These guys, like many others, believe its a good thing to overcharge to mount and balance a tire because it was bought on the internet. What they dont seem to get is that this brings in a new customer. That next tire could have been purchased from them. That next engine repair could have been done by them. But instead they giggle as they tell you the price because the new tire was purchased on the internet. Well, keep giggling because there are businesses out there that get that bringing in a new customer is a little more important than the $5 to $10 you may have got from selling the tire yourself. And I know this because I already talked to another business that is doing it for me for well under half the amount you quoted and now they have my business. Its unfortunate when small businesses dont see the bigger picture. Maybe ask next time if Im a new customer, and then maybe get me to tell you how much I bought the tire for, then maybe tell me how you can get me the tire and mount and balance it for me next time for a better rate. Get me in your store so I can see all the accessories you can sell me, and possibly put on for me. Main thing is, get the customer in the door. Seems like the smart way to do business to me. Yeah I know youre a well-established business and been here a long time, but business can always be better. More money is more money.

Not willing to work on my motorcycle, very rude. Dropped bike off and called the next morning to let em know what needed done. Got mad and said I should’ve called ahead. Refused to work on it and proceeded to tell me it wasn’t a “storage place.” Guess it’s not a storage place, or even a motorcycle shop...
