Iron Man books. They have almost every issue of those two characters.And of course, the owner of the store is great. He is very helpful and respectful. He helps me out whenever I need help.Zapp! Comics is the best comic book store of all time!

They have a huge selection of key issues and toys. They have cards toys video games. Pretty much everything you would want in a comic book store. As you can see I love this place. Been going here since I believe 1997. Sometime in the late 90’s. Absolutely love this store. Best comic/toy store in all of upper New Jersey. The only thing that would make it better is if it was bigger. The people working are knowledgeable and very nice. Ben the owner is a good guy and Corey is great. I have been bringing my own daughter here since she was a baby. Now at 11 she still gets her spongebob comics. Highly recommend

Hands down the best comic book store in the Northeast. Every time I go in there is something new, and its always something I want. The staff is amazing and friendly. They really care about what they do. The events they put on are top notch. There sketch days are fantastic. Always have fun in that store.

Literally the best comic book store in New Jersey and I am not exaggerating. First, and this is HUGE is that it is very clean and organized, nice and well lit with no problem trying to find what you are looking for. Second is inventory, great selection of back issues, current issues and trades, classics toys, as well as huge selection of trading cards. If there is something you are looking for odds are they have it in there warehouse and can have it for you next time you return. Third is pricing, everything is comparable or below market value, I NEVER feel that I over paid for anything. Basically the way a comic book shop should look and feel.

Best comic shop in Jersey. Staff is great and they always have a large selection of comics both new and old. Have rarely seen a new comic out of stock. Also great selection of Funko Pops and reasonably priced. I have closer shops to me but always prefer making the trip out to Zapp!
