Well lol, first things first, I dont think Ive ever seen someone working here who looked like that gave half a darn about it. That being said, its usually pretty clean, and my kids always leave very happy. Ive noticed lately theres a lack of flavors, but theyve always got tons of additions. The price isnt terrible, just wish they had more flavors, and bring back carob chips, that would be amazing!

Very clean friendly place, kids love it here! Only suggestion would be to add more flavor selctions. Great assortment of toppings though!

We took our kids for some fro-yo on Fathers Day... it was our first and last time. We didnt even order bc there were like 4 yogurts to choose from. The whole area was gross. The staff were rude as well.Bad look Sweet Frog....

I am disappointed in this business. While they have a wide selection of toppings, their choices of froyo are odd. I rarely see vanilla as an option. If vanilla had been an option, my review would have been better. I have noticed on occasion that they run out of the more popular flavors.There are so many other businesses that sell frozen confections...6 Feb3020. Received a coupon via text today. Ran out to Sweet Frog and the store wasnt open. This was during regular business hours. When I called the listed number there was a recorded message but no way to know that I had indeed reached Sweet Frog as there is not anything in their recording that indicates you have reached this business.Wish Fuzzy Peach was here instead.

Best fro yo place in watertown. Clean, family orientated atmosphere. Yogurt always just right. Like how they pair flavors to encourage special mixes that work. Toppings always look fresh and full. Staff friendly and ready to help. I like the rewards program: free yogurt after every so many you buy. And get specials like no weigh Wednesday on my phone.

They are very misleading. They keep running into problems and keep closing but never change their sign. My kids thought they would get ice cream with their gift cards. This is our 2nd week trying to use out gift cards. I would understand if they posted something on the door. They were also very rude over the phone about it.

SweetFrog is open! I have stopped day here a number of times during the summer and the frozen yogurt is great! Has both indoor and outdoor seating and has a great selection of toppings. Best place in Watertown to get frozen yogurt.

Absolutely disgusted with this establishment. My wife and I went here which we rarely choose to go with frozen yogurt, for a date night. I didn’t even get to eat or try anything from their store. We walked in the floors were dirty, the machines were making a clunking noise. They were open for business. Not a single machine had any product in it. Not a single one. Oh I take that back if I wanted mint chocolate frozen yogurt I was in luck..... basically don’t waste your time with this franchised business that the owner obviously has checked out on.... clearly check the F out!

Visited this place tonight.... around 6pm after ma dinner at the Roadhouse down the street. I wanted a sweet treat and the reviews for this place were stellar.. the results, however, were quite the opposite. The frozen yogurt tasted sour... like spoiled milk. I haven’t left the bathroom for hours. I have been so sick with something that appears to be food poisoning. I haven’t been this sick since the time I got extra jalapeños at El Torrito. I would rate this location lower than 1 star if I could.DONT GO HERE!!!!!! DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!

I nearly flipped when i was charged 8.00 and change for a dish of frozen yogurt and pineapple and coconut marshmallows!!! I will never go back. I miss Friendly s ice cream shop! Also add the 35% exchange rate for Canadians, that means i paid over 10.00 .

I really enjoy coming here with the family. I will miss this place. Im standing in front now wondering why the door is locked and lights are out during business hours. Is this location permanently closed?

Very sad to see that it seems the business is closed. Been by a few times in the past week and a half and nothing seems to have changed at all. Really missing Sweet Frog.
