After over 25 years of buying Mercedes-AMG, I decided to give Audi a try. I was looking for the R8 and went to Danbury Audi first. I left my name with the receptionist and she said someone would call me. Nobody did. So a few days later, I emailed Valenti Sales and I started corresponding with Matt DeGruttola. I bought a used 2018 A4 in July, very happy with the buying experience. It was only a week after taking the car home that the brakes started squeaking, horribly loud. They told me the car had new rear brakes and that the front brakes were replaced recently when I bought the car. I live an hour away so I brought the car back for them to take a look. The first thing the service manager said to me is that it needs brakes and asked if I put after market brakes on it. (No I just bought this car from you). They took the car in the back to look further and they came back with that it needed new rear rotors. Why those werent caught in the original inspection Im not sure. They replaced them and not even half way home, the brakes continue to squeak. I called them back and the response I got was Theres nothing else we can do everything is up to spec, Ill have the salesman call you. I never got a call back. How could a car with everything up to spec have brakes that squeak this loud. And I know that when I bring it back for its first service they are going to hit me with a bill for new brakes and rotors. No one has followed up with me after that second visit. Very unsatisfied that they did not do more to fix this issue that should not be occurring.

The people are nice but not detailed at all. I was so appalled by the nature of the body work they did on my friends audi. I will not take my car there for any body work to be done. To me, it was a shame and that put me off of audi. What they forgot is that, the brand name needs to be protected 🤔 by any means or shape. The car doesnt look any different from the way it was brought in. An awful job.

Just bought a 2020 Q3 from here and was very happy with the process. I called 4 dealerships in CT and this was the only one who called me back/was actually interested in working with me. Danya could not have been more helpful or patient. Ended up having to pull the version I wanted from another dealership and it was not an issue. Once it was there, they got me in and out in a 25 minutes with no long list of paperwork. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I had been emailing several different dealerships and previewing online inventory and price quotes on the cars I liked. I had not fully decided which car or brand I wanted.I was on my way home from Christmas shopping in Farmington, I called Valenti Audi and asked to test drive the Q5 since I had never driven an Audi before, but liked the look of the Q5. They had an appointment which was convenient for me. When I arrived, I cautiously walked into the dealership with a face mask, and was greeted by the sales manager (I forgot his name) who immediately introduced me to John Croci. John was friendly, had a bright smile and immediately took me to a white 2021 Q5 to test drive alone due to COVID 19 precautions. He gave me directions for a test drive which included traffic, highway and country, windy roads, so I could experience all aspects of how the car drives. When I returned from the test drive, we walked around the lot and talked about my preferred options and needs. We went inside so I could get a few quotes to bring home and discuss it further with my husband. However after John was able to get me the car with the color inside and out, options that I wanted, for a competitive price. After wavering back and forth, I decided to bite the bullet and buy this new car on my own. This is the first time we purchased a new car where I did not feel pressured to make a decision.When I picked up my car approximately a week later, John took his time explained all the ins and outs of the car. Then I met with Steve in finance who was also extremely helpful and courteous. The process was smooth and quick, yet I never felt that I had to make an impulsive decision. There was only one car for me- a 2018 A4 with manual transmission. Valenti has the best selection of manuals in the northeast. I was holding out for the blue. I sat on making a decision for months . My salesman, Pat Moriarity is very knowledgeable and patient and has a great sense of humor. Pat kept me aware of new inventory, but was never a hard sell. I felt that Valenti gave me a fair price on the car and my trade-in. The lounge is no great shakes- Kind of a lunchroom, but with a good snack selection. I am used to a more upscale experience from Audi dealerships. But, I wasnt moving in and the sales experience is what counts, and it was top notch.

The best example that I can share is Pat Moriarty, my partner to help me select and complete the purchase process. Why I say this is that I was having difficulty finding the exact 2020 Q5 that I was definitely going to purchase by the end of September. He always wears a white shirt and tie, and represents professionalism. Old School values in a contemporary setting. It works for me because I can tell the difference from other dealerships. This past weekend we picked up my wifes new 2021E-TRON Premium Plus at Valenti. I must tell you my sales specialist, Alan Sholtis and the finance manager, Steve Pinkerton made our experience, a great one. They made us feel comfortable with the process and there was no pressure. Alan was very pleasant and took his time explaining all the gadgets in the car (and there are plenty of them). We will certainly go back to them for service and hopefully many more Audis.
