I unreservedly recommend Spring Valley Hearing Center. This is my third hearing aid test and fitting, but my first with SVHC -- and by far the best. Elise is a warm, friendly, knowledgeable audiologist who listens to her patients and answers all questions fully and in a way that is easy to understand. The hearing aids she fitted are the BEST Ive ever had (Signia) and have made my work and personal life so much more rewarding and pleasurable. Im a person who makes his living by LISTENING to people and my leisure time is consumed with music and theater, all of which have been greatly enhanced by a professional who know what shes doing. Five stars! I cant recommend her more highly.

A change in my health insurance coverage this year forced me to find a new audiologist, and Im very glad that I ended up working with Elise Ney at Spring Valley Hearing Center. Its hard to imagine anyone more knowledgeable, professional, accessible, and pleasant. In addition, she recommended a new brand of hearing aid that works much better for me than my previous brand. Getting used to a new kind of hearing aid sometimes requires a few tweaks, and she has been very responsive to my requests for help with the new technology and with fine-tuning the settings. Good hearing is so important that its wonderful not to have to settle for second best.

Through well over a dozen aids throughout the years I have always found her knowledge of my hearing loss strictly, top drawer.On those occasions where my aids needed repair, the turn around time was super fast. Ms. Ney is just a great person to find a solution to your hearing loss.She will find the proper unit to suit your particular problem without any type of sales rush.I wish all my ailments were as easy to correct as my hearing loss in both ears.

This audiologist is the worst healthcare practioner Ive ever come across. If you are considering this place - dont! I drove an hour through rain to come here because she participated in hearingrevolution. Huge mistake! She doesnt do real ear measurement, thinks cics cant have vents, doesnt know about the parking right out front her office, and didnt even give me patient registration paperwork or HIPAA (big violation). Youve been warned.
