I had the pleasure working with The Custom Shop at couple of occasions. I needed a cushion for my window bench sit-in area. It had the weirdest shape, yet the cushion done here fit perfectly. Toni is absolutely great to work with and the price I got was the lowest when I shopped. I strongly recommend.

This place judges you as soon as you walk in the door. It was recommended by a friend not sure what they wore when they walked in but it must signaled money or perhaps more intent. However, most everyone was actually looking at the fabric and boy do they have a ton of choices from reasonable to on sale to mega expensive and well organized. They also have a good selection of accessories for example tassles for light shades.They have a lot of stock in the back and parking. Its not easy to see from street.My 3 stars are based on being profiled, on what I consider high prices on high end fabric and comparison to other places.As a local guide I have to be honest by providing information based on comparison. I did not go in just once but 4 times because other people wanted to go there. None of them purchased anything.

Just had two wing chairs reupholstered and they came our BEAUTIFUL! I am so happy with the work. I was in a rush to have my chairs redone due to a family party coming up and they were extremely helpful getting them complete in time! Thanks again! Jen

I had the Custom Shop make new outdoor cushions for my rod iron set and they came out beautiful!! I had a family party over the weekend and everyone was commenting on how great they came out! Thanks, I will be back again once I find another project to do!!

I dont usually write reviews but this one is worth it! Went in to have some dining room chairs and a sofa priced out. Wasnt too sure if it was going to be worth the time to reupholster them or spend the time to shop for new furniture. I was greeted with a giant smile and felt very welcomed. They had endless amounts of fabric to chose from and was very helpful with answering questions. Pricing was very fair and the turn around time was great! I have received a ton of compliments on my newly redone furniture and I have recommended The Custom Shop to everyone I have come in contact with in the past few weeks! VERY satisfied customer!!! I will bringing many more projects to them!

They have a wide variety of fabrics of all different prices. However, the assistance I received and experienced being provided to others was condescending at best. If the project is not up to their standards, they will disregard you and what you are seeking assistance with. Maybe it was an off day, but I will not bother going back nor recommending others visit this business.
