Bought an item that did not work and the next day, with a receipt went to return the broken item and did NOT receive a full refund. The item was $ 10 bucks and they partially refuned me in carebucksDO NOT sign up for the extra care card or the care pass because they will not honor a refund and force a coupon on you. Thieves.

Pedro at the CVS pharmacy is such a delightful person. He is very friendly and guarantees that when you leave the pharmacy you completely understand the instructions for administered prescriptions.He goes above the call of duty to service the people of Watertown. Gold star for him!!

Rudest, worst CVS I have ever known. First, if you call them nobody will pick up. I went and inquired about my prescription and they said 30 minutes. I came back after 30 minutes and then they said another 30 minutes. The Lady at the pharmacy had nothing to say, no apologies just walked away after saying another 30 minutes while in the middle of a conversation. It would still be ok if it was one time. However, this was the third time. That says a lot about how this pharmacy works.If you want a reliable pharmacy look elsewhere. Almost any other place will be better than this.

If you call to speak with pharmacy you cannot get through, yesterday I was on hold for 25 minutes and today I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and literally walked into the store with my call still unanswered. Standing in the store now with a recording “1 pharmacy call”. The clerk said he was sorry and he was the only one there.My daughters Medications prescribed and the insurance would not cover due to a dose issue and they never contacted the MD until I complained.If this pharmacy does not have enough staff to answer a phone or follow up it does not exude a sense of safety to have prescriptions filled there.I am seriously considering switching to a less conveniently located CVS to ensure I receive better, safer service.

You know what, at first I wasnt on board, but new self checkout machines that constantly need assistance and play a jingle for you when youre done were definitely more important than fixing the freezers. Call me crazy, but half melted ice cream is the bees knees. I love squishing all the ice cream containers as stress relief, which is essential at this particular store.Great job!

I called to check on the status on my prescription (it was placed at 2:30pm and I hadn’t heard back at 7pm). I was on hold for 20 minutes and the women who answered was SO RUDE. She told me she didn’t know when it was going to be filled because they were understaffed, it was only her there, and then hung up on me in the middle of my question? I won’t be filling another prescription here.

The staff tries to help customers but they are so understaffed, especially in the pharmacy, that unless you go at an off hour, plan to wait quite a while for your prescription. The same is true at CVS in Waltham. Ive seen customers be more rude than the staff. Probably because of the long wait times, but rude is rude. And there is no excuse to treat front line workers in a nasty way.

Already reviewed with a one star rating on Yelp.. but so frustrated with them that I feel the need to utilize my HOUR wait with something productive. There were NO customers besides myself and I’m filling a monthly prescription (which I’ve filled here before on several occasions). It’s nothing fancy but they absolutely REFUSE to fill quickly. The staff said it wasn’t because they are busy- but because it’s their POLICY. Sorta funny, because if you fill your Rx at night, they get it out in 20 minutes. The day time pharmacist is HORRIBLE and I will NEVER fill here in the AM ever again.

Rude front register staff manager. Lied by stating they couldnt process my request bc there was no barcode when specifically two other managers at other CVS locations (Linden St and Trapelo Rd.) stated that if I goto the original store location where the purchase was made, they would be able to look up the specific transaction and process it. Had I known they were too lazy to look it up or didnt want to, it would have saved me an 1 hr of my time and energy. Will avoid coming to this location for all future purchases

The older blonde lady who works in the pharmacy is unbelievably rude. Swatting customers away and incredibly short. Judging by other reviewers she isn’t just having a bad day. I luckily do not have my prescriptions sent here but I went to pick up a script for my grandmother and I will be making sure she has them sent elsewhere next time.

Sign on the door clearly states “Masks are required” “It’s the law”. BUT… The CVS apparently does not follow the law and allows people without masks to enter and shop. I will not be shopping here anymore! I guess you guys don’t realize there is a serious pandemic going on and it is killing people and you need to be following the law!

Worst costumer care. My kids all have been harassed throughout the aisles from the same woman. My older daughter was acussed of wanting to steal and had her merchandise taken from her and put back on the shelf. I called down to management and they were to do a investigation on the employee. Their policy is it is not until you leave those doors without paying and it is to be management duty to confront . This is not the case she was still shopping and was treated like a criminal. No one ever called me back into what happened to this employee. Ill tell you nothing happened . I went to the store yesterday with all my children and the same woman watched our every move. With an evil eye. Then we are in the makeup aisle and she asked my daughter if she needed help. I said no, she is just looking. Thank you. She proceeds to say well she is not allowed to touch or take the product off the shelf. Excuse me. Im their mother and these are my kids and you harass them every time they are in this store. We are paying costumers and you need to leave them alone. She mumbled and pushed her cart away from us. My kids should not be treated like criminals every time we enter the store. I spoke to manager again. He says Ill speak to her. And continued on to check out next costumer. Awful costumer service, awful management. I will contacting corporate office. Nothing has been done about this woman and my kids should feel comfortable shopping without feeling the way do when they enter that store . You dont treat people like that .

Employees of this cvs is the worst. Tall African American is rude, chubby guy with glasses is rude, long hair old lady “supervisor” RUDE.... so what kind of customer service do they provide exactly ???? Very Busy Store, Very well run.Pharmacy is 24 HoursPhoto Dept is open until 9pm.Parking available in Public lot in back $.25 for a half hour until 6pm, then its free to park.Self - checkouts available

How does this place annoy me? Let me count the ways. Secret rules as to which line you should stand in when the drop off windows are clearly closed. One very busy pharmacist, a pharmacy assistant is hiding in the back corner never looking up, and one cashier who clearly does not like people standing in his line when they should be at the consultation window and you should know that is where to stand when drop off is closed even if there is no one available to serve the window. When dropping off a prescription dont ever say you will be back in a couple of hours to pick it up. It will never be ready, best to sit and bear the wait until they call your name. A smile or cheerful attitude is not in their job descriptions, so go with very low expectations of customer service and you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to print a photo with the actual size. It turns out with the wrong size. They claim I didnt size the photo right. It turns out I DID size it right. They are just not professional at all!!! Eventually I went to Walgreen, and the service there is just way better and much more professional!

Open 24 hours!! Randomly went inside at 2 AM to buy some candies, found my favorite shampoo on sale 25% less than Walmart!!!!An excellent branch of CVS

You should ditch the older blonde woman who works the counter at the pharmacy. Shes rude, told me to come back for a prescription 20 mins later, I show up over 40 mins later and im watching her yell at another woman in front of me whos confused about her husbands medications and during this she says to me i thought I told you to come back, i dont think its ready yet WHILE HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER. When its my turn she cant even recall what im there for, and I see her enter something into the computer, so I dont even think she originally processed it when she said she would and then proceeds to put words in my mouth telling me that I told her Id be back in a couple of hours being really ingenuine and she tells me its gonna be 20 mins but you should come back in an hour so youre not waiting so if she cant even do her job to process an important medication when asked, I dont think she should be a pharmacist. Rude. Rude. Rude. Not someone who should be your face of the pharmacy.

The pharmacists at this location go out of their way to make it extremely difficult to fill prescriptions. Nor do they have any respect or consideration of the time customers are waiting to pick up their prescriptions. They would rather talk trash about co-workers not doing their job then fill a prescription. Totally unprofessional staff and CVS should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. I dropped my prescriptions off at night and came to pick them up the next morning and was told one could not be filled then had to wait another hour for the other one prescription to be filled.
