Quality Equipment in Washington NC has been a great partner to our business. I say partner because I feel that we have always been treated as a partner with their company. We have purchased our John Deere and Stihl equipment from them over a couple of years. We have used their service center for repairs for our equipment as well as routine maintenance. They are very professional and care about providing great service. We feel like part of the Quality Equipment family. We look forward to many more years of work together.

My husband and father-in-law do business here frequently. All of our yard equipment is John Deere. They have a clean, efficient store and even a well maintained restroom. In the store they also carry a wide selection of John Deere toys.

Went to get my recoil fixed and they gave me an est for over 90$ Ive worked on my equipment before and have had (shops) do work for me when I did not have time to but never ever have I seen such an outrage price for something so simple a 12.00 part and on top of that they lost my original pull string I had put in and tried to give me a short one I made them cut me a new one of equal length of what I had! and went to D&h for 25$ (Same work) they were nice and all seemed knowledgeable & respectful but I really would not under any circumstances take any small equipment there I just found this kind of insane heard good things in past
