I took in my three laptops and my son had two phones with cracked screen. The prices are so much cheaper then around and guy worked with me and my situation. Although it was little tough getting in contact repair was worth it will be coming again thank you !

The gentleman was very respectful and worked extremely well with my rapidly changing schedule. He was fast, efficient and my iPhone 11 screen looks like a brand new phone! I had the ink thingy broken behind my screen and the top of my phone was busted open too. Thank you. I’m so pleased 10/10 would recommend.

Had an appointment at 9am today and no one was there. Called the number several times with no answer. Texted and no answer. Tried live chat as sign said and no response. Got a text at 10 stating appointment rescheduled. Too late for someone that scheduled and got confirmation of appointment several times. I drove 45 minutes here and paid for parking. What a waste of time. Luckily I found CPR in Rensselaer who took care if everything. I strongly suggest them over this company that wasted my time.

Had an 8am Saturday appointment, lugged a PC tower 3 blocks and no one was here. Called, emailed, texted with no response. Very unprofessional.

Dont know if this place isnt at 30 3rd street, or if its not 24 hour, but 30 3rd street is the tech valley center of gravity, and is currently closed. Couldnt find any signage on that building either, any face. Id have a pic but my phones screen is broken. Hope yall are still in business, the reviews looked promising and id like to find the place someday at least lol

Wasnt happy with representative. Insisted I bring my phone to store, only wanted a estimate to replace battery and possibly replace screen. I have a droid turbo 2 with a green line. Gave all details in text. No reason to take to store if too much.

I called over a dozen computer repair shops in the Albany area to receive estimates for a laptop repair. I was familiar with the repair and the costs/labor associated. I kept getting insane estimates from the repair shops I called. I received a number of estimates that were asking for 40-50% of the value of my laptop to replace a $5-10 part. I called Tech Station and received an estimate 80% lower than the lowest offer of any of the other places I had called. This price is what ended up being charged and it put the repair at a more than reasonable rate for the parts/labor associated. Would suggest just calling here first.
