Online, I was allowed to order a certain item. I paid and gave my address. I was thrilled it was in stock and even cancelled another order elsewhere for a different shoe altogether. Days later, a Mini Ruby email informed me the item I requested and paid for was not even available in their warehouse and they would notify me when it comes in.This is deceptive advertising. I was misled and never should have been able to place the order from the beginning.

I called and ask for few of the dresses to be measured and Samantha at the customer service was really amazing and helpful. She had all my questioned answered in a short amount of time! Thank you!
