The man at the first register just now was most definitely high on something,talking nonsense and very figity. Big guy, tattoos. I couldnt believe he really worked there so I even asked the girl at our register. She looked very uncomfortable. Wont go back again😞

A little claustrophobic and messy like most Dollar Generals, but the staff is very nice.

We will continue to go because of its cheap prices and convenience of location but, I will say this. The day the fire Marshall walks into that place will be the last day it is open. Half the aisles are un navigatable with the amount of unloaded stock on carts. It makes me wonder how much they miss out on sales with all of the merchandise on shelves covered up like this.

Good selection. Has cool lighters and carries smart tv devices. Good undergarment selection.

This place is disgusting. I was there briefly and walked out. Everything everywhere and filthy dirty floors hadnt been cleaned in ever. Maybe shouldnt try to put 20,000 items in a 10,000 item store

This place is a absolute dump. There are used needles in the parking lot. The floor in the store is so nasty. The people that work the store dont wear a mask and were texting on their phone the entire time I was at the check out. Like I said. This place is a complete dump. I will never step foot into a dollar general again after seeing this.

Go there! One of a kind for most household items. Also they renovated!! So much space available to shop now!

They had a bunch of stock on carts that were blocking the iyems.

Newly renovated easy to find things I need. Organized and cleaner. New coolers, and new checkout.

Its getting better since the remodel. Lines can be very long before someone else opens a registerCleaner than it use to be.

Best place to go in a pinch

Several aisles were cluttered with several stock filled racks that were blocking merchandise. Overall cleanliness was poor. The interior was dark and depressing with its large black accent wall. Prices were no better then Wal-Mart and some were even higher. Products displayed were in disarray and just plain messy!

Way to many racks and cases of product sitting in the aisles. Its ridiculous when customers have to push merchandise to be restocked out of the way to get what you need. Can they not restock in the evening?!

Never fully staffed, always have to maneuver around huge carts full of merchandise, and never any carts to bring heavy groceries out to your car. Convenient location and cheap.

Its a dollar general, cheap but mayhem inside sometimes. One thing to note shoppers arent allowed to take the shopping carts out of the store so have fun with that I guess

I stop in dollar general on state Street in Watertown NY at least once a week. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is clean and organized

I was in on Thursday this past week, I saw a sign about no taking the carts outside anymore, I asked why a key holder said cause they keep taking them over to East Hills and leaving them or smashing them, she has ordered to many in the past 6 months, NOW Were waiting for the poles to come and they wont go out the door, I said I buy a lot of stuff at times here weekly and I cant carry it, she told me just to bad you will have to find away, I said I will go else ware, she flips her hand at me and said what ever. I send at least 150.00 or more a week at that store, NO more. Ive been going to that store since it opened. Ive alwaysgotten alone with everyone there and I usually bring in a cart and especially in the winter I bring many in carts so they dont have to go out when its storming, Jokes on me.

Always crowded and dirty. Unpacked boxes everything, carts are garbage, everything is unorganized and you can tell no one cares about the store.
