The best parts store around this area. The counter is staffed with extremely helpful and knowledgable. The prices are always much less than the big name stores. Anyone can walk in here and buy parts at wholesale prices as long as you are doing the repair. DO NOT BUY PARTS TO TAKE AND HAVE REPAIRED AT A GARAGE!! That is extremely rude and most times not even allowed.

I called and talked to a Customer Rep 11/06/2020 about Rack And Pinion That We Installed on August 2019. I Asked The Rep If The Rack And Pinion Was Covered Under Warranty. He said Yes. He Said We Will Send Another Rack And Pinion To You And Give Mark The Paperwork at the Watertown ,NY Store and it will get taken care of. I Took The Paperwork To the Watertown NY Location and Mark Stated It Was not covered under warranty. Mark said We Cant DO ANYTHING FOR YOU AT ALL!! I Emailed the General Manager At The Corporate Office Two Weeks ago And No Response. Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We Have Two Service Centers Locations Black River And Watertown NY . WE are currently Building A Large Body Shop That Will Be The Largest In Jefferson County. We Will Be Doing ANYMORE Business With United Auto!!David Leonard GM/Partner
