Not only was Denise incredibly knowledgeable, she was light in a very dark moment! Such a positive energy and a wonderful environment. You can tell she really loves what she does and is enthusiastic about helping others learn as well! I will definitely be back, I cant suggest this perfect little gem of a store enough!!!

Wonderful business establishment. Dennise (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) was so helpful and kind, she has very good energy surrounding her. Her shop has a beautiful assortment crystals, geodes, jewelry, etc. She has a very cool electronic pad system (unsure what to call it) where you can look up crystals and their properties among other things! She had mentioned she took a class on crystals and she really knows her stuff, she helped me identify a raw formation of blue apatite and clear quartz that I had brought in. I should also mention she has a beautiful assortment of spirit quartz! She smudges you when you come in and also smudges your crystals which I really appreciated since I can’t smudge things on my own due to it being a closed practice so that alone was an amazing experience to be apart of. To top everything off she writes down what crystals you got and their properties which I haven’t seen at any other metaphysical shop I’ve been to. She has really, really, really, good prices but I do think she should charge more because of how good her product is. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the DC area!

Some of the most breathtaking and uniques crystals I’ve ever seen, and a welcoming, knowledgeable people who effortlessly help everybody find just the right thing — from skeptics and novices to accomplished crystal healers. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and you’ll leave knowing a lot about what you just bought.

Dameece was such a helpful sells rep! She was so kind and patient on the phone and helped me pick the right crystals for my starter kit when I got to the store. She gave me tips on how to use my crystals, gave me an info card, and smudged my crystals before I left. I will be returning soon!!! Thank you ladies at Synergy and Serenity.

Our nonprofit has successfully worked with Skye and Dameece to give out over 500 coats to unhoused residents before a snow storm in January and packaged nearly 350 feminine care packages for Womens History Month. Theyre extremely charismatic and involved in the DC community and it was a pleasure working with them. We look forward to doing more projects with Synergy and Serenity in the future. Great place to come and relinquish any negative energy. There are a variety of crystals and the service is awesome. They also do smudging when you enter the store which is perfect for like a energy check.
