The team at united rentals in Watertown are top notch. Had a few incidents and they were there to help. Called Eric the Manager with a mechanical issue and he had Jake his tech at my house on a Sunday morning. I will recommend these guys to anyone!

The equipment we rented did not work out for the job we had to do. We got a full refund including delivery, no questions asked. Great place to do business.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Walked in to buy something today and no one even would look up. My boyfriend and I almost left and went some where else. I dont recommend going here unless you got a lot of to stand around waiting for help.
