Very honest business with reasonable rates. Took my van in with multiple symptoms - they spent a lot of time going over it, trying to make the symptoms appear. None did and havent come back since. Van is running nicely. Charge for the time spent? $00! And if you are looking for tires, their prices Include all the little things needed that others charge for separately, And a Road Hazard ins policy Free!

Warning!!! Most people worry about a mechanic ripping them off, this place is a prime example of that. I paid for tires, brakes, rotors, and other work on my car only to find out a few months later cheap parts, retreded used tires, and many other things just werent fixed at all. I paid a good amount of money and feel completely swindled. Stay away, Ive heard similar stories from other people in the Watertown area.

Dont waste your money, they sold me used tires at new tire prices and charged me for an oil change they never did.

Had an appointment scheduled and took 2 days off work as they told me it would likely take 2 days to corral parts and complete, called back while I was off saying they need to order more parts and that it won’t be done. I get rescheduled for one day on the following week and was promised to have my vehicle back by the end of the day. Called them at the end of the work day and they hadn’t touched my truck and said they’d be able to do it the following day. Not impressed at all in the service, or communication. I missed three days of work for them to not even touch my vehicle.

If I could give this a negative 100 I would. Took my car here about a year ago for sway bar links. A week later I heard clunking again. Told me my sway bar bushings were shot and tried to charge me an additional $200 on top of the $400 already paid. Who replaces the links but not the bushings?Anyway just recently I found out I needed a new drive shaft (at least they got that right). Upon inspection by another mechanic he noticed there was a nut missing with the links. He said he doesnt know if they forgot to tighten it but Im sorry as mechanic you should know your stuff. I believe the head mechanic worked on my vehicle. This place was the last place to do anything on my vehicle in regards to anything like that. Not a good place! Make sure to check your vehicle by another mechanic if you get work done here.

Phenomenal Service Ive been getting my tires here for over 10 years. Now my family and friends have me set up their tire appointments so that they can get someone that stands behind not just sells a product.

Female sales associate was pleasant. Men are not so communicative. I bought quality snow tires at a competitive price which includes lifetime rotatations. However, I could have lost two wheels the next day as all the lug nuts on the passenger side were loose - very dangerous driving @ 70 mph! The mechanic fixed the problem. They also provided alignment at no charge.

Had an appointment at 430 for 2 tires. Car was there and they called to say they put our tires on another car. Drive car home and spare got a flat. Never would have happened if they hadnt given our tires to someone else that we had an appointment for. Now stuck with tow bill!!!

From this point on I wouldent even let them work on my wheelbarrow. Not trust worthy at all in my opinion. They cut a verry Important part on my truck that should have never even had been thought about being cut and I dident even get a phone call saying there was a problem with my truck also it took them over 3 hours to do 4 tires on my truck and who ever did them did not inflate them to the proper psi. This is like a info commercial but wait theres more!! The tires also were not properly put on my rims either absolutely none of the pre balance dots were lined up with my valve stem

I took them a set of tires to install on my camaro rims, backs were wider than the front, the morons installed them so I have the wide ones on the front and rear pass side and the skinnier ones on the front and rear pass side, So i called them and asked them if they could please flip them around for me and some woman who answered the phone refused and was very rude, she claims it was my fault even though i told them what kind of car they came off of.I even offered to pay for 1 to be switched, and they wouldnt even do that.Thats not the first time I had trouble, i bought a new set of tires a few years back and about 2 weeks later they started leaking around the bead, so I took my car in and had to argue with them to remount it, turns out it was a bad tire, then they argued about replacing t, but they did finally replace itso to summarize, rude, inexperienced employees, rude managers, avoid them
