Valley Pools & Spa was worth every penny. Susan was my sales person and she helped me pick the product that was best for me. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products but she helped me choose the right one for me. The staff will help you with your water analysis for your pool and hot tub. I am very happy I’m doing business with them and glad I didn’t choose another pool company to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I have always received exceptional sales and service starting with Susan on the quote of my kspa several years to the monthly store visits to the Washington store to have my water tested and to buy the chemicals etc to maintain my spa. Today I was crunched for time and called the store and Susan had everything waiting forever me at the counter so I could make my purchase during my short lunch break. The wine raft I bought to surprise my daughter for her 21st birthday in Vegas was a big hit at the Mirage pool! I told everyone to go online to purchase theirs! Thanks again to Susan and the rest of the staff!

Rhonda and Steve were totally awesome. I was in need of glass tube for my sand filter. I was unaware of the part number, they immediately found it and had it waiting for me upon my arrival. I enjoyed my shopping experience at the store, it was clean and well stocked and marked.

Staff was friendly and professional. Busy, but once they got to us, they stayed focused on us. Phone calls getting answered can be spotty, but have responded to emails fairly quickly. Backed their product up and issued a VERY quick exchange when product failed. Had us up and running by the end of the day! We are new owners in the pool world. Valley has been very nice to work with.

Decent experience with the Washington location. I would not recommend going to the Charleroi location as they use a 3rd party installer for pools who Is extremely difficult to work with and lacks decent customer service skills. I was pleased with my hot tub deliver from the Washington location. However I was disappointed to find out the manufacture is no longer making black steps. No one noticed me of this while conducting my purchase or scheduling of the delivery.

Great customer service. Had some initial issues with tub but these were user issues nothing induced from the store or manufacturer I Called and emailed service multiple times and they assisted every time until my issue was resolved. Hot tub purchase was easy and delivery was within about a week of purchase.

Overall Initial purchase of the hot tub was relatively painless. Delivery set up was fine, delivery was confusing. Delivery personnel did not provide any information on the use of this product. When I went into the store the next day to take a water sample, the staff was not knowledgeable about the actual unit that I had purchased which caused quite a bit of frustration with their lack of understanding how long it would take to heat, and also setting modes on the unit. This could’ve all been cleared up by the service manager calling the day of the receipt and walking me through how long it should take to warm up and the modes or lack of modes etc.

It was very difficult to find the 3” chlorine tablets this spring. I received an advert in the mail from Valley Pool & Spa advertising the large containers for $119.99. That same day, When the sales clerk scanned it, the price had increased to $139.99. The manager said he had no control over the price. I bought it anyway but it felt kinda bait and switchy!

Valley Pools and Spas is great! I don’t normally bother to leave reviews but this place is local and very helpful. All the pools are closed this summer we don’t have room or the budget for a big pool this year. We got one of those 10’ inflatable pools but it has a filter and needs to be cleaned and have chemicals used. I stopped by, having very little knowledge or experience with pool care but need some supplies and info. One of the employees asked if I needed anything and I explained what I had and he was super helpful. He got me the easy to use setup , printed out a schedule and a bottle to bring back water for them to test. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff, or act like my pool was silly and a minor sale for them. I even asked about other chemicals and he said get it set up , bring back a sample and we’ll see if you need anything. The store is very clean and well organized and they ha e a lot packed into their space. I totally recommend Valley Pools and Spas and will be going back for sure. If we’re able to get a real pool in a few years then I’ll definitely be getting it there.

Went to get a pool filter to replace the under powered one that came with our pool. They were sold out of the one we were looking for but recommended an even better one that was significantly cheaper. Had it hooked up and working in less than an hour. Excellent team they have! Very knowledgeable and professional. The two young men were so helpful. We came in on June 23rd around 3pm. I hope they can be recognized for their awesomeness. I dont remember their names though. Thanks again Valley pool & spa! We will definitely be choosing them for all our pool needs!

Even though they were very busy on a Sunday, they still took the time to help make sure I was getting the correct replacement part for my filter. The employees are always working hard, yet remain smiling and in a light mood.

Great place. Wonderful friendly people and bought our hot tub in about 10 mins. They include all the chemicals you need and warranty it for a long long time. I am very impressed by their service options. They made it an easy decision.

I was very pleased with the help I received with my pool supplies. The young man that waited on me was very informative and also very pleasant. It’s hard to find that these days. He explained the procedure regarding water testing and even showed me a form that shows what supplies are needed once your water sample is tested. I had to have my filter tank replaced today by Wayne from Valley Pool & Spa. I was highly please with the service and the professionalism provided by him and would definitely recommend Valley to service your pool. I reached out to this company in a last attempt to locate a specific liner I had my heart set on. Due to COVID this year everything has been sold out...discontinued...or no longer in manufacturing at the end the season. I was ecstatic to find out that this company had the liner and in the exact size I needed. I live in North Carolina and was willing to drive up to pick it up at there store in Pennsylvania. I couldn’t wait until Monday and Susan Arcus out of the Washington Store was beyond Gracious and helpful answering all of my emails on a Sunday afternoon/evening and ended up shipping it out Monday!! I have to say the customer i received today was amazing. Our pump on our pool broke and i had to get something new. They figured out a configuration that would work for our pool.
