BEST PLACE TO GO FOR SWEET YUMMY CHOCOLATE CAW CAW

My Friend and I were at the Mall.. looking for something Sweet to Eat..so We decided to go to Gertrude Hawks. The Store is Very Clean and has a Nice Variety of Chocolate Sweets to choose from.Cameron waited on us. He was very nice and polite and had lots of knowledge about the products they sell. We will definitely visit the store again!!

Cameron was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The presents of the store was clean. And the Chocolate was very yummy. Definitely would stop in again!

Good quality chocolates. High prices. Poor service. I wonder if Gertrude would be happy to know she is paying the young man behind the counter to chat with young girls about English class..

You will be greeted by a friendly staff and chocolate of all kinds. You cant go wrong!!

Cameron is single handedly the best employee on the face of the planet earth, he helped me find everything i could have ever wanted and gave the utmost in customer satisfaction, i feel as though if i had asked that he would have washed my car and done my taxes if i had so asked. Getrude hawk stands as the shining excellence in a mall where stores go out of buisiness left and right 5/5 would eat at this resturaunt again

I give 5 star for over quality a taste .But the woman who gave two star for poor service , I cant relate to the young man ,I felt he was pretty good and friendly to myself as a 50 year old , I shop a lot here , and feel for the most part the service is good , but , had some issues w a gentle man , making my ice cream or chocolates prep , was not using gloves , and had a skin problem , hate to be like so , thats okay , nothing of his fault , but should be covered due to shedding loose skin , Im very particular on peoples cleanliness around any food or beverages , and being covered , as well as guys and girls wearing hair back .
