Great home extravaganza. Helpful staff. Mark was exceptional with customer service. The garden section was plentiful. We got a nice lamp as well. Great tool selection and interior add on. It is busy so be careful of aisles, u-boats and machinery.

I am a very regular customer at Home Depot. I look for them in any town I am in, from Florida to Minnesota to California. This store was the worst that I have ever seen. Disorganized, messy, no signage on isles. Seriously the worst run unit I have ever seen.Bought a few feet of bulk wire and the person who got it for me wrote down the wrong number. After having to walk back and get the right number myself, I have no idea where he would have gotten the number he wrote.After trudging around the store 3 or 4 times to find everything I needed, the cashier asks me to go get the right number!This store is not what Home Depot is about. It doesnt represent the brand. Store and district managers should both be ashamed and potentially fired. No excuse for a store running this poorly.

I bought more than $400.00 worth of items and Ive always used my home depot credit card and paid it in full on the spot, then I got frustrated and figured Id pay off my card later. So I was given my receipt for the items I purchased and left the store. While my daughter was loading the items in her vehicle 3-4 employees came over to us demanding to see the receipt, instead of giving them the receipt we showed them a picture of the receipt, then another staff member had to tell them to leave us alone. Im a double amputee and I dont steal but curious to why they couldnt find it in their computer

Curbside pick up here is a complete mess. Everytime I go, it is a 20-60 min wait, and then I get part of my order, sometimes with extraneous items thrown in.

Thoroughly unpleasant experience. I felt like most of the employees I talked to were not well trained or willing to help me.I went to Home Depot to return an empty propane tank and pick up some items. I walked in to customer service (empty handed) and asked the service desk employee how I should return the tank. He told me to bring it to him. I told him I would be right back and retrieved it from my car.I walked back in and he was completely gone, but another employee started yelling at me that I could not bring it in and had to leave it outside. Where outside, I ask? She just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Another employee passing through told me I could leave it at the propane cage and tell the cashier so I could take care of the rest.I did so and then walked to the checkouts to get my deposit: Im returning an empty propane tank. He told me it would be $23. I say wait a sec, Im returning an empty tank and dont need a new one. He looked for a way to do that on his register and then told me that he wasnt able to help me, but the other registers would have the head cashier and they could help me. I thanked him because he was at least polite.I walked up to the other cashiers and waited my turn. I explained the situation and he went over to someone else. She walked up to me and told me returning an empty tank was free. No deposit? No, its free she said.After that, I picked up the rest of the things I needed and checked out on the self-checkout, which was the most enjoyable part of the experience.

We bought a dryer and when It was delivered, we realized it was not the one we want so we went to this homedepot in person on the same day to ask for return. Since it was within 48 hr, they said it was not a problem and put a work order for us. Then we paid for the return service fee. (we also bought another dryer we want). But when the new dryer came after two weeks, the person refused to take dryer away nor install the new dryer we bought. So we went to homedepot again and try to figure out what was going on. We got the ans saying it was the problem from the delivery company they were working with. So they put another two orders, one for installation and one for return (taking away the old one). Another two weeks past, the groups came to install the dryer but again, refused to take the dryer away and saying they did not have that work order (we checked the day before they came and Homedepoot was confirmed that order). At the point, we were so frustrated. So we went to the homedepot the third times (because calling them always waiting for hours then someone would say they would call you back after they figure that out but never did). Then guess what, we were told we bought the dryer 1 month ago and had pass their 48 hr return policy. so there is nothing they can do about it. We have contacted them on the first day we received the dryer and they have put multiple work orders for us but they kept failing. But now they are saying they cannot do anything about it and ask us to contact manufacture and see if they could take it.This is beyond ridiculous. We should really go to Costco in the first place to buy the home appliance. They are never lack of responsibility like this.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Do not try to get your lumber cut here.First off, I had to come here from a different Home Depot after their saw broke after two cuts. I talked to seven associates looking for someone to help cut a 2x4 with the power saw, two of which put out calls over the intercom for aid, over the course of a half hour. Finally, one of the associates helped to corner someone from lumber. Unfortunately, the lumber associate clearly didnt want to help. He said he couldnt help me cut the 2x4 and then rudely walked off without offering any further help. This, after an associate at the previous home depot was able to do two cuts before the saw broke. I ended up having to use the hand saw two aisles down to make the three cuts I needed, taking much longer than if the lumber associate had simply used the power saw. Lesson learned, Im never going to a Home Depot again.

Ordered a new sink and vanity there. Went there when it claimed it was ready and the next day as well. Both days they said it was unavailable. I had already payed so I canceled my order. This Home Depot is always low on inventory but this was unacceptable. Would not recommend ordering anything there.

I liked the atmosphere of this home depot it was busy busy.It seems like this one carries alot more things most dont. My only problem was with checkout. There where two people working registers at the contractor check out. When dudes are getting hundreds of pieces of wood each the line was like 10 people who all had a ton of stuff. You could have built a 3,000sq house with all the material in line. Atleast frame and hang it. Girl at the register was pleasant.

Not for the average person who knows little about O rings & stop valves or brackets. Theres absolutely noone to help, despite dozens of people walking around with the store apron. And you can end up walking miles to get nothing & nowhere. Maybe this is a shop for professionals only.I much prefer the neighborhood ACE store where there are people who really make the effort to help. Far less intimidating, far more success.

Pretty standard Home Depot. They have a lot of employees but none of them went out of their way to ask what they could do to assist. This was standard at every other Home Depot Ive been to except this one. Also, the items I bought were incorrectly labeled and I had to tell the cashier the correct price. At least he changed the price to what I said. It was also kinda dirty in there.

6 days after spending over $1000 I still cant use my credit card because their system wasnt working right and I had to try multiple times to pay with my card that I use everyday for commuter rail, Uber/Lyft etc. I quickly found out I had multiple pending charges for the same amount from Home Depot resulting in my card being maxed out. One charge went through but others still pending so my card is useless until the pending charges go away.

Customer service is all over the place wont even pick up the phone was on hold for a solid 15 mins definitely the worst home depot iv been to and I like home depot just not this one 😑. Personnel turnaround is too frequent and many of the very most knowledgeable attendants have been ler go over the years (ive shopped here as a general contractor for over twenty five years).Also as of July 2021 they are dramatically reducing their line of Ridgid cordless tools (and battery powered tools in general). Regrettable.

Online order is a joke! After hours and hours of waiting for mini fridge to get “picked” I finally went over since my fridge is dead and they couldn’t even be bothered. So I cancelled the order went back to get the mini fridge and checked out. Took me less than 10 min.

Been going here since they open for home improvements supplies and appliances. As time passes notice that majority workers are not helpful or courteous but keep going because of the prices. However with my last appliance purchase - WD combo, after 6th schedule delivery attempts and numerous calls to Home Depot and GE along with 4 store visits. I went to Best Buys on last unsuccessful schedule date, purchase same brand and same price on Thursday with first availability delivery on following Tuesday. Then I went across the street to cancel Home Depot purchase. Best Buy come on Tuesday as schedule with no deliver issues and installed the WD with very courteous and professional men. 6 day later still no Home Depot credit on my credit card so another trip to store and demanded a credit receipt which took about an hour and a half to complete. Although Appliance Manager and Associate was very courteous and sincere about my experience I will never purchase anything from them again. I recommend Best Buys for appliances rather than Home Depot because they have their own delivery/installation people and do not use 3rd party company - Spirit Logistic as Home Depot does. Would love to give them no stars but could not.

This will be a bias review because I love home depot. I love the industriousness, the smell, and the memories it brings up of going there with my Dad before he passed. This particular one is quite large. Massive selection for nearly all your building and home improvement needs. They even sell snow sleds. The dude at the paint section was pretty cool and helpful even though he was really busy, in fact every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I could easily spend a million dollars here.

I went in there to get a pretty pink paint for my babies nursery. The gentleman behind the painting counter truly helped me out as I had no idea what type of paint I need it. He helped me out in the paint came out great. He did all of this while training another gentleman. I wish I had his name but he was a cool dude

Came to buy ceiling tiles, aisle was closed off (for safety) so I patiently waited for the 3 employees to finish their task.I waited & waited, tried to get their attention, but they were too excited about their weekend plans to help a customer...so I watched them update the Facebook & chat with their buds on the phone & went to a local hardware store...the employees there were also on their phones when I walked in...but immediately put them down to help me. Usually this store is OK, not great. But this time I had to wait for over 40 minutes get a help for cutting a piece of plywood. I asked for the staffs at the store to call the person in charge of the saw multiple times. The person didnt show up for for 40 minutes. When he showed up, he was very rude. If you are picking up something from the shelf, and check out yourself, no problem. But, if you have to get any help from the staffs, expect for long wait.

We do NOT recommend purchasing appliances from the Watertown Home Depot. Had a horrible experience with a washing machine that was never delivered. HD was so slow in responding that our three day delivery stretched past a week and we still were not given an update. Went across the street to Best Buy. They honored the same price, had a much better selection and delivered the machine without issue.

Bad signage. Heading east, you are never going to see it. Especially at night. Only one Home Depot sign visible if you are heading westbound. Minimal lights on in parking lot. Older dude wandering around couldn’t find his car it was so dark. 2 main entrances, one completely dark.

I called the store to ask if they had a specific item in stock (1/4 20 die thread cutter). The female employee who answered the phone pretended to look for the item in the store (I could hear they were in a quiet room, definitely not in the noisy isles) and then proceeded to flat out lie to me that there were 4 in stock. I got to the store, and after flagging down an employee, discovered there was no such item in the entire store.

First of all, somehow they are always out of stock with the products Im looking for, had to go to the Waltham one instead.Second of all, a couple of my recent purchase of appliances were bad experience. They say its not returnable after 48 hours because of manufacturers policy, but after you talk to the factory, theyll still not return it for you so why are you even pretending you are the good guy? Treating customer badly just like other big corporations. Support a local store if you can.

I went in with a list to finish my projects since I have time, I needed screws for a chair and couldnt find them so I asked the associate in the aisle I dont usually work this dept. Lets see if I can find it with you made me feel like such a bother to him. While helping me, another gentleman asked him a ?, he said Ill help you when Im done with her perfect answer i thought until as he was finishing up with me another man started to ask him about something and instead of helping the 1st man on hold, he went with #2. 6 people noticed the rudeness and commented. When I had had enough aggravation and made my way to pay for half my list, there was an older gentleman with no mask at all, an associate said something to him but he just went on a rant instead, not one person stood up to this jerk who thought that rules dont apply to him.

Is a nightmare shopping here. Add too that they suddenly no longer are providing bags of any kind, making it lovely to take a bunch of items home. This is not the place to go during a pandemic. Even though masks are mandatory, it seems the employees need to be educated about wearing them. The checkout woman was trying to be nice to my son, but she came quite close to his face and then removed her mask to smile at him. My son kept backing up but she kept getting closer. Not a great situation.

There was a staff helping one customer in plumbing. We waited for 20 min then I asked if he can help us after. He just stared at me and yelled at me that he’s helping a customer. He helped that customer for 30 min and left without helping us. Not getting help is normal at Home Depot but getting yelled at for asking for help is very low for the store.

The people that work there like helping you out when you have issues.... reason why for two stars is because they never stock their shelves!!!!! Had to wait 45 minutes just to get an item that was stored on the top shelves on a pallet because whomever does the stocking did not even care to notice items are missing off the shelves and are 10 feet above them on the upper shelves customers cannot reach....that should be stocked for the following day..... Home Depot is becoming more and more of an aggravation to shop at. The virus has nothing to do with it. ( I think this is at many Home Depots.... you go looking for items at many stores just to find out that they did not stock the shelves and they have the items all along. So Fn disappointed at Home Depot, many of them are super disorganized! ). ( I seem to have better luck at Lowes!).

Do not buy Carpet from Home Depot. Im a property manager of over 100 apartments and let me tell you, Stay away! They sub out carpet installs to people that have no idea what theyre doing. My experience: No English,had to come back 3 times, glue on the walls,damaged door trim,dangerous floor transitions.

This might be one of the worst experiences i have had with any company. I ordered a stove for my tenants in early January with haul away pick up for the old stove. For 3 consecutive weeks they scheduled a delivery of the stove to the wrong address. Each week I called them back telling them the address was incorrect. On the 4th week to nobodys surprise the address was wrong again, but they heard my frustration and changed the address mid delivery. After they delivered the stove my tenants called saying they didnt include a power cord for the new stove and they refused to haul away the old stove (again I paid for this). I then sat on the phone for over an hour trying to again rectify this and after talking to 3 people (all of which kept stating the wrong address) they are going to go out in a few days to haul the old stove away and deliver the power cord. I give it a 5% chance this actually happens given the incompetence I have dealt with thus far.
