Ellen Ross Knox was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. She was so helpful. She was an amazing sales person and she talked with. She was not only sincere,, but truly cared about what I needed. As a result I have the perfect bed. The experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this store if you are interested in purchasing a new mattress and when you do, ask for Ellen. She will take the time to help you.

The wife and I were looking for a new mattress and base and came to Levin Mattress in Washington. The manager Austin was able to answer all our questions and help us find what we were looking for. We were impressed with his knowledge of the different mattresses and professional demeanor. He allowed us to look without pressure and was very helpful. We have never slept better. My husband and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for a few months. We decided to take advantage of the Labor Day sales and first went to the levin store closest to our house. We weren’t thrilled with the experience there and decided to go to the Washington store. Ellen was AMAZING to work with. She understood we already had our eyes on a few options and allowed us to really take our time in making our decision. She wasn’t pushy like other sales people are. She let us know she was there to answer questions but gave us the time for us to make our decision. Buying a mattress as a couple takes compromise, and she really helped my husband and I meet in the middle with what each of us liked. THANk YOU ELLEN!

2/21/2021My mother and I came to Levin Mattress in Washington, PA about 4 weeks ago. My mother was interested in obtaining a new mattress for her bed. Her old one was several years old and needed replaced. Being older, she had been hesitant to go out into the stores due to Covid. We were greeted at your store by the Manager, Austin. My mother was happy to see that the store was very clean and that he was wearing a mask. He was very knowledgable about the mattresses and even asked my mom what type of mattress she preferred. He was able to guide her toward the type she was familiar with, but also presented her with options she didnt even know existed. He was so patient and personable, we both felt at ease. He provided us with demonstrations, and even allowed us time to discuss which options she liked the most. He was never very far from us if we had a question, but he was also helping another lady who had come in, answering the phone, and even trying to mop the salt from the entrance. He was obviously alone, but handled the situation so professionally that I was quite impressed. My mother ended up selecting a very nice mattress and even an adjustable frame, which neither of us were familiar with until he showed us. Thank you, Austin for such a great experience. Congrats Levin on having such a young, dedicated manager at your store.

Please save your money and shop at any other furniture store. The quality of the products here are zero starts and customer service is even worse. Shop anywhere else.

Great service. Had a minor problem with a wheel frame after having the bed for a good while. They quickly replaced the frame at no cost and with no hassle. Highly recommended.

Signs say that they sell furniture too, but there was only two recliners to choose from.

Mike was very friendly and helpful, and helped us to make the rightdecisions without any pressure to make a sale.

We were at the time having problems with our Stearns and Foster mattress. It was not cheep by any means. The underneath was sagging and the sides where rolling. They would no make it correct.

Dont waste your money. They do NOT honor warranties
