Replaced a whole engine for 2k+tax/or so. After a week it was all finished. The owner is wonderful and fixed a a/c problem within 20 mins. Great service. Very upfront.

Was quoted a price and given a date to drop my truck off. They had my truck for two weeks and when I asked if it was done, they told me that they racked it and changed there mind and were no longer going to work on the truck. That is unprofessional to give a quote, book a date and keep a truck for two weeks and not say one word to someone until they come up to find out if it is done.Hi Sir,You are right that you do have the right to refuse any work and also there are three sides to every story. First, truthfully if you were not going to work on my truck than I should not have been given a date to drop it off. Second if you truly were never going to work on the truck than you should have never keep it for two weeks, you should have said no and giving the truck back the same day. Third if you were not going to work on the truck than why was the truck driven 89 miles if your not going to work on it. Yes sir I do zero out my counter every time I am done driving it, just in case. I am sorry that this is going the way it did but it is unprofessional in my eyes when things like this are done. Anyways thank you for your time and have a great day.
